I've been visiting this KOA for 20 years and it holds a special place in my heart. The staff is wonderful and the grounds are kept up. The only issues I've had the last three times I visited are underage drinkers being belligerent and people not observing the quiet hours. Over the last few years it has been very loud between 10 and midnight.

Had a lovely 3 days, at Manchester we walked the beach which was beautiful and drove up to Mendocino a couple of times. The site was soooo clean and well organised. Staff very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. ���������

Nice clean cabin. All public restroom and kitchen clean. Arcade is run down. Few games works. Pool table has no good cue or chalk. Area was really nice though. 20 minute walk all to beach

We have been staying at Manchester KOA for years! We love it there. Yolanda and all the staff are so nice, friendly and helpful. The only negative thing is, why KOA doesn’t provide free WI-Fi? We paid for it but it was still very poor quality.

The grounds are gorgeous and the staff is absolutely lovely. Everything was clean, and the beach was in walking distance. Our dog especially appreciated the wonderful enclosed "dog park" area and my son enjoyed the movie nights, parade and ice cream social. Just a sweet happy family experience. We will be coming back for sure! Special shout out to Yolanda for being so wonderful and accommodating!

Best KOA we have been to stay. Enough space and boundary. A bit noisy due to karaoke. The staffs are very kind and helpful.

The cabin was great and the site was amazing but the 2 cabins next to us had 5 tents and ALOT of people. We will come again on a different weekend other than 4 th of July. Your upkeep is amazing..everything was clean and tidy. Your staff is awesome! Thank you!

The staff was so kind. Store was well stocked. Most of the game room didn't work. Our site has a large out door area. Safe environment.

Campgrounds are beautiful, however there was an issue with the plumbing in the trailer we rented. I let staff know when we checked out, but the smell coming from the toilet got progressively worse through our stay. The hot water heater also only had about 3 minutes of hot water, though that may be User error if I didn't have the settings correct with the switches.

Had a great and unexpected stay due to car issues. The staff was wonderful, helpful and above and beyond accommodating. They even gave me a ride to the market to get food after they finished there shift. So much fun there. Even the follow campers came to the rescue.

notified about a memorial service with about seven days to find a place to stay… called KOA first - just a nice place to be - angie - nice, helpful young lady - she told me they had nothing, booked solid for over a month. she recommended i call the following morning… i did! spoke with moira; very nice charming lady ;-) - SHAZAM! they had a cabin for one night! so we could attend the service!

We love the Mendocino coast and we particularly like the Manchester beach KOA campground. As a family we have been going there for around 40+ years, first with my Mom and Dad, now with my children and grandchildren. The employees are friendly and helpful. They keep the grounds clean and well maintained. Yolanda has got to be my favorite!! She treats us like long lost relatives.

Excellent staff, they did their best to keep everyone taken care of and supplied with whatever they needed. During my stay, there was a very large group of some particularly careless and nasty people, but the staff took it in stride and aknowledged the complaints of other customers, enflrcing rules on that group as needed. Wifi is thru a 3rd party and can be spotty, but was ok.

Really appreciated all the family friendly activities and entertainment offered such as basketball hoop, billiards, heated pool, playground, bocce ball, wooden horse & cart, tree climbing. Laundry! We took a sunset walk via beach trail and it was one of the most lovely experiences with wildflowers, birds chirping, and not a single telephone pole or electrical line anywhere in sight. Only nature!

It was a very nice accommodation. We were able to see whales cresting from our cabin. Wish we would have been able to stay longer.

Had such a great time. We rented a tailor and it was fantastic. We liked our stay so much that I just signed up for the rewards program and booked a stay for Thanksgiving weekend.

We love this place and have been coming back every year. The staff is lovely and kind, the people surrounding you are always kind and respectful. The beach access is more than convenient. Amenities galore ! Hot showers, private bathrooms, community kitchen, pool/hot tub. Everything is clean and well maintained

always beautiful peaceful scenery. However, there was a group of younger kids that were out of control terrorizing adults and small children and damaging property, but the staff did nothing to stop this poor behavior, and the parents were too busy partying to pay attention.

Nicely laid out. Good service. Clean hot showers. The only reason we were disappointed was although the site does have proximity to the beach (1mile), dogs are not allowed as it's a preserve. We picked this site for the location but was unable to use that primary feature.
