Firewood policy

Here's a revised version of your firewood policy:  
Firewood Policy: To maintain the health and safety of our campground and surrounding environment, we have implemented the following firewood policy:
  1. Purchase Requirement: Firewood must be purchased exclusively from our registration lodge. Bringing your own firewood from outside sources is strictly prohibited.
  2. Reason for Restriction: This policy is in place to prevent the introduction and spread of bugs and diseases that can be transmitted through firewood. By purchasing firewood from our registration lodge, you help ensure the protection of our campground trees.
  3. Quality Assurance: Our firewood undergoes proper treatment and inspection to meet quality standards and reduce the risk of introducing harmful pests or diseases.
  4. Compliance: We appreciate your cooperation in complying with this policy for the safety and well-being of our campground and its natural surroundings.

Recreation Hours

Here are your revised facility rules:
Swimming Pool and Spa:
  • Swimming hours: From dawn until dusk.
  • No lifeguards on duty.
  • Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 19 year old at all times.
  • Infants and toddlers must wear a protective swimming-approved diaper and swimsuit.

Community Center:
  • Hours: 9am-7pm, Sunday-Saturday.
  • Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 19 year old at all times.

Playground Areas:
  • Playtime hours: From dawn until dusk.
  • Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 19 year old at all times.

Jumping Pillow:
  • Hours of operation: Sunday-Saturday, 10am-6pm.
  • Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 19 year old at all times.
  • No shoes allowed on the pillow.

Visitors Policy

Visitor Guidelines:  Welcome to our campground! We're delighted to accommodate visitors during your stay. To ensure everyone's safety and convenience, please adhere to the following guidelines:
  1. Visitor Registration: Each registered site is permitted one visitor vehicle. Visitors must register at the Registration Lodge to purchase a visitor vehicle pass, visitor wristband per guest to participate in campground amenities and a gate verification access code. 
  2. Parking Regulations: Visiting vehicles must be parked inside the designated graveled site area. Parking on the road(s) or grass is strictly prohibited. Designated parking spots are available for visitors' convenience.
  3. Visitor Pass Display: Visitors should prominently display their issued visitor pass while on the premises.
  4. Host Responsibility: The registered site guest is responsible for their visitor's compliance with all campground rules and regulations.

Quiet Hours

Here's a revised version of your quiet hours and park rules:Quiet Hours:
  • Daily quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am.
  • Please limit loud and offensive noises out of respect for others camping in the park.

Additional Park Rules:
  • Generators are prohibited.
  • Operation of ATV (All Terrain Vehicles) is not permitted in the park.
  • The speed limit within the park is 5mph at all times.

Pet Policy

Pet Policy: At Lincoln West Holiday, we understand the importance of pets in your family. To ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all our guests, please review and adhere to the following pet policy:
  1. Pet Restrictions: Pets (dogs and/or cats) are restricted from accessing the following areas:

    • Play parks
    • Pocket parks
    • Fishing pond
    • Registration lodge

  2. Designated K9 Kamps: We provide designated K9 Kamps where your furry camper can run, play, sniff, and socialize with other animals.
  3. Prohibited Breeds: The following breeds are prohibited from the park due to County and insurance regulations:
    • Akita
    • American Staffordshire Terrier
    • Staffordshire Bull Terrier
    • Bull Mastiff
    • American Bully
    • Chow
    • Doberman Pinscher
    • Pit Bull and/or Pit Bull Terrier
    • Presa Canario
    • Rottweiler
    • German Shepherd
    • Wolf Hybrid
    • Any mixed breed containing one or more of the listed breeds

  4. Pet Behavior Expectations:
    • Quiet, well-mannered, and socialized pets are welcome.
    • Please be respectful of other guests.
    • Pets may not be left unattended outside at any time.
    • Do not leave pets in a hot RV or Tent.
    • Aggressive dogs will not be tolerated.
    • If you have concerns about separation anxiety, barking, or your pet's behavior around squirrels, children, or other animals, we recommend leaving your pet at home.

  5. Leash and Waste Regulations:
    • Pets must be leashed at all times when outside of the dog park.
    • Pet waste must be picked up immediately and properly disposed of.

  6. Visitors' Pets: Visitors are not permitted to bring their pets to the campground.

Deluxe Cabins and Kamping Accommodations

Kamping Accommodations are the Apod Kamping cabins located on sites C14 & C15 & I4. These accommodations come with a queen size mattress only, no bedding and no restrooms.

Deluxe Cabins are located on sites L4, C8 & C9. These deluxe cabins are fully furnished cabins with bedding, towels and kitchen utensils.

Kamping Accommodations: 

  • Nebraska Health Department regulations prohibit cooking inside all kamping accommodations. 
  • Cooking appliances such as, but not limited to, toasters, griddles, coffee pots, insta-pots, etc. are prohibited.
  • Please utilize outside grills and tables for food preparation, cooking and food consumption.
  • Bedding, such as pillows, sheets and/or blankets, are not provided. Please bring your own or items can be purchased at the Registration Lodge.
