The facility was great. We were unaware that dogs were not allowed on the beach and they have a picture of a dog on the beach. Also unaware that there was a cost for Wifi. The directions we were given by RVParky had us take a left at Boonville I think it was Mt. View Rd. or 510. It was not a good road very twisty and the grades were 16%. Stay on 128 if going through Boonville.

The trailer we stayed in smelled like mildew. There was mildew in the bathroom. When u walk on the floor it was real shaken, we would rather not stay in this trailer anymore. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang your towel. No t-paper hanger. Would not recommend anyone to stay until the trail is updated.

Excellent location, stayed in a 1 bedroom cabin which was very quaint and cozy (the initial smell of disinfectant was a bit strong). The cooking area was very clean and worked well, hot water was plentiful in the showers, management was very friendly and helpful. This is my sixth visit over ten years.

Manchester Beach KOA always delivers on a fantastic camping experience. The staff is friendly and the facilities are great. I've been coming here for years and I always enjoy it.

This is one of the most peaceful places to stay. Lot’s of things to do or just enjoy the beautiful weather and enjoy the peace and quiet! We will be back next year!!!

Older place but well kept. WiFi for purchase doesn’t work at least where we were set up, disappointing I had work to do. We went out to the bluff on our third day and surprisingly we had service with Verizon. We did expect a discount on a promotion they were running because when I booked it said it would apply at check in, but they said it didn’t actually apply, be ware and call to verify.

Midweek in the fall is delightful. Our stay was Tues-Sat morning. Friday night in mid-November was awful because the 10pm quiet time was not even remotely observed. 11:55pm was quiet time that night.

All our family and friends were satisfied very much. We loved the common area and camp fire places as well. We'd like to go again.

We were next to the park which was great for the kids. Only one of our heaters worked and it shut off in the middle of the night so everyone was cold. Otherwise everything was great. I would have loved a slightly warmer pool, but that’s a personal preference. My kids didn’t care.

We Live Very Close so it's easy to go there and easy to go home . My kids of course love the Arcade.I now Have A collection of stuffed Animals as Mascots in my trailer.

Very nice Campground and the staff is wonderful. spaces are large and have a table, fire ring, and grill. good power and water with septic hook up. perfect base camp for exploring the Mendocino coast area. easy drive to Mendocino, Ft Bragg and Pt Arena. Manchester is just a few miles south and has a great groceries/hardware store that is well stocked. Sites are clean. Lots of trees and shade.

Everything was great except for the people in Loft #1 played very loud music until at least 12:30 am. Loud voices as well. Didn't know there was a person that we could call. I told Yolanda (?) the next day, she said she would talk to them. Next night was fine. Would be nice if the on-site person would cruise around at about 10:15 to listen for rowdy partygoers. We had a wonderful stay. The campground is gorgeous. The trees, the walk to the beach, the whole coastline, absolutely stunning. The store is well stocked. Your RV sites are well kept. We used the hot tub. Perfect. Just curious If there was a way to include WiFi in the cost of the reservation? With limited cellular service in the area, we figured WiFi would be included. Still 5 stars. Thank you.

I’ve stayed at quite a few KOAs, and this one had one of the nicest tent areas that I’ve seen. The sites are huge and covered by trees. It was great. I can’t wait to go back.

The place was decent, but cell service is extremely limited (T-Mobile) and the Wi-Fi is extremely expensive (and not guaranteed to work even if you buy it).

As expected , there is a clean and functional cabin! however the excess use of the cleaning agent, contributed to a headache and lack of sleep. Got home and still could smell the left over "bleach or whatever" in all our clothes and sleeping bags.

We were so pleased to see the amount of tree trimming the park has done since our last stay at Manchester Beach KOA. As well as the replacement of the old Jacuzzi style hot tub with the larger in-ground cement Hot Tub. The Dog Park has also seen some improvements with the addition of lots more space and an obstacle course for our fur babies. Every Staff member we spoke with is very knowledgeable

We love this remote beautiful campground. The dog yard is amazing and everything is wonderful. It has everything we need and we come back every year with our grandkids and dogs. Love the outdoor movie, and campfire. The only thing that bothers us is we don't understand why kids can't use hot tub supervised. At other KOAs they can. They place is kept up very nicely. Thank you

The staff is very friendly, however, the other guest/campers are rude, unwelcoming, the ones we met, mostly from Martinez, mention they are friends with the owners, thus they have a privileged attitude, frown upon those not from Martinez. It was definitely a weird stay because of that, I can look past that, I don’t really care about anyone’s opinion.

This is about the best KOA I've ever seen. I've been coming here for several years off and on. Don't miss Oktoberfest near the end of October. ✌🏻

Outstanding destination. Our motorcycle group stayed here two years in a row and had an outstanding experience each time. The staff are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. From this area you have access to some of northen California's most beautiful roads.🏍 It was a perfect location to call home base for the long Memorial Day weekend. You also can't beat the many amenities available at this location, including a pool/hot tub, clean bathrooms/ showers and firewood delivered right to your site!

This KOA RV park is one of the better ones we've stayed at. Off the bat, we had solid good Wi-fi even at heavy use time in the evening. To me, it definitely rates as KOA Resort level. Very kid friendly. Activities over memorial day wknd included hay rides, kereoke. Family kitchen for those who are tent camping. Lots were rather large covered in old growth Coastal Cypress. Absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Lots are covered in plenty of maintained grass. Beach a mile by foot or car. They have cabins but I didn't visit those.
