When arriving during these hours, a staff member will meet you in our office and escort you to your campsite.
Please indicate on your reservation the approximate time you may be arriving after office hours so we have your site guide prepared and placed in the after-hours box located at our office. You will receive a text message approximately one hour prior to our office closing with instructions.
Check-Out 11 AM. 
Please re-register by 11 am if you are staying an extra day.
Early Check-In or Late Check-Out 
This option is not available for cabins or glamping accommodations. RV sites are subject to pre-approval.

Camping is an outdoor experience.
No refunds are given due to the discomfort of nature.
No refunds for early departure.
Please only reserve the nights you wish to stay.

  • April 1- May 19th: Sunday thru Saturday Open 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • May 20 - September 10th: Sunday thru Saturday Open 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  • September 11 - November 5th: Sunday thru Saturday Open 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

** If you are arriving after our registration lodge has closed, no worries! Please indicate on your reservation and we will have your site guide available for you in our after-hours reservation information box.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
  • To cancel your reservation, please call 1-531-727-2052 before the deadlines below to receive a refund, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. 
  • Texting, messaging and/or emailing notifications of cancellations WILL NOT be accepted for refunding during the campgrounds season.

Cancellation Deadlines:
  • RV & Tent Sites: A 7 day cancellation notice. Call 1-531-727-2052 by 2:00 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
  • Lodging & Accommodations: A 14 day cancellation notice. Call 1-531-727-2052 by 2:00 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival. 

Cancellation Details: 
  • Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
  • Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
  • No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows, early checkouts and/or late arrivals.
  • No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.• Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
  • There are NO REFUNDS for Holiday Reservations, Special Events, multi-week packages, and/or seasonal or monthly stays.

Occupancy & Visitors Policy

OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is a State Law.
  • Must be 21 yrs of age or older to reserve a RV or tent site
  • Must be 25 yrs of age or older to reserve a cabin or glamping accomodation.
  • One camping unit and one family per campsite. A total of 6 people with a maximum of 4 adults per campsite. 
  • Glamping pod allows 2 people per reserved site.
  • Family cabin allows up to 6 people per reserved cabin.
  • Couples cabin allows 2 adults only per reserved cabin.
  • A maximum of two vehicles may be parked on a site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the campground parking lots. 
  • You may not sell anything on your campsite. 
  • We do not allow tents on RV or Cabin sites, you must be in the tent areas (with reservation) to sleep outside your RV or Cabin.
  • Picnic tables and/or fire rings must remain in the same location as when you arrive.
  • Fires are permitted in the fire rings only.
  • Excessive noise, loud music, foul language, or behavior will not be tolerated at any time.
  • Generators are not allowed unless due to a power outage.
  • Be considerate to future guests by cleaning up all debris and trash before departure.
  • Items may not be nailed or hung from the trees. 
  • No digging holes or disturbing natural ground cover.
  • No clotheslines.
  • An adult must always accompany all children under the age of 13.
  • Be courteous toward your neighbors. Do not walk through other campsites, vacant or occupied.

VISITORS: 
All visitors must be registered with the campground office and pay the daily fee per person. Campers are responsible for their visitors at all times. Visitors must leave their pets at home. Please inform your guests. Visitor fees are $10 dollars per person for all persons over age three and $20.00 per person on holiday weekends. Once we reach capacity on a holiday weekend, we may need to turn visitors away. Visitors may enter the campground beginning at 9:00 AM and leave before 8:00 PM. Overnight visitors are welcome as long as the total number of people per site is 6 or less. A maximum of 6-day visitors will be permitted per site. 
VISITORS MUST REGISTER AT THE FRONT OFFICE. Visitor vehicles are not allowed in the campground. Visitors will be escorted to the registered site or can be greeted at the office. Unregistered guests will be asked to leave. NO TRESPASSING, Trespassers will be towed.

