Nice enough place as long as there are no emergencies. We were there and the Tornado sirens went off many of us went to the concrete building ( office) for shelter. We stayed there for about 45 mins and the person working the office, Lori I think, didn’t know we where tucked away in the store, she wanted everyone out so she could close and go home. Dide care about us, trees down it was a mess

DO NOT STAY HERE! THIS KOA HAS NO ELECTRICITY WHEN THERE IS POOR WEATHER. Staff will leave you in the dark. Office staff is not available and after hours phone number is a non working line. You will be better off just boon docking. Stay away from the KOA

Internet does not work. There two days in a class B van. Each day we went out to visit relatives. Each night on returning our camp neighbors told us the campground mgt tried to give our dight to another camper even though we left three chairs on site. Clearly we were not in the system even though we paid in advance. Also they have water problems and the pool is closed.

Friendly and cheerful staff and pleasantly nice KOA Journey. Lots of shade trees and green grass. Pool was out of commission for the day we were there and the staff couldn’t apologize enough. It really was ok. Things happen. The ice cream right across from us made up for it. :) Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Friendly staff . Sites too tight. I could not pull out of my “ pull through “ because of vehicles parked in front of their campers across the road. I had to back out of my site . Luckily, there was enough room at my particular site to back up ( with the help of my camplng neighbor ) .

Nice pool, older park, but shady and large sites. Friendly staff, a little noisy due to being close to interstate, but didn't notice any noise from inside the trailer. Its a good place to stay while traveling on the road.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful campsites. Hand scooped ICE CREAM!!! Clean, warm pool.

Friendly staff, easy check in, site level with concrete pad but no usable Wi-Fi and a dead spot for ATT phone service so we had to go to McDonalds for email. Would stay again as it’s convenient to visit relatives and good overnight stop if traveling through.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, however the campground itself needs attention. I didn't realize KOA had so many long term renters which is fine if they are held to the same standards as the overnight guests. We were placed next to someone whose site was full of junk and reeked of dog fecies. The smell was so strong we couldn't sit outside. We will not return to this KOA.

Motorhome 43’. Nice level site. Good hookups. Clean. Wonderful pool. Easy In/out for 1 night stay in campground and off interstate.

We arrived for a 1-night stay on the eve of severe weather warnings, including possiblity of tornadoes. We feared we may not be able to drive out the next day if the storm persisted. Staff was very accommodating, allowing us to purchase an additional night. Fortunately the weather at departure was ok and we didn't need the 2nd night. We appreciated them refunding us for the unused night.

Nice pool table but site was dirty and had broken glass. I was worried that my dog was going to cut her paw on the broken glass at the site. Also, there was a bunch of pieces of balloons scattered all around and I was also worried my dog was going to try to eat them and she could get sick this KOA was right next to a highway so very noisy but they need to clean their sites better overall it was ok

This was a standard KOA with the expected amenities and gave us a welcome respite from a long day's drive.

Nice spaces. Lots of trees. Easy highway access. Clean bathrooms. No Wi-Fi password given to us. Also no pool times posted.

Nice park, friendly staff. Tasty ice cream. Little too close to the interstate so the traffic noise at night is noticeable. No cable TV. Overall, I would stay there again. This was my second time.

First time staying at this KOA! We had a fantastic stay! Shout-out and high-five goes out to Vicki (who checked us in) Robin, who escorted us to our site) and Gene (who works Maint/Landscaping)! Vicki, Robin and Gene are exceptional in customer service! Please recognize them and the entire team!! High-5 to all of you!!

Check in was easy. Nice campground and bathrooms were clean. By freeway so it was easy off and on as we were traveling across the country.

This campground may be good for a journey overnight stay. Employees were nice and friendly. Love the nice touch of ice cream parlor. Very evident about half of sites here are full time residents. Reserve early if you need this stop. Small sites close to each other. Nice pool but we did not use it.

While the owners were very friendly, the grounds were very unkempt. You can clearly see they have quite a few long-term stays. The cabins were unusable, the playground was dirty. The tent area had an excessive amount of trash on it. You can see that at one point in time this was probably a very nice camp but the years have not been kind to it.

Vicki and Linda are a bit much. The red haired smoker was like a hawk. Was told pool was shut down by inspector and needed work before inspector came back. Somehow by late afternoon pool opened. I parked in open site for 5 minutes and they were knocking on my door saying you can't park there. Sites are very small with very limited parking Wouldn't recommend this park unless only dealing with guys

Just stopped here for a quick waste tank dump and water fill. Staff was very attentive, and got me to a site quickly to dump and off I was on my way. They also gave my kids some free popcorn in the office. Next time we're in the Little Rock area, we will definitely stay here!!! Highly recommended!!!

One night stay. Very nice little campground. Lots of trees, level sites. We hade lots of wind during our stay and the campgrounds lost power, as did a large area of North Little Rock. Restored within an hour. That was kinds cool though, brought people out of their campers to actually interact with others…. but that topic is for a different audience. I definitely would be back whether with our travel trailer or tent camping on a motorcycle..

Not much room in between sites. Friendly customer service and very helpful with question. Monthly rates are reasonable. Electric is separate.
