Great camp hosts, nice small store and ice cream counter. Older facilities but super clean. No pool (yet?). Lots of shade, we had a gravel pull through spot. Easy on and off the highway. Worked great for us for one night.

An older KOA with limited amenities and weak WiFi, but staff works hard to maintain the campground and is friendly and helpful, plus the have great TX ice cream available.

We faced harassment from the employees, verbal and physical abuse, who were rude and aggressive in front of our minor son. While trying to hook up our jeep the staff yelled and cursed at us insisting it was against the rules. Our spot was too tight to exit easily so we needed to unhook the jeep. They wanted us to hook up on a public road which where would be unsafe. We won’t return to this KOA.

Stay was quick overnight, my spot was next to a 1980s junker on Jack stands with crap all around it. Hard to pay $50 a night and your view be that. Don’t understand letting that dilapidated camper in a KOA.

Absolutely terrible. Manager could not have been more frustrating. Worst KOA we’ve ever stayed at. The entire campground needs renovating. Bathrooms definitely need updating. I highly recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

I was forced to pay to park my car and trailer in another site, the cashier claimed that I would NOT be able in pull through site that I had already purchased for my night. That wasn’t true. This park is not well kept. The concrete slabs are crumbling. The gravel sites are covered with grass and weeds. There’s construction noise all day and highway noise all night.

Our Campsite had a water and what appeared to be an oily subtance seeping up out of the ground. Camp ground was in disrepair and not maintained.

We booked our stay here based on the information on your web site stating that we could access the Little Rock river walk from the campground. We should have looked into that further that it was not a walk to it but a drive.

Sites were very narrow & out of level. Our neighbor’s awning was only about a foot from our slide. The roads were pothole filled, poorly maintained and narrow making navigating a challenge. Staff not well organized. The nearby town of Maumelle had all services you may need.

Grounds where unkept, sites unleveled, we needed to back out of our pull through site because of trees so close to the road. Staff were nice and the place has potential after a little maintenance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay! The staff was great, the site was clean and level, and the interstate noise wasn’t THAT bad.

We have mixed feelings. First night on April 23 was fantastic. Friendly host and great RV spot and we paid $55.00 with KOA discount. Second stay, not good. Host charged $60.00 with KOA discount for a tiny RV spot we couldn’t even get into. They changed us to the same spot we had first night three days earlier and charged an additional $5.00 to $65.00 for night. Host not friendly.

An aging KOA whose management is trying to maintain; no cable TV or cabins. The sites for smaller (class B or C) RVs are gravel and narrow and the management discourages changing the computer generated site after your arrival without the senior managers approval. Other than this aggravation, the staff is friendly, helpful and serves great Texas ice cream. Will return when I get the site I want.

It was fine for a one night stay. The grounds were NOT kept up nice. None of the sites are cleaned up prior to arrival. The LOUD road noise from the freeway is just what it is. Loud.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location for an overnight stay, but was difficult to find without GPS. Loved the ice cream store! Sites were adequate and ours was very level.

Campground was small and sites were tiny. Construction on one side and loud busy highway on the other. Campground staff were great and stayed late to accommodate everyone allowing us and our pets to gather in the store during an active tornado warning.

Had a problem with our site bite the staff offered one alternative that was far better than the first. Turned out to be a good visit - even sitting in the office during a tornado warning!

Very run down. We had a 50amp site reserved and very rude lady told us none was available. Told her 30 amp would be fine and she said, no pigtails allowed to go from50 to 30. Site was very tight and hard to exit. Trees very close to rig. The man in the office was helpful and got us to a site with 50amp service. Dog park was rough gravel area and not a spot where you could play with dogs.

The Park and the people that operate it are great. They were very nice and accommadating. the park was clean and inviting. 2 problems that I seen. 1st the park is not really set up for big buses and is a little tight. we managed to get in and out with no problems but very stressful. 2nd there are a number of (full timers) that were right in front of the pull thru sites. Not very inviting.

NIce quiet stay and the staff was super friendly as always - the park itself is not in quite as good of shape as it used to be- it's showing it's age quite a bit and not as well kept as it once was. Needs some money invested to make it a top rate park again but that is a function of the owner, not the staff, which is always nice and accommodating.

Site was hard to exit with 39’ class A towing a car. It could have been a bit longer before it dropped off to the driveway coming in. Almost needed 3 sewer hoses to connect to the sewer drop.

Our site was G12 level site close to main building,good utilities. The park is in need of TLC needs updating. It is getting tired.

It is a small RV resort. They have a few decent spots for big rigs. They need to trim trees as I had to basically drive into some empty spots to get out without hitting my roof. They got us into a spot but it seemed lucky even though we had a reservation. I would suggest calling and getting one of the spots in front of office if you have a big rig

This park is amazing! It's an older park, very clean. Bathrooms and laundry room are well kept. Staff is extremely helpful. It's a home away from home. They have all the basics for camping. There is a gym/sauna on site as well. Grass is kept up with. Also there are tons of gardens with different types of flowers that were planted. I can see the staff is hard at work with restoration for the park. Several sites have fire pits as well as a community fire pit.Park has been around since the 60s. Located inside the office there is a general store with most of your needs met. They hand serve Blue Bell ice cream!!

We stayed at the North Little Rock KOA for 18 days. The staff was very nice and helpful. Bathroom facilities were very clean, outdated but very clean. We enjoyed staying here. WiFi was not great either.