EV Charging is not permitted

We do not have EV chargers installed on the campground. If you charge on a campsite, you will be ejected from the campground with no refund and billed for all damages caused. There are free EV chargers at the Meyer Ford Dealership just north of the interstate from the campground.

Gated Campground

Our campground is an entry only and exit only gated campground. With your reservation, on your site guide, you will obtain an entry code. Please respect the safety of other guest and do not give the code out to visitors or others. Parking is limited with in the campground and all visitors are asked to check-in to the office to assure the safety of others on the campground.

Speed Limit

Speed Limit:
A 5 MPH Speed Limit is maintained throughout the entire campground. You will be asked to park outside the gate and asked to walk throughout the park if you repeatedly violate the speed limit.

Pedal Bikes:

  • May be ridden from dawn-to-dusk activity.
  • Electric bikes must adhere to the 5MPH speed limit. 
  • Per Lincoln West KOA Holiday request, all children under 13 must wear a helmet when riding.
  • Please ensure they are parked on your campsite and off the roadway. 
  • Lincoln West is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged of personal property or bodily injury. Please read the Liability and assumption of Risk Policy.

Other Modes of Transportation 

  • Due to the gravel roads, electric children's cars, scooters, roller blades (inline skates), hoverboards, razors, etc. are prohibited for your safety. 
  • Golf carts, Mini-bikes, Mopeds, and ATVs must be left at home or trailered throughout your stay. Prohibited for use on campground.
  • Lincoln West is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged of personal property or bodily injury. Please read the Liability and assumption of Risk Policy.

Deluxe Cabins and Glamping Cabin Accommodations

  • The Couples Deluxe Cabins is located on site L5. This cabin sleeps 2, Adults only- no children, NO PETS, no smoking. This cabin is furnished with a queen size bed, full bathroom, full kitchenette and  cooking utensils. Bedding, pillows and towels are not included in the reservation, please bring your own or rent from the office.

Queen bedding rental set includes: one fitted sheet, one top sheet, two pillow cases and one comforter for $25/set. Towel rental includes: two bath towels, two wash cloths, one hand towel for $10/set. Pillows are $5/each.
  • The Family Deluxe Cabins are located on site C10A & C10B. These cabins sleep up to six, NO PETS, no smoking. These cabins are furnished with two queen size beds, two twin beds, full bathroom, full kitchenette and  cooking utensils. Bedding, pillows and towels are not included in the reservation, please bring your own or rent from the office.

Queen bedding rental set includes: one fitted sheet, one top sheet, two pillow cases and one comforter for $25/set. Twin bedding rental set includes: one fitted sheet, one top sheet, one pillow case, one comforter for $15/set. Towel rental includes: two bath towels, two wash cloths, one hand towel for $10/set. Pillows are $5/each.
  • Our Glamping Apod Camping Cabins are located on sites C15 & C16 & I00. These accommodations sleep 2 on a queen-size mattress; no bedding, no restrooms, no smoking.

Glamping Apod Camping Cabins Accommodations cooking policy: 
  • Nebraska Health Department regulations prohibit cooking inside all Camping Accommodations. 
  • Cooking appliances such as, but not limited to, toasters, griddles, Insta-Pots, etc. are prohibited.
  • Please utilize outside grills and tables for food preparation, cooking and food consumption.
  • Bedding, such as pillows, sheets and/or blankets, are not provided. Please bring your own or items can be purchased at the Registration Lodge.

Pet Policy & Dog Park

  • Pets must be leashed, kept quiet, and under your control at all times while in the campground. 
  • Rabies and vaccination shot certificates are required. 
  • Do not let children walk dogs they cannot control. 
  • No exotic animals are allowed. 
  • Pets are restricted from the restrooms, laundry facility, pool area, turf area, playground, pillow pad and other public buildings.
  • Do not tie the pet to trees or leave it unattended.
  • Clean up after your pet, dog Waste Stations are located around the campground for your convenience.
  • For your pet's enjoyment, we have a dog park at the entrance of the campground.

