We pulled into our spaces to set up and one of the spaces had a lock on the power box. Mean while it’s 104 degrees with no way to cool down the trailer. We called emergency number to fix the problem but it took 30 minutes for them to arrive. The bathroom was closed, we couldn’t use the toilet/shower. I would like a full refund for both sights due to the non use of your facilities.

Our stay was very accommodating especially with all the amenities of the Avi Casino. It was a nice stay, the staff were helpful and friendly!

It was reported to koa mgmt about men’s restroom/showers that need serious addressing/cleaning. I was told the cleaning crew was supposed to be on the day of reporting, but that did not happen by the next two days of our stay. Shuttle to the casino/restaurant was great, but food pricing in restaurant was still over priced. Camp sites were crawling with fire ants, and boy the bites really hurt

Bathrooms could have been cleaner. There was mold on the bottom of the shower curtains. Lots were level pretty much. Could have used more shade.

We didn’t know what to expect when we got there. the staff was very welcoming and informative. The spaces were spacious and clean. We had a pull through and didn’t have to unhook the truck. We only stayed one night. We had dinner at the AVI and then watched a football game in the Lounge with a little gambling afterwards. We were tired when we left so the shuttle to the RV was perfect.

Unfortunately internet at the casino was hacked and all purchases had to be paid in cash. Check in at the KOA was a breeze. We enjoy the serenity of this campground and slept well until fireworks went off at midnight .

Bathrooms, staff, and campsites are well kept but wouldn’t recommend unless the person was interested in the casino.

Need air conditioned shuttles to take campers to casino, not golf carts when it’s 111 out! Also campground needs its own pool!

WE arrived at 4am Saturday morning, I went to the reception in the Casino to be told that I was not on the booking list. I looked at my reservation papers and it said booked in from the 31st of August until the 2nd of September. I was told that it was not the 31st but still Friday the 30th.totaly bemused I left and parked my rv on some dirt lot opposite, and went to sleep.

The internet did not work at all! Tried several devices and no luck! Water went off one day! When it came back on it was dirty! Had to run all the taps for Andy to flush it out! Still not running clean!

Arrived after office hours everything was prepared well, but there was no code for the restrooms provided and wifi did not work at all! The codes I could ask from a security guide (but took 15 minutes), wifi did not work at all! Restrooms very clean but warm water was finished at 10 pm.

We like to stop here on our way back home to take advantage of the full hookups. Check in is easy and the bathrooms are clean. There isn't any shade, but you can cool off in the casino.

We like staying there. Plenty of stuff to do. Show Beach -pool area snd great food.playing slots too . We ate at Moonshadow. -great food and excellent service, Will be back again,

This KOA is in great location with nearby grocery stores/shopping. Free shuttle to the casino night and day and the lagoon was nice. Down side is HOT HOT HOT and no trees for shade. Robin at the desk was awesome - always helpful and pleasant.

Really nice park. Wish some of the run down RVs would be removed from the park or at least have the owners not have so much junk out side of their RVs.

Desolate! Not much to do except gamble or swim. Only KOA we have ever stayed at where you cannot connect your Roku device to the internet to watch TV.

The sites were large and level. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that fireworks go off every night 9-12. We were put in a site across the road from the fireworks display. With a dog who is sensitive to that, it was not a pleasant stay. All amenities are located across the street at the casino.

Considering there were very few guest, due to the 124 degree weather, it would have been nice if our RV space was closer to the golf course. The spaces closer to the golf course would have allowed us to receive some shade, from the trees lining the golf course, as the sun went down. Instead, we were place furthest northeast, next to a busy road.

the 30-amp hook-up was not working it was 120 degrees i told the front office and they didn't do anything to fix the issue i had to go and rent a hotel for my stay

I never found anyone in the office. The cold water was very hot all the time. Never got cold.

The only downside was a lack of control over neighbors who played loud music and drove around on 4x4s late into the night. They also had no regard for other campsites parking vehicles and trailers all over the place. Their lack of consideration for others was disappointing. OTher than that, everything was fine. The campsites are large and level and the hotel/casino across the street was very nice.

Over all it was good had requested a specific site it was taken in advance said no problem when made reservations, it took 2 times to find a site to accommodate our Rv:( hopefully next time will not be a problem.

We loved it here! Unfortunately, our refrigerator and a/c could not keep up with the 116 degree weather! We list alot of food! Ugh! But, they were very understanding when we had to check out 3 days early and refunded our money! We will be back in cooler months.

Great host, Robin! She is very friendly and helpful...started out our stay nicely. I don't care for the way the sites are laid out, such that you open to each other's spaces, best if they have Motorhomes together rather than motorhome and trailer (doors line up!) Don't be in a hurry for the shuttle service...if they are busy RV pickups are last on the list (waited over 23 minutes, called again and waited another 9). The Casino is clean and the Moonshadow Grill is good. Overall nice and we will be back.
