This park was very noisy with barking dogs. Seems most are permanent residents and the rvs are in disrepair and lots of “stuff” outside on their lots. Not easy out due to small inner park road. Has gone down hill since last stay. Probably will not come back next time thru.

The lady with long red hair that lives in the house on the property is unprofessional and rude. We have stayed there 3 times. Will never stay there again. This is not what I expect from KOA. Basic upkeep not done and electrical problems. Could not reach anyone After 5pm to help with an electric issue. They should not be a KOA campground.

Good sites with trees. Quiet at night. Clean bathrooms. Nice shop. Ice cream shop. (Not open yet) and good people all around. Looks like a lot of effort has been made to clean this place up.

We came in after hours & easily found our spot. Nice dog friendly, clean, quiet park. We would definitely stay here again.

Plans changed & I tried multiple times to CANCEL my reservation. Nobody answered the phone & msg said they didn't have enough staff to answer it. Couldn't leave a msg due to "mailbox is full". Several emails asking to cancel. Never a reply. Other KOAs canceled via email. What a rip off on getting money. Maybe now you can afford more staff if you do this to everyone that wants to cancel.

Stayed here many times, great KOA, staff very friendly. A wonderful lady, who I'm sorry I didn't get her name, gave me two bottles of beer from her private personal stock, as I wanted to buy some and they didn't sell beer. Above and beyond, excellent. Hope to see them next year.

Very friendly but the spot was too tight and not level. This is and old campground needs to be updated to accommodate newer trailers. Very friendly park.

My husband and I are on a quick trip to Albuquerque to attend a class. We chose Little Rock because it was a convenient stop over on our trip. We've always had good experiences when staying at a KOA and this stay was great as well. Clean facilities, pleasant and fun staff, anyone would enjoy this Kampground.

Very nice park and workers. really didn't understand manager telling me I had to park straight as long as I wasn't on the grass. This is not in the rules and there were so many parked that way. I just think she singled me out because I was across from her home. Put this in the rules if you want people to follow it

I had called and they had no pull thru available. Since it was a one night stay. I wanted a pull thru. Within 30 minutes they called back because they had a cancellation. Great customer service.

The campground was ok, and the staff was friendly and professional and helpful. The campsite was small. However, this was an extremely noisy campground. It was right by I-40. The traffic noise was constant and increased around 6:30 am. I felt like I was at a NASCAR event instead of a campsite. There needs to be a sound blocking wall put up to help reduce the noise. We will not return there.

Overall an ok stay. Noise wasn’t too bad as some reviewers have indicated. WiFi didn’t work so that wasn’t good. Staff tried to reboot router but to no avail. Fitness Center is a great idea for travelers. More KOA’s should have them. This one had some good equipment and some marginal. The Sauna was an added plus. Alas no hot tub as was advertised.

Tiny sites. Very soft rock pad. Hard to set up because of sinking rocks. Park is in need repair even though they were trying to fix things. Did not like park attendants hounding us because we had a guest at our site.

This KOA is our regular stop on the wat to Branson from Texas. Flat sites, nice hosts and easy access from I-430 and I-40. Would be nice to have cable service.

A nice, well kept campground with some trees and plenty of green, though, like most KOA's, not a lot of privacy. We managed to get the last site open for the day and the staff was helpful and friendly. The pool needed a skim but the tools were there so we did that ourselves. There was a fenced dog area and the cabins were tucked away and seemed cozy. We definitely recommend!

This was a fantastic place to overnight and get rest. We rolled in, got parked, and went back to the office for a single dip of fresh Blue Bell ice cream! The park was clean, quiet, and the staff was very friendly. Great proximity to restaurants and shopping, too!