Severe Weather

We monitor the National Weather Service Radio 24/7 and severe thunderstorms warnings/watches are our concern. Severe may involve rain, possible hail, strong winds and possible tornadoes. We are located in Seward County Nebraska. Storm shelters are the bathhouses, the code to the door is 9230 if they happen to be locked. The Seward County Emergency Management Siren is located on the campground, if it goes off- seek shelter!
If you have any questions, please ask. If you require special assistance, please inform us at the time of registration. We are not responsible for hail/wind or storm damage. We do not offer a refund(s) or transfers for bad weather during your stay.
Local weather channels are: CHANNEL 10/11 KOLN or CHANNEL 8 KLKN, both have apps to download to your phone.

Emergency Siren Monthly Test

Please be aware that a Monthly Emergency Test by the Seward County Emergency Management the first Tuesday of every month.

Reservation Add-on's

Items selected on reservations will be available to you during store hour check-in's.
  • Bag of Ice: our nugget style bags of ice are bagged daily and inside our Kampstore cooler
  • Bundle of Firewood: our firewood is cut, delivered and bagged by a local Arborist to prevent the spread of disease and bugs.
  • Bag of charcoal: we carry a 6lb, 8lb and 12lb bag of charcoal. Upgrading of bag size is available in store at time of arrival or noted on your reservation.
  • Smores' Kit: a bag of campfire marshmallows, box of graham crackers and a package of Hersey chocolate bars
  • Campfire Kit: a bundle of firewood, a 4pk of fire starters and a lighter
  • Pizza: A 13" medium (8 slices) choose of single topping; cheese, hamburger or pepperoni.
  • Cabin bedding, towel or pillow rental

PLEASE NOTE: 
Pizza is started at the time of arrival and delivered to your site. Last pizza order is 30 minutes before the store closes.
Bags of Ice are available only during store hours.

Firewood & Campfire policy

Campfires & Firewood: 
  • Campfires are permitted in designated fire rings only and must be extinguished before retiring or leaving the site.
  • Do not move fire rings or boxes.
  • Chainsaws and defacing trees in any way are prohibited. 
  • Firewood is available for purchase at the store or by scanning the QR code at our firewood station. 
  • No outside firewood is permitted. 
  • Do not burn garbage, building lumber, plastic, glass, or metal.

State and/or County fire bans are out of our control.

Swimming Pool & Hot Tub Rules Notification

SWIMMING POOL:
  • Observe posted pool rules.
  • Any child under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a guardian, age 18 or older.
  • There is NO lifeguard; swim at your own risk.
  • NO alcoholic beverages, food, smoking, or glass containers inside the pool or hot tub area.  

Swimming Pool Rules: We are required to notify you of these rules as there is no lifeguard on duty. 
The swimming facilities at this campground are not supervised by a lifeguard or other responsible person. In place of on-site supervision, this facility has established a series of safeguards to be followed by all guests. Please read and abide by all of the safety rules located in the swimming area and below. 
  • Never Swim Alone. A minimum of two adults, 18 years of age or older, must be present whenever the swimming facility is in use, with at least one adult on the pool deck. 
  • There is no substitution for adequate supervision. Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied to the bathing area by a parent or guardian or similar adult responsible for their safety. 
  • Appropriate swimwear is required for all ages, swim diapers are REQUIRED, NOT diapers. 
  • Glass containers, bottles or glasses are prohibited in the pool area
  • Smoking is prohibited in the pool area.
  • Do not drink alcohol and swim.
  • Only use the facility during the posted or informed hours of operation. 
  • No pets inside the pool area.

In an emergency, notify the facility operator and contact help immediately.                                      
A free telephone is provided at this facility. Call 911 for all emergencies.

Only registered guests of the campground are allowed to use the pool facilities. Guests must check into the office, visitor fee applies per individual.
Injuries can be prevented, and safety is everyone's responsibility. If you notice any problems with the water quality or absence of safety equipment, please notify us at once.

