Nice park close to the beach, about a mile; drive or walk. Clean and well maintained. Nice staff. Store had necessary staples. Because of the location there are many trees which give the park its Oceanside charm, nice large dog park which Is a plus for us. Enjoyed our stay.

My family has been coming to the Manchester Beach KOA for over 20 years. We love it because it is well maintained, has lots of trees, the dog park is gigantic, and there is a beautiful disc golf course. The on site store is well supplied and delivers wood for the campfire right to your site. Now that we're seniors, we rent the lovely cabins with bathrooms. The great staff is very accommodating.

This is the 3rd or4th time we stayed at Manchester Beach KOA. It's one of our favorite KOA's and love the campground and all of it's ammeneties, however, this last time the person working the front desk on Saturday morning 8/16/25 who checked us in was very rude. Did not catch her name but she was the only one working the check in desk at 8:00am.

We really like this park. It is well maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the Wi-Fi situation is horrendous. Making us pay for Wi-Fi that then doesn't work it's just atrocious. Spend the money, and install a wifi system that works, please!

We had a great time for a big B-day celebration. Disc golf was fun. Karaoke was a great hit. We didn't use the bathroom facilities but I totally wasn't scared to, since they seemed clean. My Bday girl (mom) had a fantastic time. Going to eyeball this campground for a family reunion. Highlights were the epic Karaoke, friendly staff and avail activities. 1 Lowlight the biting bee on the last day.

The people and services provided were excellent, however the facility has some issues with gophers or moles or perhaps ground squirrels. The area around the dog park is like an obstacle course the ground is uneven and littered with holes that you could step into injuring guests. As an elderly guest with dogs I found it a daunting task to walk them there multiple times a day.

The campground was nice, staff were helpful and kind. HOWEVER, the drive to there was treachous!. We came in CA 1 and the cliffs with hairpin turns right after another we extremely dangerous. We only have a 23ft. anything bigger than that you will be over that cliff and into the Pacific. It overshadowed our 2 days there knowing we had to do said route to leave. Please advise others on the site

I have been visiting Manchester Beach KOA since 1991. In those years I have missed maybe 8 or 10 of the 34 year span. I have always enjoyed the ability to unwind and leave the day to day responsibilities fade away. Yolanda has been my girl since she started there, and has always greeted me upon arrivals. Look forward to another year in 2026. "Its a great day at Manchester Beach KOA!"

It's very nice - although maybe not the easiest to get to. The playgrounds are a bit dated and some of the arcade games didn't work. But other than that - it was really nice and we would go back! We particularly liked the spacious sites and shade!

We loved everything about the KOA - the amenities, the kindness of the staff, the location. One complaint was that the people in the cabin next to us showed up at 11pm the first night, arriving very loudly. The 2nd night they came back at midnight and started a bonfire, very loud again. At 1am I finally got up to ask them to be quiet. I wish a manager made rounds to take care of noisy campers.

Tent camp sites are near busy road and traffic is noisy. Staff was great, general store has important items. Pool is warm and well-maintained. Video games in arcade need repair: Neo Geo cabinet needs calibrated display, motorcycle game need recalibrated controls.

Nice big campground with nice sites. Only problem was main men’s bathroom was out of hand soap and needed to be cleaned more. Nice check in staff.

Late night host was very helpful at the quiet hour rush for the restrooms. He informed everyone there was no wait back by the store but there were no takers amongst the large family gatherings happy to still be together for a bit. However my wife inquired and he drove her there in his cart. When she made a wrong turn later returning to our site, he ferried her back to me. Many thanks, friend!

Always a great time at Manchester KOA. We've been a few times, starting around 2020. The park is clean, the sites are pretty spacious, the staff are very nice. I would definitely recommend for campers and RV ers to come.

the trailer we rented has a big soft spot in the floor right outside the bathroom. Felt like were going to fall through the floor. Toilet did not have solids flow out correctly. It was backed up by the time we left. Not a pleasant smell. The staff were very friendly. The campground was clean.

Out of the 7 places we stayed this week, this was the largest but also the busiest. As a result it was not as clean and much more noisy but they did have good compliance with quiet time.

This is about the best KOA I've ever seen. I've been coming here for several years off and on. Don't miss Oktoberfest near the end of October. ✌🏻

Outstanding destination. Our motorcycle group stayed here two years in a row and had an outstanding experience each time. The staff are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. From this area you have access to some of northen California's most beautiful roads.🏍 It was a perfect location to call home base for the long Memorial Day weekend. You also can't beat the many amenities available at this location, including a pool/hot tub, clean bathrooms/ showers and firewood delivered right to your site!
