Loud people at sites directly across from us. At 1115 pm had to call security. Security should have patrolled at 10 pm to shut people up. Security came, they quieted down but music played until 2 am. We were very disappointed. Had a long and very tired drive home the next day. Lady at your front desk says Security patrols all night...then why was the music playing until 2 am??

The Campground was nice and clean, in the casino melt it heavy smoking, thats dirty. The wifi was very bad.

Super convenient location, across the Avi casino and the river. Amenities to the Avi private beach and pool, there’s also an arcade, movie theater, and lots of dining options. The campground was clean, and mostly quiet. They have bathrooms, showers, and laundry on campground.

Nice stay. Not enough shade though. The valet to the casino was never available or answered thw phine and walking in 115 degree weather was not bearable. Pools were nice. Wished there had been more spots to fish the river. But full hook ups were nice, good price for all casino amenities included.

There was loud fireworks going off long after midnight. We had a long journey the following day and we needed our sleep. I guess the casino was having a party. We will remember this next time as we are campers not casino going people.

The camp grounds are nice. The internet is terrible, was on phone with people at the number supplied by resort. Nothing was resolved stayed 3 nights and never had any internet.

This is the second time that I had a two nights stay. I left one day to go to work. I came back and someone else was in my space. This time security knocked on my rig and asked me why I was where I was and I showed him my paperwork and told him I called the office and they told me it was fine but they didn’t change it in their computer. The fireworks also scare my dogs. I think they have a hard

Upon check in, I told the agent at the desk that I wanted a space away from people , she showed me the campground map and I picked a spot approximately seven sites from either side vacant. Later in the afternoon, they put somebody on one side of us and then on the other side of us.. with approximately 20 to 30 empty spaces in the next row. WHY?????

The facility was nice, clean, personal very friendly! However, getting any sleep is almost impossible when allowing people to shoot off fireworks within the park. My dog was terrified! From 9pm to 1am it was so loud and and the concussion was so close it rattled the trailer! I’m all for having fun on Saturday night, but this was not the restful mini vacation we had in mind.

Friendly people work @ this RV Park, they always space everyone out when there is room. Big pull thru spaces with dependable water and power.

I took my great grand daughters to Avi , they had a great time in the pools , love the water features . We went to a movie they been wanting to see , nice . Overall a very clean safe place .

Terrible! Got to the park at 1:15 to check in. Door locked with site info on the door. Went to our site and it was one of the smallest in the park. We have a 40 foot MH with tow. Needless to say had to wait in 108 heat for the office opened up at 2:30. What park closed during check in? No one does that, then when open we went in to get another LONGER site to park for the night. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The campground was kept very clean and was conveniently located near the casino and we had access to the amenities which was great we could use the pool. We only wished it had a bit more trees for shade. But it is the desert . We enjoyed our stay

We had ok stay. All amenities at casino, need bracelet for pool, beach. Laundry closes when office closes. Showers/ restrooms were clean but only two “crappers” worked. Others were full of poo n wouldn’t flush. Had good time at casino.

The well water was dirty. Needed a couple of inline filters. Other than that, my wife and I enjoyed the stay.

The park is not well kept and the fireworks are unacceptable. We have stayed here several times and enjoyed it but the park has gone down hill and feels unsafe. The Smoke Shop brings in a lot of unsavory clients.

It was our maiden voyage with our new to us class C motorhome. Everything on the camper worked great ��. Spoke to two employees and they were very friendly and accommodating. Park was well maintained. The amenities are awesome. Sandy beach, pool, & Colorado river.we will be back ����

No shade in the campground, office would open late and close at odd times. I reserved a polopa at the beach, people were using it and blocking all access to the water. Most didn’t have the access wristbands. Fortunately I was not charged for the polopa. Beach access through the casino dragging all my things and then not being able to use it, was disappointing. Campground is far from the water!

I didn't enjoy facing the neighbors how you have it set up for Motorhomes to pull in and face 5th wheels and travel trailers. Does not make for an enjoyable stay being on top of everyone. Didn't like that there was no pool on site with KOA. Also didn't like lack of staff during checkin or having to walk far to through away garbage.

stayed for 10 days. Great place, pool access, beach access, nice movie theater, laundry room and the shuttle will pick you up right at the door of your rv and take you back. Going back for another 10 days in august… love it

Campground less than half full, yet put us by full timer nasty dirty junky camper who had their vehicle in our space. Complained to desk who only moved us 1 lot over!!! That camper should never have been allowed!! Will never stay at your KOA or refer it due to that. You had dozens of other empty sites you could have moved us to but did not!!All other KOA's on our trip have been excellent.

So much better than my hubby and I ever expected. The buffet is Saturday and Sunday only and $20 per person. The fresh cooked eggs and omelets made to order fantastic! We will be back.

Well kept the restrooms were very clean and well lite i was there with a friend and my dog we a great time. For once i was not given a hard time for having my seizure alert dog with me it was very nice and definitely appreciated. They have boat parking plenty of boat parking. I recommend this casino location for sure your feeling the vibes there
