I requested 8 spots for my reservation. I was told at check in the spots were unavailable. So we got spot # 954. I had wanted the odd numbered 950 spots. Motor home and trailer is 70 feet. With even # spots the trailer is in road. Turns out spot 953 was unused.. When checking in they said ALL the spots were used. Water was bad at 583 PPM. EPA Max contaminant level is 500 PPM. Nuff said.

Even though this park has a lot of people / rigs, was nice and quiet. This was our third stay in a year, we will be back!

This visit it was just for one night, but we always have a great stay at the Avi. The sites are fairly wide, although this trip our neighbor was encroaching on us a little bit which was frustrating That aside, the park is very nice, clean and quiet. The resort across the street is also convenient. The pool is great, nice restaurants if you choose not to cook and the casino is fun.

Stayed 3 nights, very warm, too much sand, needs trees. Great service to and from casino. Very poor internet, kept signing off.

Very pleasant stay. It took about 40 minutes to check in be because there was only one person behind the desk and the people checking in were brand new to RV parks, so I would recommend more front desk help. The golf cart service to the casino is awesome and the driver is super friendly.

Great location and the resort is a great place to have access to as well. Upon arriving the registration office was closed for lunch, late in.the afternoon, for close to 45min. It's a long wait at gate after a long drive. There were several people waiting to get checked in. Once checked in we were given a spot that was already full. Seemed disorganized for a KOA.

The stay was good the check in was terrible had to wait 1 hr for person to show up to check in after driving all day we just wanted to park and relax,don’t need this kind of service that’s why we book ahead

We had a wonderful stay. The campground was very clean, everyone we encountered was very hospitable. Will be back.

It was really hot upper 90’s during our stay in October. Wish had some shade sites. Went to use pool at Avi resort. Not real clean & hot tub was not hot. Drive to main downtown area of Laughlin was good 20 minutes.

Showed up at 1:30 to a sign on the office that said “back at 2:30, go to the casino to check in.” After a long walk to the casino I was told that they couldn’t help me and I should just return to the office and wait for 2:30.

Like park and Casino very much. Wife and I came and meet sister and her family for the day. Park is always clean and quite, very relaxing and steps away from Casino.

Very clean place. They should have coffee in the morning for the guest as they have at other KAO places.

We had a great time, met up with cousins of ours. The RV site was very accommodating and put us together as requested. It was nice and quiet; we enjoyed the fireworks at night and the valet service to and from the hotel. It was definitely convenient for both families. The sunsets at night were amazing and the restrooms were clean. It was nice having showers on site as well.

Office staff always friendly, easy check in. This is our 4th time here and definitely will be back. Enjoy the casino with different dining options and close to many of my favorite shops ;)

It was great was in motorhome staying for a car show so didn’t get to use much that was offered.. but if you have a pet the casino does fireworks with no warning so it’s a issue with pets������

Went for the Avi car show. The park is clean with lots of room. That’s a plus for us. Nice and clean.

It was just the spot we needed. We were traveling and staying in many places with no electricity but with the heat, we needed to adjust our plans and find a place to help deal with the heat. This was perfect. Nice people, clean, convenient, bonus there is a pool and laundry. Thank you.

We didn't go to the casino. The campground was clean but hot. We chose the very wrong week to go to southern Nevada (not the campgrounds fault:) The could be a bit of shade near the campsites. The staff was pleasant and we would probably go again in cooler weather.

The free wifi sucks. The full hook ups ( sewer) placed in a stupid position, hard to access. The casino smelled horrible.

Great host, Robin! She is very friendly and helpful...started out our stay nicely. I don't care for the way the sites are laid out, such that you open to each other's spaces, best if they have Motorhomes together rather than motorhome and trailer (doors line up!) Don't be in a hurry for the shuttle service...if they are busy RV pickups are last on the list (waited over 23 minutes, called again and waited another 9). The Casino is clean and the Moonshadow Grill is good. Overall nice and we will be back.
