Check in was fine-lady was nice, but the site was very muddy, bathrooms were unheated (in January-cold!) and no Wi-fi (costly extra if you wanted it bad enough). And it was the most expensive of our 3200 mile trip. It was over $80/night off season. We usually like KOA, but this was very disappointing.

A real hidden gem within walking distance to the secluded beach. Wonderful amenities (loved the hot tub) , plenty of hot water in the showers and clean restrooms. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Will definitely be back.

We come up every year the day after Christmas until new years. They always have a fun party for News years eve and celebrate the New Year at 9 pm — New York ball drop time- so families with kids can join in. The staff is always so helpful. The beach is close as is the Pt arena light house About 30-40 minutes up the coast is Mendocino. Our family loves it.

We love this KOA. It’s typically very quiet and super clean. This is a regular camp spot for us.

Location of this KOA isn’t the best. Not much nearby. The beach closest to the KOA is not dog friendly which sucked (not the KOAs fault). This was also the only place I’ve been to where you have to PAY for WiFi. $45 for the 3 days we were there, just to be able to watch some Netflix at night and during the rain in our trailer. Never have I paid over $300 for a stay and then had to pay for wifi

We had a great time. The weather was beautiful the family like doing the karaoke. Just wish we could go back to the good old Thanksgiving dinner in the barn but other than that we had a great time.

The facility was great. We were unaware that dogs were not allowed on the beach and they have a picture of a dog on the beach. Also unaware that there was a cost for Wifi. The directions we were given by RVParky had us take a left at Boonville I think it was Mt. View Rd. or 510. It was not a good road very twisty and the grades were 16%. Stay on 128 if going through Boonville.

Older place but well kept. WiFi for purchase doesn’t work at least where we were set up, disappointing I had work to do. We went out to the bluff on our third day and surprisingly we had service with Verizon. We did expect a discount on a promotion they were running because when I booked it said it would apply at check in, but they said it didn’t actually apply, be ware and call to verify.

Midweek in the fall is delightful. Our stay was Tues-Sat morning. Friday night in mid-November was awful because the 10pm quiet time was not even remotely observed. 11:55pm was quiet time that night.

We Live Very Close so it's easy to go there and easy to go home . My kids of course love the Arcade.I now Have A collection of stuffed Animals as Mascots in my trailer.

Very nice Campground and the staff is wonderful. spaces are large and have a table, fire ring, and grill. good power and water with septic hook up. perfect base camp for exploring the Mendocino coast area. easy drive to Mendocino, Ft Bragg and Pt Arena. Manchester is just a few miles south and has a great groceries/hardware store that is well stocked. Sites are clean. Lots of trees and shade.

We had a wonderful stay. The campground is gorgeous. The trees, the walk to the beach, the whole coastline, absolutely stunning. The store is well stocked. Your RV sites are well kept. We used the hot tub. Perfect. Just curious If there was a way to include WiFi in the cost of the reservation? With limited cellular service in the area, we figured WiFi would be included. Still 5 stars. Thank you.

The place was decent, but cell service is extremely limited (T-Mobile) and the Wi-Fi is extremely expensive (and not guaranteed to work even if you buy it).

We were so pleased to see the amount of tree trimming the park has done since our last stay at Manchester Beach KOA. As well as the replacement of the old Jacuzzi style hot tub with the larger in-ground cement Hot Tub. The Dog Park has also seen some improvements with the addition of lots more space and an obstacle course for our fur babies. Every Staff member we spoke with is very knowledgeable

We love this remote beautiful campground. The dog yard is amazing and everything is wonderful. It has everything we need and we come back every year with our grandkids and dogs. Love the outdoor movie, and campfire. The only thing that bothers us is we don't understand why kids can't use hot tub supervised. At other KOAs they can. They place is kept up very nicely. Thank you

We were just going to stay 2 nights but we're so impressed by the campground and the staff that we stayed another 2 nights.

Not impressed. Site was not level and very small. 50amp service was broken. Disappointing.

Hello, thank you for your feedback, you choose a 30amp site, we do have 50amp sites as well but yours was a 30 amp, perhaps you can visit again, and request a 50 amp we will be happy to accomodate you!

This is probably the 10th stay at Manchester. Love being close to the dog park and getting to see all the different breeds playing together. Best dog park of any we have stayed at. The staff is always friendly. Fun activities. Large campsites.

Out of the 7 places we stayed this week, this was the largest but also the busiest. As a result it was not as clean and much more noisy but they did have good compliance with quiet time.

This is about the best KOA I've ever seen. I've been coming here for several years off and on. Don't miss Oktoberfest near the end of October. ✌🏻

Outstanding destination. Our motorcycle group stayed here two years in a row and had an outstanding experience each time. The staff are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. From this area you have access to some of northen California's most beautiful roads.🏍 It was a perfect location to call home base for the long Memorial Day weekend. You also can't beat the many amenities available at this location, including a pool/hot tub, clean bathrooms/ showers and firewood delivered right to your site!
