Nice little cabin. There was one light bulb out on the ceiling. The one that was working was a harsh light. Not a warm light. Otherwise, everything was fine.

It was another quiet, peaceful and pleasant stay! The stars at night were shining brightly and appeared so close! The grounds are maintained very well —kudos to the staff! We’re looking forward to our next adventure at KOA Manchester!

The trailer we stayed in smelled like mildew. There was mildew in the bathroom. When u walk on the floor it was real shaken, we would rather not stay in this trailer anymore. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang your towel. No t-paper hanger. Would not recommend anyone to stay until the trail is updated.

Excellent location, stayed in a 1 bedroom cabin which was very quaint and cozy (the initial smell of disinfectant was a bit strong). The cooking area was very clean and worked well, hot water was plentiful in the showers, management was very friendly and helpful. This is my sixth visit over ten years.

Manchester Beach KOA always delivers on a fantastic camping experience. The staff is friendly and the facilities are great. I've been coming here for years and I always enjoy it.

This is one of the most peaceful places to stay. Lot’s of things to do or just enjoy the beautiful weather and enjoy the peace and quiet! We will be back next year!!!

All our family and friends were satisfied very much. We loved the common area and camp fire places as well. We'd like to go again.

We were next to the park which was great for the kids. Only one of our heaters worked and it shut off in the middle of the night so everyone was cold. Otherwise everything was great. I would have loved a slightly warmer pool, but that’s a personal preference. My kids didn’t care.

Everything was great except for the people in Loft #1 played very loud music until at least 12:30 am. Loud voices as well. Didn't know there was a person that we could call. I told Yolanda (?) the next day, she said she would talk to them. Next night was fine. Would be nice if the on-site person would cruise around at about 10:15 to listen for rowdy partygoers. As expected , there is a clean and functional cabin! however the excess use of the cleaning agent, contributed to a headache and lack of sleep. Got home and still could smell the left over "bleach or whatever" in all our clothes and sleeping bags.

The staff is very friendly, however, the other guest/campers are rude, unwelcoming, the ones we met, mostly from Martinez, mention they are friends with the owners, thus they have a privileged attitude, frown upon those not from Martinez. It was definitely a weird stay because of that, I can look past that, I don’t really care about anyone’s opinion.

We hadn't been to the camp in over 20 years. We had an great and relaxing time at camp. The camp is so clean and so well set up. Check in and out was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful camp and we can't wait to go again.

The cabin was very clean. We wish the TV had more than few channels and that the stations came in better. The electric fireplace display is frozen. Loved the hot tub - very nice and clean. All in all we really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very friendly. Thanks!

Cabin clean the bbq clean the fire pit was empty, most campgrounds I’ve stayed at are full to the brim. The campsite was raked and free of trash.The bathrooms were clean when we got there and showers were decent, better than no shower at all. Play structure was nice to have for my daughter. Everything about staying here was fantastic!! Friendly neighbors, staff and critters(not really the critters). We stayed in one of the Camping Lodges and it was really comfortable and clean. We brought sleeping bags and put them on the beds that are provided. The kitchen was well stocked with tools for making coffee or cooking up some food. Bathroom had hot water fast. We enjoyed our stay in the cabin. It was much easier to set up and break down than our usual tent. We were cozy warm and dry in the cabin. Our dogs loved their time there. The campground is extremely clean and everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Cabin was very clean and everything worked. Have to pay extra for WiFi but was ok considering I stayed during member appreciation weekend so got one night free.

Nice place, unfortunately neighbor campers were playing loud music late into night past 10pm and many of the songs had vulgar inappropriate lyrics. This affected our stay.

This is about the best KOA I've ever seen. I've been coming here for several years off and on. Don't miss Oktoberfest near the end of October. ✌🏻

Outstanding destination. Our motorcycle group stayed here two years in a row and had an outstanding experience each time. The staff are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. From this area you have access to some of northen California's most beautiful roads.🏍 It was a perfect location to call home base for the long Memorial Day weekend. You also can't beat the many amenities available at this location, including a pool/hot tub, clean bathrooms/ showers and firewood delivered right to your site!

This KOA RV park is one of the better ones we've stayed at. Off the bat, we had solid good Wi-fi even at heavy use time in the evening. To me, it definitely rates as KOA Resort level. Very kid friendly. Activities over memorial day wknd included hay rides, kereoke. Family kitchen for those who are tent camping. Lots were rather large covered in old growth Coastal Cypress. Absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Lots are covered in plenty of maintained grass. Beach a mile by foot or car. They have cabins but I didn't visit those.
