We we have family and friends that live in the area so we always stay at the Avi. Staff is so friendly, welcoming and helpful. We come up for Thanksgiving, Christmas and any time the family wants to get together.

Nice facility, have yet to be disappointed with KOAs, but what we enjoyed about our stay is having access to the Avi Resort/Casino and Mojave Golf Club. The wristbands give us access to the Avi’s pools and beach was a huge plus. The only “negative” for our visit is that we were place back to back with another RV even though the park was less than 50% capacity. A space or 2 in between, ideal

Campground was good with good hookups. Very courteous campground staff. Great availability of garbage cans and dumpsters. Nice to have access to casino pools/beach. Liked being able to see local fireworks. Not nearly enough trees for pull-thru spots. Advertised availability of 24/7 valet service was not quite accurate.

From check in to check out, the AVI KOA was pretty awesome. Bonus was having access to the pool and hot tub or beach, as well as a quick valet service back to the park from the casino if feeling too relaxed after a soak was delightful. The casino boasts lots of machine options as well as a food court and movie theatre. Loved being on the outskirts of town, close enough but quiet! Would come again!

I had 3 free nights and then we stayed another 2 days for a total of 5 nights. The office worker was nice and knew what she was doing. I would definitely stay there again.

It was nice to have walking access to the Avi casino & pool (minus the screaming children, they should consider an adult pool area). RV sites were roomy & wide but lots of dust & loose gravel.

Been spending winters here for a few years. We enjoy the campground and casino along with the OHV trails in the area. All of employees are very friendly and helpful.

Love you this resort. Many amenities and kept clean. Only knock would be the dog park needs to be much bigger. More and more people travel with their fur babies.

Really enjoyed the site we had this time, however my husband had to trim back the branches on the tree in the front as it was hitting our rig. Definitely need improved grounds maintenance.

It needs to be cleaned up. Lots of junkie rigs in the front areas. Good customer service. KOA needs to do an inspection of this facility to really make it a KOA.

Very nice clean campground with lots of amenities . Nice pool and beach area at a good price. They have golf cart shuttles to take you to and from the casino and resort.

This is such a great location. It’s so beautiful, the scenery is stunning. Right night to a beautifully lush golf course, desert mountains, off roading trails, a casino and close to the city. They have fireworks, boat and watercraft storage, a lake area, access to Avi beach and pool, and the bathrooms are immaculate with amazing showers. It’s surprisingly a quiet campground as well.

the signage to get into the RV spaces could have been better. We did enjoy the fireworks at night once we asked at the office & they were explained to us.we enjoyed our stay & hope to be back again. Thank you!

I selected a spot along the fence line backed up to the golf course. Unfortunately, due to a storm or whatever reason, the tree was cut down and the bank of along the water was full of brush, sticks, and twigs. So the sun was hot and the waters edge needs to be cleaned up.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. The laundry room finally got the ac fixed and the moldy water smell resolved so that’s a bonus.

great place, the casino allows you to use their pool and river beach, we used our Verizon cube for internet and had great connection,

So much better than my hubby and I ever expected. The buffet is Saturday and Sunday only and $20 per person. The fresh cooked eggs and omelets made to order fantastic! We will be back.

Well kept the restrooms were very clean and well lite i was there with a friend and my dog we a great time. For once i was not given a hard time for having my seizure alert dog with me it was very nice and definitely appreciated. They have boat parking plenty of boat parking. I recommend this casino location for sure your feeling the vibes there
