Yolanda and Angie and their team of staff and maintenance crew always are customer oriented in making sure guest’s have the best stay possible. I’ve been coming to this KOA for years and it’s always professionally run, grounds are always well groomed and the baths,laundry room ect are always clean. And quiet time always starts at 10!~

Best KOA ever! The staff is friendly and accommodating. They provide numerous activities for the kids including painting, hay rides, karaoke, swimming, ice cream social. They kept the grounds and facilities very clean.

This is a hidden gem.. it was such a great campground, the staff was very friendly over the phone when I booked and in person checking in. The campground is very clean and the bathrooms were clean every day. Lots of activities and there is a beautiful nature walk that takes you out to the beach. I will definitely be coming back.

Been coming here for years my kids grew up here!We will now carry the torch to remember our family who got us here! Had a wonderful time and we all decided it’s going to be an annual trip! I am a new camper and asked for a safe spot. She put me immediately next to bathrooms on the left and a motorcycle gang on the right. I did not sleep at all, unimaginable. Also. In this day and age, it is absolutely reckless and criminal for this site to have no internet or wifi connection. They offer paid service, utthat also is unimaginable. No food for at least 5 to 10 miles. I demand a refund

The staff was great. Helpful, pleasant and welcoming. But the facilities were not maintained so well. Some of the electric outlets didn't work in our cabin. We also had a long time without water one day and the day we left, the power was out for a long time as well which made it challenging to pack up and clean up.

Beautiful park with lots of trees and grass. Like camping in the woods except you have electricity and showers. A huge huge dog park. You can hear the ocean. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Water and electric turned off with no notice. We were parked right next to all the activities and the noise was terrible.

This is my fourth or fifth visit to the Manchester Beach KOA. I come here to tent camp from the back of a motorcycle. The Mendocino area features beautiful motorcycle riding roads.This KOA is nicely equipped with everything I need including restrooms, showers, nice clean campsites, a camp store, and is well maintained overall.

KOA discount card was not accepted ( 'we're a franchise, we don't do that'), restrooms were not heated, first KOA where i had to pay for wifi.

Beautiful surroundings! Restrooms and showers are very dated, but clean. One thing I did not like is there is no free internet. You have to buy packages through a 3rd party vendor. Most campgrounds have free Wi-Fi available.

This is one of our favorite KOA locations, we love the amenities included in the cabins, also the activities are great, we specifically appreciate the closeness to the beach, the staff are so attentive and always with a smile in the face.

I would give 5 stars, but there were outages of running water and electricity during our stay. For the amount being paid, that’s unacceptable.

We had a very nice, relaxing stay. We didn’t do a whole lot, which was the purpose of this stay. Everyone we talked with was very nice and helpful. We definitely want to come back with more family members, so they can experience the same thing we did.

First time here. From check in to check out everything was perfect. Even though this campground is a little older, it is well maintained, clean and accommodating. I had a business matter occur while there and the woman clerk (apologize forgot her name) printed my documents and assisted in the mailing. Can't thank her enough. Enjoyed the movie and wish I paid attention to events offered.

We camped overnight in our car. One shower had only cold water but the other one worked. They could both use a good cleaning. Everyone was friendly and if we had time we definitely would have used the pool and hot tub. This campground is pretty remote but nice.

The stay was great. However there was some confusion as to which cabin I reserved. I thought that I had reserved the Lodge. I was put into a loft lodge that was too big. The floors were surprisingly dirty and the electric outlet did not work. I noticed that there was no one in the lodge cabin. Wish we could have been there. We ended up having to pay $200 more than we expected.

We had a very relaxing stay at the Manchester Beach KOA. The park is nice and well maintained. We walked to the beach on the trail from the campground and enjoyed walking on the beach. Don't miss the Point Arena lighthouse museum.

This was the best KOA we have ever visited. The hot tube was wonderful. We didn’t use the communal kitchen, but agreed that it is a great asset, especially for longer stays. The campground was very quiet and convenient for our tour of the Northern California coast.

The cabins are well maintained. They had every amenity we could possibly need! I hardly needed to pack anything. The staff is amazing! Fun activities for the whole family. We made the best family memories, my daughter said mom this is our new family! I agreed, we got a membership and can’t wait for our next adventure at a KOA!

Out of the 7 places we stayed this week, this was the largest but also the busiest. As a result it was not as clean and much more noisy but they did have good compliance with quiet time.

Outstanding destination. Our motorcycle group stayed here two years in a row and had an outstanding experience each time. The staff are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. From this area you have access to some of northen California's most beautiful roads.🏍 It was a perfect location to call home base for the long Memorial Day weekend. You also can't beat the many amenities available at this location, including a pool/hot tub, clean bathrooms/ showers and firewood delivered right to your site!
