It's a great little get a way, close to our home. Staff was very helpful, and knowledgeable. Clean restrooms.

My only complaint is the laundry. More than half the washers were out of order for most of the 6 weeks I stayed. I’ve been coming here for 9 years and it’s always been like this. The staff is terrific. The site is clean. The cable no longer works, but was never very good anyway. Power is good, no outages. Water pressure is good. Love the golf course. Always look forward to staying here.

Very nice park. Water in the showers a little difficult to regulate but otherwise we loved the park.

Semi annual stay with the HSXSTA from Lake Havasu City. KOA goes out of there way to accommodate our group and moving picnic tables to one campsite for our gatherings. Thank You!

The girls in the office were great The security people patrolling the property were great The wi-fi is not to good The laundry was not the best until we were about to leave, then they fixed 7 of the 10 washing machines. We wii return because it is a nice park and the casino pool is great. Work on the wi-fi and I would rate the park a lot higher

The bathrooms wore dirty, half of the toilets did not work. My campsite was changed and they game me directions to old site. Put me in a site next a year rounder that was so trashy. Inside office staff not very friendly.

We had a great stay in mid-November! It was not very full and we weren't squeezed up to our neighbors, which was a lovely surprise. Our site butted up to the golf course, so we had nice shade in the afternoon. Full hookups, plenty of space, and a super short walk to the Avi Casino... we'd stay there again!

Sites are big but all gravel. Pool is very far and not heated. If you have pets afraid of fireworks, don’t go there. Nightmare. We had to leave one day earlier. Friendly staff but we will never go back there.

We decided to stay another night, and had to move which is very inconvenient to a traveler, especially when the spot we were in didn’t have new tenant move for the night. Last Fall when we stayed at Kingman KOA we were in a spot where one of our slide outs was totally up against bush, I did answer your survey and never heard from KOA. I think KOA could do better by responding to comments.

Nice spot but they charged us an additional $10 for early check in. Approx 1 hour early. This was frustrating and made us boycott the casino and drove to town for our meals Will be hard to rebook at KOA in future.

Excellent park with great amenities. Being connected to The Avi Casino was a plus, they have pools, a nice beach on the river etc. Golf courses nearby also. The only downside was the restaurants in the casino weren’t the best. No fault of KOA. Nice dog area and playground.

I've stayed here before with no problems. Staff are great/friendly. However, this time my good $100 camp/club chair was stolen. Very sad because it taints this KOA as unsafe. All necessary shopping is within 2 miles.

This KOA is in desperate need of a facelift. A lot of the KOAs have a small store, this location has couches and a TV, I've never seen anyone use it. The bathrooms are old, and the toilets rock/move when you sit on them. Wish we could have a fire. They've always been short of picnic tables. We always have to drag one over from an empty site. Would be great to be able to reserve spot on line.

The Internet did not work the entire 17 days we were there; even though we complained to the office (as well as many other sites did too), called the support line that was given to us when we checked in (called 8 times over the 17 days), and even called the general manager of the place. NO one seemed to care at all. To me, that’s false advertising. If you advertise Internet, it should work.

Nice large spaces. Issue with hose bib upon arrival was immediately addressed by maintenance. Fireworks across the street are fun to watch but may keep awake early sleepers. Pool access at the casino across the street is nice.

Excellent campground, the casino across the road is a bonus. They have a nice beach, swimming pools and hot tub. A nice golf course right there also.

We always stay in the campgrounds when we journey south to Arizona. Amd we really really miss the big buffet !!hope you bring it back !!

The Campgrounds own handout rules say no fireworks allowed —yet each night extensive fireworks were ignited by other campers The office informed us that the brochure was incorrect and other campers could ignite rockets, fire crackers at will My dog was traumatized So unfortunate

great place, the casino allows you to use their pool and river beach, we used our Verizon cube for internet and had great connection,

So much better than my hubby and I ever expected. The buffet is Saturday and Sunday only and $20 per person. The fresh cooked eggs and omelets made to order fantastic! We will be back.

Well kept the restrooms were very clean and well lite i was there with a friend and my dog we a great time. For once i was not given a hard time for having my seizure alert dog with me it was very nice and definitely appreciated. They have boat parking plenty of boat parking. I recommend this casino location for sure your feeling the vibes there
