The people were very kind. The location and property are fantastic. I know there is construction, it looks like they are adding sites. Personally I would recommend improving laundry, and showers there is one shower/bathroom for each gender, the laundry is rough and small. There doesn't seem to be a rec. hall or area and no dog park. But again, the people are really nice.

Nice campground for an overnight stop. Staff welcoming and friendly. Only issue was a low hanging wire by the bathhouse and across the drive to site A1. Almost caught it with my front air conditioner unit.

Need to pay More attention to cleaning restrooms. Showers were terrible! Site is adequate for an overnight stop, but I wouldn’t want to stay any longer

Montgomery KOA has a lot of potential. I know that they are just transitioning over to a KOA, so they have some kinks to work out. Overall it was a great stay, even though it was just one night.

The access is difficult. Camp store is empty .CG has limited bath house, and no other amenities. Only good as a stop over. Not what I expected as a KOA.

The road leading to the campground was broken And narrow, had to find a place to turn around and approach a different angle. Told the guy at office he said should’ve been in your email I said it wasn’t he said well it should’ve been. Nothing in the store. The sites barely had gravel to cover the site. Wire across the road going out was low. Will never go back

This is an older independent campground that is transitioning to a KOA. Many improvement are currently in process. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay there again if passing through.

It’s a place to sleep for the night. Not worth the money. I think KOA should have higher standards for there parks. I think KOA should have inspections at these parks and have guidelines that these parks have to abide by. Just saying.

This was a diamond in the rough, it’s new and improving! It’s close to everything you need and want to do in Montgomery. We were in town for a concert and spent two nights there. I will definitely be back next time we visit the area, I can’t wait to see what it’s going to look like when it is done.

Hopefully they are making improvements. Entrance road is awful, very hard to get a big rig in there without damage. Site was tight and muddy. Restroom/showers dirty.

Only one bath and shower for woman and one for men. They were both disgusting and filthy. This was the worst KOA we’ve ever stayed in

Nobody in the office when I’m arrived. I had to ring a bell and wait for 7 or 8 minutes. The store was barren, no employees. The park was unfinished although the site was ok. The worst KOA site I’ve seen and I’ve stayed at almost 70 RV parks in the last two years.

I’m giving this a 4 only because we got great service. The bathrooms are a real issue for this campground. They appear to have newer fixtures but they are not as clean as they could be. Nice easy access of the freeway but far enough away it was not an issue. it will a great place when they are finished with the remodel.

The store looked like it had been robbed. The man who checked us in was pleasant. The spots are unkept and sad. For a koa which we love it was sad. I pray we caught them during a reconstruction phase

My stay was disappointing. No cable, although the price didn't reflect that. I was booked for 2 days and wanted to bail after the first night. The camp sites are not much larger than a parking space, without any trees. One thing I don't understand is having WIFI that isn't password protected, allowing anyone access to overload the band width. I rely on WIFI for traveling information.

Easy access to major highway. Level site w lots of grass for dogs. Bathrooms were very nice but could have been cleaner. We would stay there again.

Great stop over and can’t wait for their improvements. Campground is very convenient, but the entrance off the access road needs some major improvement as a it would be very easy to drop an axle when turning in.

The people were very nice and accommodating but the bathrooms were honestly a fright. Dirty! At least they were warm.

We were lied to about being able to get into the park easily with my big 45 foot coach. Very scary situation.

Entrance to campground off the street is dangerous with a steep drop off on one side. Campground has no amenities at all, the store is completely empty. Skinny gravel/grass sites with poor radiuses in/out. Junk laying around on the ground behind the store/office. Open trench in campground with no work being done. Definitely not a KOA!

It appears that the campground is in the making. Apparently, several perm sites being allowed excessive "junk and stuff" to be left outside. Not attractive. whatsoever. Was quiet. Didn't even get checked in, just handed paperwork, no others being checked in at the time either. Personally, don't mind but I think some kind of time or greeting is expected by a customer and not a normal process.

The only negative would be the entrance. The ditch is close when making a right hand turn in and it’s a bit steep.

The campground is very “rough” and bears no resemblance to any KOA we have stayed at. It will be nice when it is done. The location is good to get to the major attractions in the area. The sign at the entrance needs to be bigger.

Incroyable! En resume: Un campeur m'a demande " Is it really a KOA ? " A l'arrive, le site que je devais avoir etait occupe. Un homme avec Un t-shirt jaune etait occupe a jouer avec son chien. Je l'ai derange et il ne m'a pas vraiement aider. J'ai du me contenter du dernier site, selon ces dires. Ce qui etait faux, puisque le lendemain, il y avait des sites innoccupes.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Currently under construction, but nice sites out in the open with new hook-ups. Bathrooms very nice and clean. Overall not yet a 5, but it will be.

Nice KOA for a stop over before we continued on our trip. Easy to locate fast access to freeway. Lots of updates coming to this location. Will be nice to see such a big space expand to something beautiful!

This KOA is great! The staff go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. It is quiet for being close to the busy road & close to everything! They are working hard on getting it remodeled. I would stay here again. The price is right. Can't wait to see it in a couple years.