Failure to follow rules will result in loss of pool privileges or evacuation of the campground.

Quiet/ Noise Level Hours

QUIET HOURS are strictly enforced and observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be courteous to your neighbors at all times. Radios and outside TVs are to be turned down to a respectful noise level during this time. You will be given two notices, third notice may result in exiting the campground, no refund. Children under 18 must be at their campsite during quiet hours unless accompanied by the registered guest.

Laundry and Bathhouse

Laundry Facility:
Our laundry facility has five washing machines and six dryers. These machines are quarter or CSCGO mobile app accessible. Clothing with tar, oil or other harmful substances are prohibited in the washers and dryers. No blankets, quilts, comforters, pet beds or pet blankets are allowed in the washers or dryers.

Bathhouse:
Their are three bathhouses on our campground. Each bathhouse has four family-style bathrooms furnished with an individual sink, toilet and shower. The bathroom access code is given to every guest, please use the latch to protect your privacy. Children must be supervised!
Please refrain from bathing your pets in the bathhouses. Please clean up after yourself and let a member of our team know if there are any plumbing issues.

Photo Release

PHOTO RELEASE, I hereby grant Lincoln West KOA Holiday (the Campground) permission to use my image and likeness (photographs and/or videos) in which me, any family member, or guest appear for any of its public displays such as but not limited to websites, social media, and advertisement prints, without payment or any other consideration.
I hereby irrevocably authorize the Campground, to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos/video for purposes of publicizing the Campground or for any other lawful purpose of the Campground. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein I appear. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo/video. I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge the Campground from all claims, demands, and causes of action which me, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf, on behalf of an estate, or may have by reason of this authorization. It is the responsibility of the registered Licensee to inform their guests of this photo use policy. If you do not want to be photographed it is your responsibility to remove yourself from the activity while pictures are being taken.

Liability And Assumption Of Risk

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I AM AWARE AND UNDERSTAND THAT THE ACTIVITIES ARE POTENTIALLY AND INHERENTLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITIES THAT INVOLVE THE RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY INJURIES I SUSTAIN MAY RESULT FROM OR BE COMPOUNDED BY NEGLIGENT EMERGENCY RESPONSE OR RESCUE OPERATIONS OF LINCOLN WEST KOA HOLIDAY ("CAMPGROUND"). NOTWITHSTANDING THE RISK, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITIES WITH AN EXPRESS UNDERSTANDING OF THE DANGER INVOLVED AND HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT AND ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS OF INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITIES, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF "CAMPGROUND" OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, HAZARDS ARISING FROM STAYING AND BEING OUTSIDE, INJURY OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM CAMPFIRES OR FIRES IN GENERAL, DANGEROUS ANIMALS OR INSECTS THAT MAY BE FOUND IN THE AREA INCLUDING BLACK BEARS, INJURY OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM ANY WEATHER RELATED INCIDENTS, INJURY OR DAMAGE THAT MAY ARISE FROM ANY BODIES OF WATER ON OR AROUND THE GROUNDS, INJURY OR DAMAGE THAT MAY ARISE FROM THE OUTDOOR TERRAIN AND THE DANGEROUS VEGETATION LOCATED ON SUCH, AND ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE THAT MAY ARISE FROM ANY RECREATIONAL AMENITIES AND ACTIVITIES THAT MAY BE ENGAGED. I hereby waive, release, and forever discharge "Campground", its affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, employees, staff, volunteers, heirs, executors, administrators, representatives, predecessors, successors, and assigns from any claims resulting from physical or personal injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, loss or death, and any property damage that may occur caused by fire, theft, vandalism, accidents, natural events, or any other occurrences or mishaps. I am here at my free will, and entirely at my own risk. I understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise by my own or others negligence, conditions on "Campground", or related to travel to and from "Campground". "Campground" is not responsible for errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act pertaining to any party or entity conducting a specific event or activity. I fully understand that this is a release of liability that waives certain rights I possess. I agree to voluntarily give up, or waive any right that I otherwise have, to bring legal action against "Campground" for any personal injury or property damage whatsoever for negligence on the part of "Campground", its agents, and employees. This waiver and release of liability shall remain in effect for the duration of my presence at "campground".  INDEMNIFICATION: I further agree at time of reservation campground entry to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless "Campground", and all related agents, entities, and employees, against any and all claims, suits, or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation, or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf.

