The staff was great. Helpful, pleasant and welcoming. But the facilities were not maintained so well. Some of the electric outlets didn't work in our cabin. We also had a long time without water one day and the day we left, the power was out for a long time as well which made it challenging to pack up and clean up.

This is one of our favorite KOA locations, we love the amenities included in the cabins, also the activities are great, we specifically appreciate the closeness to the beach, the staff are so attentive and always with a smile in the face.

I would give 5 stars, but there were outages of running water and electricity during our stay. For the amount being paid, that’s unacceptable.

The stay was great. However there was some confusion as to which cabin I reserved. I thought that I had reserved the Lodge. I was put into a loft lodge that was too big. The floors were surprisingly dirty and the electric outlet did not work. I noticed that there was no one in the lodge cabin. Wish we could have been there. We ended up having to pay $200 more than we expected.

The cabins are well maintained. They had every amenity we could possibly need! I hardly needed to pack anything. The staff is amazing! Fun activities for the whole family. We made the best family memories, my daughter said mom this is our new family! I agreed, we got a membership and can’t wait for our next adventure at a KOA!

Clean cabin, clean camp area. Friendly staff, & great activities! From painting the fence, ice cream sale, karaoke, and a kids movie, there was something for everyone! I’ve camped at this KOA over 40 times, & it never disappoints!

Stayed in KT1. Wonderful cabin. Bed was very comfortable. Small kitchen was great. It had everything you could possibly need. Nice, private area. Everyone was so nice!

it was great as usual. I wish they leave a mop for guests to wipe the floor in the bathroom. Floor gets very slippery in the shower area. To have a mop, it will allow the area to be cleaner and less slippery.

We had a lovely time and what impressed me most was how quickly staff responded to non-camping community behaviors by other guests. They really do a great job keeping everyone happy “playing in the sandbox”.

We loved it! Cabins & bathrooms clean. Everyone was super friendly. They have activities for the little ones. 5 minute drive to the beach. Will be coming back next year.

My family has visited Manchester Beach every Labor day for the past 8 years. Before that, I use to camp there for 10 years before that while I was abalone diving, but the sport unfortunately was closed about 10 years ago. It is a special place for my family! The fall is a perfect time to visit, and there is a great seafood festival in Point Arena on the Sunday before Labor Day.

We rented an RV, which had all the amenities of home. But, the #1 part of our stay was your staff. They're all very friendly, always had a smile and if you needed anything, they were always right there. Can't wait for next year's trip up there.

My family has been coming to the Manchester Beach KOA for over 20 years. We love it because it is well maintained, has lots of trees, the dog park is gigantic, and there is a beautiful disc golf course. The on site store is well supplied and delivers wood for the campfire right to your site. Now that we're seniors, we rent the lovely cabins with bathrooms. The great staff is very accommodating.

This is the 3rd or4th time we stayed at Manchester Beach KOA. It's one of our favorite KOA's and love the campground and all of it's ammeneties, however, this last time the person working the front desk on Saturday morning 8/16/25 who checked us in was very rude. Did not catch her name but she was the only one working the check in desk at 8:00am.

I have been visiting Manchester Beach KOA since 1991. In those years I have missed maybe 8 or 10 of the 34 year span. I have always enjoyed the ability to unwind and leave the day to day responsibilities fade away. Yolanda has been my girl since she started there, and has always greeted me upon arrivals. We loved everything about the KOA - the amenities, the kindness of the staff, the location. One complaint was that the people in the cabin next to us showed up at 11pm the first night, arriving very loudly. The 2nd night they came back at midnight and started a bonfire, very loud again. At 1am I finally got up to ask them to be quiet. I wish a manager made rounds to take care of noisy campers.

the trailer we rented has a big soft spot in the floor right outside the bathroom. Felt like were going to fall through the floor. Toilet did not have solids flow out correctly. It was backed up by the time we left. Not a pleasant smell. The staff were very friendly. The campground was clean.

What an amazing place! The staff is second to none. The property is well maintained, beautiful and clean. There is so much to do in and around the Manchester Beach KOA. We will be booking another stay asap!

Outstanding destination. Our motorcycle group stayed here two years in a row and had an outstanding experience each time. The staff are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. From this area you have access to some of northen California's most beautiful roads.🏍 It was a perfect location to call home base for the long Memorial Day weekend. You also can't beat the many amenities available at this location, including a pool/hot tub, clean bathrooms/ showers and firewood delivered right to your site!

This KOA RV park is one of the better ones we've stayed at. Off the bat, we had solid good Wi-fi even at heavy use time in the evening. To me, it definitely rates as KOA Resort level. Very kid friendly. Activities over memorial day wknd included hay rides, kereoke. Family kitchen for those who are tent camping. Lots were rather large covered in old growth Coastal Cypress. Absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Lots are covered in plenty of maintained grass. Beach a mile by foot or car. They have cabins but I didn't visit those.
