Nice park. Good people.My EPO indicated a line voltage problem and they came right out to check and there was no problem with the power. Got to our next campground and our EPO was doing the same thing, so it wasn't a problem at the park. I truly appreciate their fast response to our (non) issue

when we arrived the day shift was great. but then the second shift came on and all at once the boss came out yelling at me to move my truck. when I opened one of the slides it was going to hit a tree so i move the camper over and was just to make sure the slid would open but we had to move the truck NOW. so I move it behind the camper, and she started to YELLING I parked behind camper were i was t

At first they put us in a too small location for a 44 foot rv and jeep. Then they put us in front of the closely parked to our neighbors. Would not recommend

Booked a KOA Patio pull thru site for a 36 ft trailer. This way we wouldn’t have to unhitch. Site was to small and to unhitch. Asked for a longer site was told none available. Went for a walk later and there were approx 3-4 empty bigger sites. KOA patio was a safety issue, wobbly boards and holes patched with interior ply wood causing uneven ‘patio’. Park needs work. I hate so much when people arrives at my RV without a badge that she works at the KOA, arguing with us about our Dolly who was on their grass which was mostly mud and dead leaves and about our electric car. We were their only 2 nights. I will stay with a Bad souvenir.

We’ve stayed here before. Always friendly staff, clean restrooms. Only complaint-takes showers a long time to get hot. That being said we will still use this KOA as an overnight stop when in the area.

The staff were absolutely amazing!! The campground it self needs updated and the sites are really tight even for a travel trailer!

We tow a 42’ 5th wheel with a 1 ton ram. KOA has very narrow roads with several tight turns for both entering/exiting camp sites. Sites are extremely close (6-7’). With all of the full timers, with numerous cars and plastic sheds, we could barely maneuver. KOA HQ needs to visit and evaluate. By pass this one. Worst I’ve visited and we tow 4+ months a year for many years.

This campground is fine. Staff was friendly and bathrooms were very clean. Location is convenient to Little Rock and the interstate. Our picnic table was in a ditch so not really usable. That could be better placed. Noticed more long term residents than usual for a KOA.

True big rigs ask to stay in the 5 spots directly across from the front office only. I was in a 35 foot 5th with a 22 foot dually and had a nail biting experience exiting. I had to wait for two long term residents to leave for work to get enough clearance. The restroom/shower were clean. But, the toilet area is so small I literally almost could not turn around.

Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Older KOA but everything was in good shape and extremely clean! Showers and washrooms especially! One night for us…. Very comfortable and close to the high way… so a bit of noise in exchange for convenience!

Sites are unlevel. Have to disconnect from vehicle to level up which defeats the purpose of a pull through site. Most sites have people who are staying there long term. Definitely not like other KOAs.

Check in was quick. Assistance in providing location of site reserved site was provided. Site was clean and easy to access. Quite times were adhered to. Decking for premium site needed repair. Several boards were not affixed due to age of decking. Tree next to our site was dead and needs to be removed for safety. Location of Koa was excellent for our stay.

The location is awful due to the constant traffic on the interstate. The staff is very unfriendly and have a "oh well, that sucks" kind of mentality instead of coming up with solutions to help their guests.

The office staff was fantastic and helped us get settled and get going to the Clinton presidential library. Unfortunately thr women's showers were not clean and there was mold around the entry. It also seemed like the mats were not removed and sanitized daily.

Our stay was for one night only, but it was the third time we've stayed there. Nice park. We've enjoyed our stay each time. Will hopefully stay there again in the future.

Check in was smooth and friendly as always, had an escort to my site, and even though there was some rain, and park maintenance going on, everything was handled very well. We had a great time and will be back.

Park is in need of upgrades. Campsites are small and uninviting to spend time outside. Older park. Managers are friendly and helpful. Will bypass this KOA in the future.

Wonderful KOA. We were in the new section and our space was exactly level! It was a deluxe pull through with a patio and grill. We grilled steaks and enjoyed the evening . We camped here in a 45 foot class A with a tow. Easy in and easy out plus we faced north so we had afternoon shade. It doesn’t get any better!!!

Staff were nice and helpful. Water pressure at site g5 was a little low, but still got 30 psi. Was allot of highway noise, however are AC unit drowned it out for the most part. Store and laundry were nice and clean.

We chose this location as they write they have 95’ spots for big rigs. Our 40 was assigned a “deluxe” site. The rig fit but the car was at a sharp downhill slope, which made it impossible to unhook. We pulled up into the street in front to unhook. The owner came out to tell us of her vast experience and we did not need to do that. Office person was kind and friendly. Owner NO

Good place to stay for a night, easy in and out of the park from the freeway. Clean park and the staff was friendly. Things I didn’t care for, freeway noise and the site we had was to tight to get out of in the morning. I asked for a pull through site because of a mobile issue I have. Getting in and out of the rig checking clearance was very difficult leaving early in the morning.

Workers at counter were great workcampers that were doing misc jobs presented themselves as slobs main campground looked good but extended stay sites very messy and a few looked like a junkyard otherwise pretty easy access from highway some sites tight but big rigs do work laundry c and restrooms clean would go back again

It is a small RV resort. They have a few decent spots for big rigs. They need to trim trees as I had to basically drive into some empty spots to get out without hitting my roof. They got us into a spot but it seemed lucky even though we had a reservation. I would suggest calling and getting one of the spots in front of office if you have a big rig

This park is amazing! It's an older park, very clean. Bathrooms and laundry room are well kept. Staff is extremely helpful. It's a home away from home. They have all the basics for camping. There is a gym/sauna on site as well. Grass is kept up with. Also there are tons of gardens with different types of flowers that were planted. I can see the staff is hard at work with restoration for the park. Several sites have fire pits as well as a community fire pit.Park has been around since the 60s. Located inside the office there is a general store with most of your needs met. They hand serve Blue Bell ice cream!!

We stayed at the North Little Rock KOA for 18 days. The staff was very nice and helpful. Bathroom facilities were very clean, outdated but very clean. We enjoyed staying here. WiFi was not great either.