Help us keep our campground nice

Please do not park on grass or put mats or carpets on grass. No tents on full hookup or cabin sites.
RV or Vehicle mechanical work, maintenance work, oil changes, fluid changes and/or washing are not permitted. NEDD monitors our ground water regularly.

Lincoln West Lake

We want you to be safe -- please do not jump or climb on rocks, ledges, or cliffs! You may swim, float, or fish in the lake at your own risk. NO LIFEGUARDS.
Do not set up anything in this water area other than a folding chair.

Children Supervision

Parents are responsible for the supervision and safety of their children/minors at all times and all areas of the campground.
In the State of Nebraska; A person, 17 years and/or younger are minors. Ages 18+ are adults.
Children must be accompanied by an adult in the store, laundry facility, restrooms, pool and playground.
We ask parents to keep an eye on children using bicycles and keep them away from the higher traffic areas.

Alcohol and Smoking Policy

Smoking Policy:
  • Smoking and/or vaping is limited to your reserved campsite.
  • Please avoid public areas.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the pool area, hot tub area, playground, bathrooms, laundry facility, backyard turf area and all public facilities on the campground.
  • Please dispose of your butts respectfully.

Alcohol Policy:

  • Consumption of alcohol is welcome at your campsite by those of the legal drinking age of 21 and over; however, please drink responsibly.
  • Glass containers, bottles or glasses are prohibited in the pool, hot tub or backyard areas.
  • Please dispose of your cans respectfully.
  • Disorderly, disrespectful and/or obnoctious behavior is prohibited. Unfillingness to follow these rules may result in Law Enforcement or permanenant removal of the campground. 

Disorderly Conduct & Forbidden Items Policy

Illegal drugs, drunkenness, underage drinking, firecrackers, fireworks, sparklers, sky lanterns, firearms, Air Horns, BB guns, paintball guns, slingshots, archery equipment, or any other type of explosives or weapons are not permitted. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal by local Authority, no refunds.

No Subletting of Campsites

There is no subletting of campsites
  • Reservation must be in the name of the party(s) staying at the campground.
  • Site reservations are not transferable. 
  • We do not allow any rental RV/campers to be dropped off or picked up by any rental company and/or private individuals. 

You may rent an RV or camper from a rental company or private individual but you must be the party of reservation and must stay with us. You must also be the party bringing the RV or camper to the campground. There are no exceptions to this policy!

Fireworks Policy

Fireworks of any kind are prohibited on the campground.

Extended Stay: Monthly, Seasonal, Rental Policy

Lincoln West Holiday KOA welcomes you! Our campground was created to vacation, relax and create memories.
Our campground allows Monthly and Seasonal stays for your traveling plans. A criminal investigation report and references will be required for management to approve before booking.
Lincoln West Holiday KOA welcomes medical professionals and seasonal contractors servicing the local area during our camping season (April - October).
Our campground does not host long-term or annual/yearly stays.

Renting out your RV:
If you are renting out your RV and hosting it at our campground, here are some things to keep in mind.
1: Owner(s) of the RV must first register with the office. 
2: Reservation Guest: The reservation guest renting the RV must register with the office.
3: The reservation must be in the name of the person staying, NOT the owner(s) of the RV. The reservation guest must obtain a parking pass, gate entry access code and an amenity bracelet for the duration of their stay. 
4: Once the reservation guest has checked out, the RV must be removed off the premises by 11:00am to avoid paying the late checkout fee.
