I arrived after the office closed, I found my welcome packet easily. however, I needed to call the after hours line to get the code to the restroom as it was no where to be found on the information packet. very minor oversight, not inconvenienced. next morning I went to take a shower, however there was not hot water. this was inconvenient and hence only an 8 rating. the park was clean! thank

The place is very quiet. Staff is terrific would be great if there was gravel at the sites it would cut down on the dust.

Good stay. Amazing spot (back-in right next to golf course). Bathroom was clean and being able to use the casino amenities was great. The kids had a blast on the free water slide. Only needed improvement is stronger WiFi at the sites. Had to be at the office to successfully do a zoom call. Will stay again

The KOA Campground was very nice, clean and the staff was very efficient. Loved the pool / sandy beach area at the Casino. The only complaint is the Casino smelled of cigarette smoke. It would be nice to have a larger smoke free area for gaming.

The campground is kept very clean. The office staff and ground crew are always pleasant. Our wish is that eventually they would pave spaces as we come in with our classic cars and we appreciate concrete pads.

A security guard at the pool was intrusive and harsh when he searched our incoming bags. He took his job to the next level like the gestapo and questioned us while we were sitting at table as to where another family near us “where did they go?” He was rude and not customer friendly. Office Ladies friendly. Restrooms always clean. The grounds is always clean love going there. The only thing is the Wi-Fi service it could be better. That will be back and recommend it to our friends.

Pool wasn't heated, it was very cold. so cold that i didn't even go in and that was part of my vacation enjoying the pool.

Our stay was enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The park was clean as was all the facilities. We even received a discount at the nearby golf course

Efficient and easy check-in. Back in site across from the golf course was simple to back into. Clean well maintained park. Access to the casino it's pools, beach and restaurants was a welcome treat.

We really loved the shuttle service over to the casino. The people from the casino and KOA front were extremely helpful and friendly. They helped us get our free nights. It was very enjoyable! My only complaint was the internet. The signal strength was not very good. It was odd having to call in our MAC address on every device, too time consuming.

Unable to pull all way into space cause of dead tree, couldn't reach utilities in the very narrow space not allowing room for our chairs as well as outdoor carpet. We used dump out station which was a locked cage below street level making it extremely difficult to reach and complete the wash out unless your a midget, unable to reach office staff by phone and in person all three days when needed.

Wow, it's hot here! Great pool and beach, though. Our major complaint is the fireworks. (Sometimes at 1 AM) No fireworks allowed in KOA, but right across the street, anyone can set them off in a designated area. Our dogs are frightened of fireworks, which makes for a very hot day and a very long, scary night.

You have a very large campground yet when we checked in you gave us a site stuck right beside a family of 7. Five children of all ages including a baby and their camper is facing our door side. We called you to be moved, no answer, no reply to my message. We had to walk down to the office to request a move. I find this very annoying, train your staff to be considerate to your customers

We found the Park Manager Robin Frields very abrasive and rude to deal with. She most certainly is not a good look for the KOA brand.

I believe this was the third time I’ve stayed at this KOA. All the staff I’ve dealt with in the campground and casino have always been helpful and nice. Pull thou site is basic, but have full hookups. Bathrooms are clean, and lots of stalls and showers. Used the shuttle from casino to camper twice. Both times they took us immediately. Very happy with with this campground and we will return

check in employee was nice and friendly, We walked to the pool and beach area unfortunately there is not a wheelchair walkway so we had trouble getting my disable son down to the water, and there is not a good place to leave the wheelchair up in the cement walk way. we tried getting in the pool with our wagon and folding chairs but there was a female employee in the entry was rude and mean.

Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Check in and reservations were easy to make. KOA kept us informed as our reservation date approached. Campground was easy to find and easy to park. Restrooms and facilities were clean and well maintained. Access to the AVI Casino with easy and the AVI offers great entertainment and eating options and river access. A great stay!

The reason I gave top ratings this time was the replacement of the hot water heaters in the restrooms and availability of working washers and dryers in the laundry. Everything was great! If I was to make a recommendation for improvement it would be the addition of a few more hooks for hanging clothes and towels in the shower stalls. Great hospitality, thanks for a great stay!

Checked in on Friday night. Saturday morning 10 AM tractors were pushing around huge piles of trimmings and debris from the Riverside, causing dust all over our campsite and bugs from their disturbed habitat. Spent the entire day away from our campsite due to the ongoing continuing dust storms, and infestation. Left immediately on Sunday, called Robin the manager asked for refund and was refused.

So much better than my hubby and I ever expected. The buffet is Saturday and Sunday only and $20 per person. The fresh cooked eggs and omelets made to order fantastic! We will be back.

Well kept the restrooms were very clean and well lite i was there with a friend and my dog we a great time. For once i was not given a hard time for having my seizure alert dog with me it was very nice and definitely appreciated. They have boat parking plenty of boat parking. I recommend this casino location for sure your feeling the vibes there
