Initially, our assigned campsite was littered with dog poop. We were assigned another site, which was appropriate, but internet was not available. We called the listed internet phone number and they were unable to correct the problem. The big positive was the free valet service to the casino, which we used for dinner.

We loved the KOA and swim pool. A lot of things were closed in the Casino, the tables, steak house, and sports center. We had to wait for a drink most of the time because the bartender was missing. Our overall experience was great and the place is pretty!

The office was friendly and accommodated a site change. The laundry machines all were in good shape with the exception of one machine with an out of order sign that smelled very bad. The showers were clean. It was a nice stay.

This was our first time staying at a KOA and it was wonderful. Clean grounds, clean facilities, friendly office staff and very easy check-in for a last minute stop. We will be purchasing the rewards membership.and will be looking out for KOA's in our travels. I hope they meet the expectation that the Avi Resort KOA met. Thank you.

Very comfortable. The park is very clean, love the fact we security at night. The shuttle to the Avi was a pleasure. The staff are all so friendly! The dog park was very clean. I will be a returning customer in the future!

From AVI KOA we visited Oatman, Kingman, and Lake Havasu city. Great weather and minutes from Bullhead city for anything needed. The management were excellent to deal with.

The rv park was wonderful, the bathrooms were very clean, the showers were big and great water pressure. One of our favorite K O A's. The casino was ok, the cigarette smoke was thick and made it hard to breathe. I walked through and had to leave due to the heavy smoke. I seriously can't figure out why they don't go non smoking. With the warmer climate outside smoking would be so much healthier

I stopped here since the pricing was fair and they had availability for the time I wanted to stay and explore. The office staff was ok. Not super friendly. Office smelled of sewer of old baby diapers but they didn't seem to mind and kept doors closed. Laundry room gets busy it smelled as well Men's bath house was good and clean. The park was nice,safe, and clean. I'd stay here again

We enjoyed our stay and the park very much. The only thing was a large pumper truck at the casino was quite loud and was annoying early in the morning and while sitting outside. We understand that this was not a usual occurance.

Our 3rd time choosing Avi - golf course is the big drawing card. Suggestion: KOA should offer recycling for beverage containers. Perhaps partner with a local school or community charity that could benefit from the money raised and reduce garbage going to the landfill. On the casino/hotel grounds, consider adding outdoor seating/benches on the riverfront space for guests to sit and enjoy.

Very nice place. Clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. The only complaint I have is that there was some noise near the casino due to side by sides that were participating in a nearby event.

KOA was OK, no WiFi service. Casino was disgusting reeked of smoke, run down, not clean, no tables open, half restaurants shut down.

The only issue which can cause serious damage to rvs is the trees that line the road before stop sign, have grown over entire lane both directions causing rvs to move into other lane to prevent severe damage to paint and could cause safety issues. Office was notified of this. Otherwise this is a great place to stay. And is a stop for us on every trip.

was a good stay even though they advertised wifi included there was no wifi at our site. when brought to their attention they didn’t do anything nor offer a discount on our stay of almost 2 weeks.

We were excited to stay there because of the proximity to the AVI Casino and the restaurants. The casino and restaurants stunk of cigarettes so bad we just left. As for the RV park, every site is a "Buddy" site. Nice if your with a friend but not so good if you are facing someone disrespectful. Long term renters sites were like junk yards and not conducive to a clean KOA I am used TO. FIREWORKS!!!

We were there with our RV club. It was a bit chilly and windy, but that had nothing to do with the park, of course. The spaces were nice and also level. You did a great job of getting us all together! We had a good time and the group enjoyed the stay. Our club has been there before and will return. Thanks.

I went with a group when I made reservations. I was asked to be close to my group. I was way across the campground from them. Also, I needed to use the laundry and it is only open from 10 to 3. I was told. When I want to use it, it was in between those times and was closed. I tried to go to the office and it was locked up. When I initially tried to make reservations, I called three days in a row.

Staff was great and there was a water outage due to a broken pipe and was fixed in less then 2 hours on a Sunday. Amazing!!!

great place, the casino allows you to use their pool and river beach, we used our Verizon cube for internet and had great connection,

So much better than my hubby and I ever expected. The buffet is Saturday and Sunday only and $20 per person. The fresh cooked eggs and omelets made to order fantastic! We will be back.

Well kept the restrooms were very clean and well lite i was there with a friend and my dog we a great time. For once i was not given a hard time for having my seizure alert dog with me it was very nice and definitely appreciated. They have boat parking plenty of boat parking. I recommend this casino location for sure your feeling the vibes there
