Nice big campground with nice sites. Only problem was main men’s bathroom was out of hand soap and needed to be cleaned more. Nice check in staff.

Always a great time at Manchester KOA. We've been a few times, starting around 2020. The park is clean, the sites are pretty spacious, the staff are very nice. I would definitely recommend for campers and RV ers to come.

Very nice Campground, with RV sites, tent sites and cabins, to accommodate all types of "campers". The staff was friendly and welcoming. Good trails to walk on, including a very easy mile path to the beach. We happened to go while the weather was cooler than expected, and the wind was always blowing, so being outside while in camp wasn't in the cards for us. Beautiful drive to Fort Bragg!

Overall good. Dust from vehicles going to fast not enforced by staff too well. Park visitors seem to reach out to drivers to slow down. 3 out of 10 channels advertised , good enough for SF news. Kids had fun, pleasant overall staff. Sanitation good. Would go again.

Good place to camp - close to the beach. Staff are friendly and there are kid friendly events happening during the weekends. I would recommend that more dryers in the laundry room operate - only two were working during our stay. Also, the showers get pretty dirty on the weekends when there are more people tent camping. It would be good to have the showers cleaned in the early evening on weekends.

We love the Manchester KOA! Will b back again next summer and hoping for a little more sun! The camping grounds are amazing and we love all activities especially disc golf and bocce ball! Thanks for all the fun!

We had a enjoyable time. Appreciated the enforcement of quite hour. It is hard to tell what is roads and the pathway to the dog park is hard to find. Some camp sites aren't clearly marked. Some friends complained that people walked through their camp site to get to the restrooms and showers.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms and showers are kept clean. There are lots of activities for kids. We stayed in an RV site.My only complaint was that the water was not working at the dump station when we left, so we couldn’t flush out our tank and hoses.

Park has a nice layout. Very friendly staff. Good assortment of games and activities. Facilities were very clean. Heated pool was great but could use a resurfacing and we would like it to be heated to 90 degrees instead of 85. Three of the five dryers were out of order, which made laundry challenging.

The upkeep of property was lacking. Only 2 toilets in our area & only 1 was usable. The 2nd dirty toilet was not cleaned during our 2 day stay. The original site given to us backed onto the back of a business. Did not feel safe in that spot. Staff were not forthcoming about tsunami advisory - called &. & told it was dropped, koa was far from beach, arrive, told advisory on & koa close to beach.

This was a very nicely maintained and clean campground with an extremely friendly and helpful staff. The beach was really nice and only about a mile away. Not too much else in the area and no great hiking trails. I would recommend as a get away from civilization. No cell signal and only pay as you go internet access.

I love this KOA. This is the first time we have stayed in the heart of summer. I won’t do that again as very crowded. The staff is very nice and friendly.

We’ve been camping at this location for 35 years and have never seen it run so poorly. Nothing has been maintained, bathrooms are filthy with no TP or towels and this was AFTER two people were there to supposedly clean. The common sink outside the bathroom was clogged and disgusting the entire time we were there. Nothing worked in the arcade. Extremely disappointed and sad to see. Needs some lov

We visit once a year with a group of 4 trailers. We love this place. It is so well run with helpful friendly people. The surroundings are beautiful. Fun things to do like bocce and disc golf. Plus I think they have the best firepits ever.

It was a great stay. Wish it had been a little warmer. Near by campers were kind of loud after 10pm. Wonder if there is a phone number to call to ask someone to go quiet them down. Campground is beautiful, spacious sites.

Our Spot was very unlevel full of mole holes. Jacks for rv levels sank into ground even using pads. I can not recommend this campground to anyone. Highway 1 leading to and from is ok for trailer under 30 feet. Not Recommended

We had a nice site off to the side on a very busy night. It's great to see so many people getting out n camping! Thanks to the staff for upgrading us to a more spacious site on the perimeter by the dog park.

This is an our first time at a KOA and our second time camping. We stayed over 4 th of July weekend with some friends. What an incredible experience, they had a ice cream social, karaoke, heated pool, it’s walkable to the beach.. and night time was quiet… the employees were very friendly, and they delivered ice and wood all evening so fires didn’t go out. Thank you

Nice campground with decent space between sites. Outdoor kitchen is an outstanding feature, as is the honey wagon for draining tanks! bathroom by the pool a little crowded. Staff were responsive and helpful.

This site is really showing its age as evidenced by their award flag in tatters on the flag pole. The people working here are great they provide good activities. The place could really use some fresh yellow paint and a few hours repairing some of the electrical stands and the dump site plumbing. It appears that there was originally grass around the various campsites but now only dirt remains,

Best KOA experience to date! The spaces are perfect for a larger rig like ours, which is much appreciated. We loved the nightly events that were planned which made for a great experience. We will definitely be back.

Showers needed more attention. Campsites were clean. Hot tub was foamy. 35+ kids in pool one afternoon. Glass bottles were visible in pool area, despite signage to contrary. Easy and hospitable check in process.

We had a great stay, however, people really need to pick up after their dogs. Stepped in poop it’s not a good thing when you realized you stepped in it after you walk inside you trailer.

Always a very pleasant place to stay. Wish it would have been a little warmer though. My granddaughter had a great time riding her bike and going with us to the beautiful beach. Staff was efficient and friendly as always!

This location was next to impossible to get to. There was no indication that my travels there would take 3x as long as it should due to the treacherous and nearly impassible road conditions. The average speed though the switch backs on hwy 1 was at most 25mph. The campground itself was fine but we only stayed overnight and it took so long to get there that we didn’t enjoy any amenities

Out of the 7 places we stayed this week, this was the largest but also the busiest. As a result it was not as clean and much more noisy but they did have good compliance with quiet time.

This is about the best KOA I've ever seen. I've been coming here for several years off and on. Don't miss Oktoberfest near the end of October. ✌🏻

Outstanding destination. Our motorcycle group stayed here two years in a row and had an outstanding experience each time. The staff are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. From this area you have access to some of northen California's most beautiful roads.🏍 It was a perfect location to call home base for the long Memorial Day weekend. You also can't beat the many amenities available at this location, including a pool/hot tub, clean bathrooms/ showers and firewood delivered right to your site!
