Wi-Fi not working. Power hookup was in a large puddle of water due to rain and site design. Water was diverted right through the middle of our pad.

Older camp ground right near expressway. Lot I had was not very level. Only stopped for one night. Didn’t use any of facilities. Cable not working

The staff was amazing. The pool was so green and gross. Even though it is closed it should not be green. There were a lot of seasonal sites that were cluttered. The area with the cabins had green caution tape and all the vegetation was overgrown Did not feel safe at this KOA

Map was easy to follow to get to our site! Got in about 8:00PM and pulled out at 0730!

Upon check-in we were escorted to our campsite and directed on the best way to enter and exit the campground. The staff were extremely friendly and answered any and all questions we had as well as offered suggestions on where we could watch the TN-SC game. All in all it was a great stay. Will stay again if in the area.

Got to site late and parked loud motorcycle near the front for less than 10 hours. Got a knock on our door notifying us the manager called a tow truck to the the cycle and it needed to be moved right away. The husband does as he is told and the manager thought it would be cute to stick his head out to tell us he almost had us! That he was so close to getting it towed. Shity attitude and management

We were greeted when we entered the building/ Check in was very quick and we were quickly lead to our site. Staff were friendly. The site was level and hooks were easy to use. Most of the sites looked just fine, but over all the place is a work in progress with some sites need improvement.

We are traveling long days so arrived in the dark. The camp host accompanied us to our site and made sure we were all good before he left. Very nice.

We are frequent KOA visitors. Rented second place for car & ATV trailer. Didn’t appreciate the third degree questioning from an employee as we were readying our leave. She insinuated that we had moved our vehicle during the night, when we had moved it 30 min prior. She stated that our car was in a site when she got up. She spoke to me, my husband, & me again. The staff was wonderful! Friendly, helpful, and kind.The campground, however,is very rundown.Our patio site, R3, was so bad.Rotten wooden deck patched with plywood and wood scraps: extreme tripping hazard. Broken chiminea, table and chairs covered in debris.Paid extra for a very unpremium site. Park covered in leaves and sticks. Bathroom stalls very small and old. Ages since $ invested in the park

A nice, well kept campground with some trees and plenty of green, though, like most KOA's, not a lot of privacy. We managed to get the last site open for the day and the staff was helpful and friendly. The pool needed a skim but the tools were there so we did that ourselves. There was a fenced dog area and the cabins were tucked away and seemed cozy. We definitely recommend!

This was a fantastic place to overnight and get rest. We rolled in, got parked, and went back to the office for a single dip of fresh Blue Bell ice cream! The park was clean, quiet, and the staff was very friendly. Great proximity to restaurants and shopping, too!
