Easy in and out access...the crew keep up with the grounds....the only issue was the water was shut off a little over a half hour...I was notified out the outage prior...Will definitely camp here again....thank you for your hospitality

The fireworks on Friday night were unexpected. It is odd that quiet time is at 10 when fireworks go off until 12 at the Avi casino. These two things do not line up. It would have been nice to know before booking. I really enjoyed the canal with trees that provide shade in the evenings. I do not think I’ll be staying here again. It was ok. The bathroom and facilities were amazing and clean!

Disliked that we were placed in a golf course/water site where our trailer door opened to a large power box and that construction workers were parked and doing work literally in the site next to us. Leaving us without privacy till night. Campground was clean and quiet.

I was treated with disrespect by the woman who checked us in. She made no effort to accommodate us even after I explained that I am disabled with a spinal cord injury and moving our trailer is a lot for me especially since we just set it up. She was a cocky rude condescending woman and definitely shouldn’t be working for KOA. haven’t been to this park in over 20 years and no updates of improve

great stay, park had good security and was kept clean, could use a few trees around some of the park but otherwise great stay the use of the casino's pool and the river beach was a great way to beat the heat

Very nice campground and nice to use casino amenities. But we had lots of problems with our pets because of all the fireworks. You should limit fireworks to holidays so we know when having. We won’t be able to bring our pets with us again there because everyone can do fireworks anytime. The reason we camp is so pets can go everywhere with us without worrying about them.

Had trouble with Wi-fi. Called the help line they gave us. Help line said they would report the problem to the office. Called the office and got brushed off. Had to pay an extra $50 per night to get a decent size space. People across from us did not have their dogs on a leash. Many times we saw dogs being attacked including ours. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The park was quiet and clean. We only heard the fireworks go off on a Wednesday night and left before Friday so that was probably good. They DID NOT go off all night. I tried to give 5 stars but, it would not let me go back to do so. We will definitely return here. Large spots,quiet days and evenings. Helpful front employee.

We have stayed here before but this time we had issues with our fifth wheel which caused us to stay later In The day than typical. The ladies in the office were so kind and understanding regarding our late departure and even allowed me to sit In The office with my two standard poodles bc it was so hot and we had no air. So very grateful for their kindness.

Our site was great, backed up to a small stream and golf course. We saw otters, Herons and birds. Very quiet and even fireworks each night but not too late.

The three biggest things for me was the power going out for most of the day on Sunday. Also there was no hot water in the showers on Saturday and Sunday. And the camping spaces were very small and crowded. The camper next to us was apparently having sewer issues which we could smell in our camper. Not pleasant. We would like at least a partial refund, but I am sure that won’t happen.

Called 3 times for the shuttle. I was told they were busy and wouldn’t be able to come. Food at the casino is mediocre at best! Will not return!

Staff is very nice. Didn't use restrooms. Laundry is fine (although I lost a quarter - LOL). They need another basket & hanging space as there is only 1. Apparently, one dryer is free, but I didn't know about it until I was done (-25¢). If you want to gamble, this is your campground! The Casino smelled like cigarettes so after going over once to explore we never went back. There is a theater.

Fast and friends checkin. Spacious sites. Easy access to noth gas and casino. Only a few miles away are grocery stores and restaurants. Laundry is clean and priced reasonable.

We stayed 7 days at the KOA and because we gamble at the casino we got our stay comped. We used the pool one day with a cabana. With the cabana you get 6 wrist bands so we had some friends join us. We went to the buffet on Saturday and the food was good. Discount with players Club card. Finally won $1,100 on the last day of our stay. We had a great time. Thank you.

Reserving was very easy and I received a call from the desk confirming my reservation for 3 of our rv's caravaning together from Flagstaff. the park was clean and everything functioned properly. This was our 2nd time staying here.

The office closes at 4 pm. If you do not make your reservations by then, there is no one to help you. Even calling the casino, they knew nothing about the RV park.

I reserved a spot in the shaded area, backing into the golf course of the campground. Apparently they assigned me a Campspot, which was void of any shade or trees in my area. On top of that I was next to a large box that appears to be some sort of transformer that took up a lot of the space of my Campspot even worse, it was making a humming noise all the time I could hear it while we were sleeping

we liked our campsite, but we would not recommend it to anyone with pets. Fireworks every night we stayed there. Pool and casino very close and some good choices for food.

So much better than my hubby and I ever expected. The buffet is Saturday and Sunday only and $20 per person. The fresh cooked eggs and omelets made to order fantastic! We will be back.

Well kept the restrooms were very clean and well lite i was there with a friend and my dog we a great time. For once i was not given a hard time for having my seizure alert dog with me it was very nice and definitely appreciated. They have boat parking plenty of boat parking. I recommend this casino location for sure your feeling the vibes there
