Great place to stay.

Campground ia run down. No place to hook up towed Jeep. When I tried multiple campground staff accosted me and made me hook up outside the campground on the HIGHWAY. EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NO TRAFFIC AT ALL IN THE CAMPGROUND.

We were 1 night, got in at 6:30pm and left at 6am the next morning. Check in staff was friendly and helpful, the lot porter showed us to our site. Overall, the campground was good for an overnight. The only issue was we had a hard time getting out in the morning. Other campers had multiple vehicles parked in front of their RV's. My wife had to walk in front of our Motorcoach to get us out.

We stayed 2 nights. If it had been a week we would not have stayed. Needs serious updating. Doesn’t appear to have been maintained for quite some time. The sewer smell was pretty strong. Permanent sites unkept.

poorly maintained grounds, no distinct pet area even though advertised, limited to no internet, recent flooding in area where site was located left detris and debris

Very convenient access to I-40. Nice employees working in the office and around the campground. All hookups worked perfectly. Good T-Mobile 5-G signal.

Very dated, lots of interstate traffic noise. Many unsightly campers and full-time residents. Staff were all very nice and helpful.

Every staff member was polite and accommodating. The store had a variety of necessities. This is the second time we stayed there and it was great!

The parking space was just big enough for our 40' camper and truck. Very primitive and a little out of the way off the interstate. We appreciated the help getting in the right spot. Lots of shade was nice. The smallest KOA we have stayed in. Friendly helpful staff. We stayed one night and did not use any of the amenities.

The worst KOA we've ever stayed at. Campground was a mess, construction everywhere, loud noise from the highway (literally right next to it) sites are not level. Packed in like sardines both side by said and front to back, we have a 30ft TT and a truck and couldn't pull out of our site, had to back out and go around. Big rigs beware. Definitely not worth the price

Good location. Stayed for two nights. Traveling in springtime , campground not ready for guests. Sites out of service. Cleanup. Site was cramped Y13. Allowed vehicles to park in front of site not ours map not accurate Picnic tables few, Request move. Denied due to full campground offered to pay for upgrade. , campground was not full nor was available sites occupied during stay

Weather was bad so we weren't able to enjoy all the park had to offer. Staff was great even in pouring rain we were led to our spot and helped getting parked

Despite the torrential rain the day before it was a mess. Standing in water while I hook up ele. Grounds were not kept up, bathrooms were bad. I’ve been to many KOA’s, this place needs to step it up. 4 out of 5 star rating!!I think bogus.

Arrived at 8:00 p.m. and registered online. Assigned a campsite that was already occupied. Attempted to call the campground number. Got recordings. Never received a call back. We moved into a random vacant site and obtained bathroom code from a neighbor. Flat site with highway noise. Bathroom and campsites very clean.

They accommodated us on short notice. The camp grounds are clean and well laid out. The is extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

pulled in there with tire trouble.. ask staff for help finding a local tire repair shop. they said they knew of no tire repair shop period.. later they were able to tell me to move my truck off the paved area near the office while I was using the internet trying to find a tire repair shop.. least helpful KOA personnel I've ever come across. will never go back there. We arrive and the place was so run down we almost left. The person leading us attempted to take us on a very narrow path and ran us into a railroad tie. So many trees. From there we were told 4 different times that we didn’t know how to drive our rig(Been camping for 30+ years without issue). The final straw James gripes at us then flips us off!! Horrible KOA! Staff was horrible! Never again!

When making our reservation, we requested a site for a 44’ coach towing. The site we were given was very tight and concerning to pull through, however, we made it unscathed. The grounds were in need of upkeeping. The most surprising thing was that we witnessed the staff yelling and arguing with another camper who was having difficulty getting out of his site. If you have a big rig, beware.

Very rundown. Infrastructure in need of major renovations. Location to highway 40 made it noisy. Looks like owner waiting for a developer to buy his land.

The couple that ran the KOA were very friendly and helpful. The location to the highway perfect. They had items to sell if you needed anything which is always great. The laundry facilities are always great to have as well.

A typical Journey KOA. Lots of highway noise, very convenient access, great laundry room, close to shopping, lots of work happening in the campground. We were just overnighters and it suited our needs.

Great stop for the night. Quick access from the interstate. We really enjoyed being able to bike to downtown from our campsite. The washrooms were clean and lots of washers and dryers. Some road noise but manageable.

The first impression from the road is a trailer littered with "stuff". Stuff was all over the lawn. The grounds are in disrepair. When I went into the office a man was sitting with a small dog in his lap. There was a sign that said no dogs allowed. The host didn't even say hello. We only needed a place for one night. It was totally adequate for a one night stop-over but not for a few days.

It is a small RV resort. They have a few decent spots for big rigs. They need to trim trees as I had to basically drive into some empty spots to get out without hitting my roof. They got us into a spot but it seemed lucky even though we had a reservation. I would suggest calling and getting one of the spots in front of office if you have a big rig

This park is amazing! It's an older park, very clean. Bathrooms and laundry room are well kept. Staff is extremely helpful. It's a home away from home. They have all the basics for camping. There is a gym/sauna on site as well. Grass is kept up with. Also there are tons of gardens with different types of flowers that were planted. I can see the staff is hard at work with restoration for the park. Several sites have fire pits as well as a community fire pit.Park has been around since the 60s. Located inside the office there is a general store with most of your needs met. They hand serve Blue Bell ice cream!!

We stayed at the North Little Rock KOA for 18 days. The staff was very nice and helpful. Bathroom facilities were very clean, outdated but very clean. We enjoyed staying here. WiFi was not great either.
