Clean cabin, clean camp area. Friendly staff, & great activities! From painting the fence, ice cream sale, karaoke, and a kids movie, there was something for everyone! I’ve camped at this KOA over 40 times, & it never disappoints!

Stayed in KT1. Wonderful cabin. Bed was very comfortable. Small kitchen was great. It had everything you could possibly need. Nice, private area. Everyone was so nice!

I loved it alot had a fantastic time The only thing I did forget a string of battery operated xmas lights out near the cabin's door but will try and go back next year thank you again for such an enjoyable time

Stay was great, however there was a skunk and a baby skunk living under the porch of our cabin as well as racons. We told them upon checkout and they were going to look into it.

it was great as usual. I wish they leave a mop for guests to wipe the floor in the bathroom. Floor gets very slippery in the shower area. To have a mop, it will allow the area to be cleaner and less slippery.

We had a lovely time and what impressed me most was how quickly staff responded to non-camping community behaviors by other guests. They really do a great job keeping everyone happy “playing in the sandbox”.

The grass parking area was a nice change. I enjoyed a hot shower there. Access to the beach and the point arena lighthouse, and pier were easy.l

Such a wonderful KOA location with great staff and very clean common areas; restrooms, outdoor kitchen, etc. Fun activities were going on and there’s a nice walking path out of the property to the ocean with deer and other wildlife. Overall EXCELLENT experience.

We loved it! Cabins & bathrooms clean. Everyone was super friendly. They have activities for the little ones. 5 minute drive to the beach. Will be coming back next year.

I had fond childhood memories of this place. Decided to bring my husband and in-laws this past weekend. However, there was a group that was very obnoxious. I understand that the site has no control over their patrons. It sounded like they were approached multiple times through the night yet they persisted on with being annoying and belligerent.

Bathrooms were very clean! The only suggestion is to have a camp manager/security to make a round at midnight to quiet down the partiers. Other than that, nice stay.

Wonderful stay, clean restroom & showers. Staff were friendly, courteous & very informative regarding on trip home. We drove hwy 1 all the way to Petaluma, a very scenic drive too. Thank you.

My family has visited Manchester Beach every Labor day for the past 8 years. Before that, I use to camp there for 10 years before that while I was abalone diving, but the sport unfortunately was closed about 10 years ago. It is a special place for my family! The fall is a perfect time to visit, and there is a great seafood festival in Point Arena on the Sunday before Labor Day.

We had a wonderful stay! We loved the community fire pit in the evening and the grounds were very nice. Enjoyed a hot shower and pathways to the nature preserve trails were a plus! I read previous reviews that the paid Wi-Fi didn’t work well, but we had no issues and it worked great for us.

Awesome as always. Been coming to Manchester KOA for over 30 years one of my favorite Yolanda at the front desk makes our stay even that much better. She is fantastic considerate caring and informative much thanks to Yolanda and KOA. Hope to see you soon.

We rented an RV, which had all the amenities of home. But, the #1 part of our stay was your staff. They're all very friendly, always had a smile and if you needed anything, they were always right there. Can't wait for next year's trip up there.

We loved everything about it! The campground felt like a forest with all the beautiful trees. Each campsite was very spacious. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for day trips and exploring. This may be our favorite KOA location so far!

Lovely campground. Lots of fun activities. Large sites. My only complaint and why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is the lack of WiFi and the cellular reception is horrible. We paid for the WiFi and there was not adequate bandwidth for the number of park users at times. Suggest StarLink investment.

Always like staying at this KOA. The only complaint is that there isno internet included in the price. Internet provided for an extra charge which we did. However, internet was very spotted and watching programs, it would buffer continually. Should have a better source for internet and something more reliable especailly for the price.

This is about the best KOA I've ever seen. I've been coming here for several years off and on. Don't miss Oktoberfest near the end of October. ✌🏻

Outstanding destination. Our motorcycle group stayed here two years in a row and had an outstanding experience each time. The staff are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. From this area you have access to some of northen California's most beautiful roads.🏍 It was a perfect location to call home base for the long Memorial Day weekend. You also can't beat the many amenities available at this location, including a pool/hot tub, clean bathrooms/ showers and firewood delivered right to your site!

This KOA RV park is one of the better ones we've stayed at. Off the bat, we had solid good Wi-fi even at heavy use time in the evening. To me, it definitely rates as KOA Resort level. Very kid friendly. Activities over memorial day wknd included hay rides, kereoke. Family kitchen for those who are tent camping. Lots were rather large covered in old growth Coastal Cypress. Absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Lots are covered in plenty of maintained grass. Beach a mile by foot or car. They have cabins but I didn't visit those.
