Kamp was immaculate! Not a scrap of paper, bottle cap or cigarette butt in sight! Went near end of season during week and was upgraded to a more favorable pull through no charge! Only wish there was an easier access for the disabled to get to beach.

RV sites were the perfect size for a larger Fifth Wheel and everything was kept clean.

Very nice campground. Very clean and well kept. Staff very nice. We could not see the ocean from our site, but we could hear it (not loud, but pleasant).

The campsites are great, but when you have the sewer hookup in front of your picnic table. It’s tough. Not on every campsite. But it would be great to change it. I am a Koa camper and I love Manchester and coming here probably for the last 20 years. This is just a suggestion to improve what you have and I will come back because I love it here

We primarily do dry camping and boondocking. This is actually my third time at an KOA in 13 years and it was just a wonderful experience as my previous experiences. KOA, has the right amount of resources and amenities for those that are transient, those using it for a basecamp, and those using for a destination. Friendly, helpful, and clean campground. Amenities were good.

The staff is welcoming, friendly, helpful and the accommodations are well-kept and have everything you need. The activities are fun and great for kids and adults. The entire stay is enjoyable and relaxing. We have stayed annually (and sometimes bi-annually) for many years and come back because it is a great place to hang out with friends and family.

The Kamp ground was awesome, the staff was very helpful and very kind. The activities on the weekend were so much fun. The bathrooms were the cleanest I've ever seen at a kamp ground.

Scenic location, clean, well maintained grounds. Friendly and helpful staff. The cooking stations, sinks and microwaves available for guest use are welcome and convenient amenities to prep and cook meals. Internet connection can be spotty at certain times.

Loved it! Cleanest and best bathrooms at this KOA! We been to at least 2 dozen KOAs around the country and this facility was the best so far!

We absolutely enjoyed our 2-night stay and wish we could have stayed longer! Having the beach within walking distance was wonderful, and the campgrounds were neat, clean, and well maintained. The play structures could use an update. Check out the ones in Petaluma. Petaluma also provides bedding, which makes packing much easier. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Stay was amazing! It always is! We love the manchester KOA grounds! There's so much to do with the kids, the store is stocked with all of our needs and kids' wants! The bathrooms are clean and the kamp kitchen is a family fave as well. We had a Blast!

This is the best KOA of the many I have stayed at. It has many facilities, clean bathrooms, and is near to the dunes and beach.

Here 3 nights. Loved the trees and the KOA in general. The only almost negative was that our site #60 is mostly dirt and we were fortunate to not have rain. You really need to get more rock and less dirt in that site. From what we saw, most of the other sites were fine with either good rock or pine needles. Yes, we would come back!

It was a beautiful place. The cabin was just great! The staff were very friendly and polite. This would be a nice place to stay again some time.

What a great place to camp! The staff are so friendly. They have activities every day like movies, hay rides and karaoke. There is a heated pool, playground and arcade for the kids and kids can ride bikes throughout the camp. They keep the bathrooms clean. There is a really nice covered outdoor kitchen area with stoves and sinks. We can't wait to go back!

Staff was great, location great,new internet was awesome but we endured 2 days of very loud partying by a group at the campground. First day from 2-10pm very loud music and lots of yelling & day 2 from 5-10pm. Although they turned off the music for 10pm quiet period - they were so disruptive for so many hours of the day. We ended up sitting inside rather than enjoying the campsite. Not Cool.

First time at KOA, tent camping with kids and grandkids over Labor Day weekend. Weather was excellent, facilities were clean and nice even though the campground was very full, and so much to do for kids (movies, karaoke, playground, swimming, campfire etc.)! Camp is on the same street as the main beach. Also, Mountain View road was not bad as expected (bad for RV's or towing, we were in a truck).

Such helpful, friendly staff. We were coming in late on bikes. We were in dense fog in the dark. They answered the phone even though it was about 1 minute before the office closed and gave us directions. We still had a bit to go to get there. We were beat and didn’t want to pitch a tent. She opened the office back up to switch us to a cabin. Beautiful view in the morning of the ocean!! Clean res

I really appreciated Mike's help in putting air into my travel trailer's tires! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The camp site was clean and the hook ups worked well.

We have coming to Manchester KOA for many years and this years visit was another wonderful visit. The staff from Yolanda on down were friendly and helpful. The skunk problem was a surprise, usually we see racoons after we go to bed, but the skunks were roaming freely in camp after sunset. Otherwise, everything was great as always, Thank you

Out of the way, clean and quiet. Gravel roads and dirt sites. Site mostly level, nice picnic table and firepit. AVOID the mountain pass(mountainview rd-or something like that) approach that google will put your on if you're coming from the south. Staff friendly and helpful. Didn't see the beach.

2nd time here. Great staff and location. Went in off season, so fairly quiet - perfect. Hot tub is a bonus.
