Everything was clean and well maintained. The camp was very family friendly and had many fun things to do for all ages. It was very quiet at night and I could hear the waves as I fell asleep.

I've stayed at many KOA's and this was by far the best experience. Cost a bit more, but I like the location, the campgrounds were very clean, and workers were very friendly. The grill and campfire area at our site was very clean and without any old ashes or coals. Very happy with our stay there.

We loved the large spaces for our 45 ft rv. The oeople are super friendly. The place is beautiful

A nice well kept campground, with a lot of trees. It’s also within walking distance to the beach. The bathrooms and showers were great, kept clean, and they all were private one person units. I would definitely go back.

This was our annual camping getaway. As usual, it was an amazing relaxing visit. We are booked for 2027. Its a great day at Manchester Beach KOA!!!!

We've stayed here at least a handful of times and it's never disappointing at all. From the clean cabin, clean public restrooms and continuously checking the garbage and recycling bins to empty them. The staff has always been friendly and if there's something you forgot to bring, they might just have it in the store. We look forward to our next stay

Stay was good park was clean, only complaint in August was the place was dusty. Lots of dust from cars and sites. Could use some gravel !

Great stay, very well maintained camp grounds and safe area. I have stayed here in large and small groups, the staff are super helpful and everyone is friendly and follow campground rules. If you are looking for easy weekend getaways, I highly recommend this place.

Manchester KOA has been our favorite family camping spot for years thanks to the great weather, service, and amenities. Unfortunately, our usual trailer is now in poor condition—the floor feels unsafe and the unit is deteriorating. We also arrived to an un-drained toilet, though the manager resolved it quickly.

This is the best KOA we have ever stayed at! We loved seeing all the family reunions, kids riding their bikes and spending time in the hot tub. The hike to the beach had a nice path. The spots are large and we loved the beautiful trees throughout the park.

We were blown away by our LL2 cabin. A lot more than we expected. In addition to double bed we had bunks and a futon. The kids loved the loft area. Very clean and stocked with dishes, Utensils, mugs, coffee maker, fridge, etc. and firewood delivered to our cabin. we will definitely reserve again! The two additional cabins were basic but met our needs. Always love the porch swings. Great overall

Great campground with roomy sites. They had fun activities for kids, the bathrooms were kept very clean. Large kitchen area to cook if you needed it and do dishes. Wish there were more full hookup sites but it actually worked out to use the bathroom and showers for the week instead of our trailer. Also the convenient honey pot truck was available if you needed to dump your trailer for only $15.

I have to say, this location and Staff are so devoted to the guests that come to enjoy great times! Thank you to Yolanda for helping me with directions, all the ladies were with a smile. Really enjoyed our camping (2 nights of tent). The areas were clean, well maintained, and with plenty of space. We appreciated the clean bathrooms and shower, the sink for dishes, the dog park. Really nice folks helping. It was great!

Everything is great. The sites are decent size, many trees for shade and beauty. We didn’t use the pool but enjoyed the hot tub and that it was adults only. It’s our go to for that part of California.

The stay here was nice and relaxing too me. The wife didn’t care for location, my issue was access to the ocean wasn’t what I thought it would be. I did like it though and we had a good night there. It was peaceful and had the largest dog park of all the KOA’s we stayed at over the 2 weeks we were traveling.

The stay was very nice, but the drive to get there was less than exciting. Highway one on the southern side of Jenner is miserable at best.

I always love your campground; however I question how you assign tent campers. The weather had been sunny and very windy. Rather than assigning me a spot in the shady and more protected Driftwood Circle, or along the shady and protected Shady Pine area, I was put in Site T22 where there are no trees and a direct wind tunnel from the ocean! Please think about where you put tents in the wind. - Joe

Everything was extremely dusty. I understand it hasn’t rained in a while, but they could do a much better job with maintenance. The amount of loose dust throughout the area made the environment feel dirty and poorly maintained. Bathroom and showers were clean though.

Totally charming KOA with tons of families and kids running around. All the sites were super spaced out. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

The campground is filthy. The roads have so much dust on them. He can’t hardly breathe when people will drive by you! Not a very nice place to stay!

Staff are always friendly and courteous. Campground and facilities are very clean. Would like to see a rule that the guests cannot use car or large speakers to blast music that affects others visitors. The only issue we had was someone playing their music loud ALL DAY and until the 10PM quiet rule. We were 3 roads away…

It was a great site and week, EXCEPT a workers trailer had their overhead AC fan on all day till 10:30ish at night. A great thing about the outdoors is the quiet, felt like living next to the 7-11. When I asked the front desk, they did not take care of the problem

Staff were all friendly, camping atmosphere. But the sites are old, electrical pedalstal questionable, trees dripping sap on truck & rv. Gopher holes everywhere, wife hurt her ankle.

2nd time here. Great staff and location. Went in off season, so fairly quiet - perfect. Hot tub is a bonus.
