I like staying here, but I had a lot of trouble getting in touch while I was on the road. I had reserved two nights before my wife got in flying from Seattle to Vegas she had reserved two nights also they could not seem to combine them. Finally they told me they did then they said they didn’t was very difficult anyway love it here. dog park needs to be redone bigger cleaner.

They always get it right. I travel with another couple and ask for us to be side by side. They have always managed it. Now, they do have a large resort and one might say that the sites are conducive to this, but, the request is made in the comments area of the reservation form and they obviously read and try to accommodate the requests. Thank you.

We’ve stayed many times. It is our place to camp when visiting Laughlin or Bullhead City. Very quiet campground close to fun places.

Very clean place. Bathrooms and showers were clean and close to our campsite. It was a 5 minute walk to the casino. They did offer us a free valet shuttle number to call if we needed it to go to the casino, which also has the pools. We did not use it.

It worked for what we needed. We were disappointed about the lack of amenities that most other KOA's have. The access to the pool and beach were nice but having small kids, it was not ideal to have to walk through the casino in order to access it. During our stay, there was some sort of low-rider convention going on and the booming music late at night and the fireworks were disruptive.

The office closes early and if you get there after 4 you have to go over to the casino to check in. The casino was packed due to an event and trying to find somewhere to park to check in was almost impossible, especially with a large rig. Although they say there is free WiFi, it did not work at all for the 2 days we stayed there. The office told me to call the WiFi company. Still no WiFi.

It was our first time to the Laughlin/Avi KOA.. Had a great stay! Loved the "car service" over to the casino! :)

Are site was a 50amp site but are trailer was not able to run the dishwasher and a section of outlets. When we got it home it worked fine.

It’s a very nice park, showers are clean and good pressure. I brought 5 grandkids and they had a great time! We will come again.

Washroom toilets were always dirty and usually would not flush. Pool water at resort was ice cold. Parties with loud music and fireworks went on until early hours on 3 nights.

Small site issued, even though many others were available. Noisy, asked to change sites and were offered one only slightly better despite many other bigger, quieter sites were clearly available. Very disappointing. Washrooms were clean, good .

The campground is large and readily accessible for large rigs. My only negative comments are, should check picnic tables, most are fairly new and in good shape, ours was old and not very good to use. Also, the lights on the electric panel at the sites, someone should go around and change bulbs and ensure they work, more were off then on and in the evening these are really the only lights

The site was too narrow. Our slide was inches from our neighbor and our stairs came down into the other site. The laundry room smelled so bad it was hard to be in there for more than a couple minutes and they locked the door at 2pm. Got several calls from the office about issues and they were wrong and apologized every time. Very unorganized.

This facility does not have concrete pads. It is actually located several miles from the city of Laughlin proper, and you will require transport to get there. Taxis don't answer their phones and Uber is essentially unavailable to this location. Why does one care? Well, the casino adjacent to the KOA site is absolutely disgusting. It is smoke-filled. Ugh.

Very convenient, great office staff. Difficult to get some of the amenities in my opinion. Call a number if you want television. If trouble connecting to internet call another number, get a recording and wish you were traveling with an IT tech. Try not to get run over by kids going 15-20+ mph on electric bikes.

The KOA and staff are always so inviting and helpful. The amenities of the AVI make your stay great if you don't feel like cooking after long days at the pool or river there are plenty of places inside to eat at. Lots of activites for the kids to do. And pet friendly for the fur babies.

Everything was great. The only complaint is the men's and women's bathrooms were always down because the toilets were clogged. BUT I did see people working on them later in the day. Everything was clean, quiet and the little dog park was great, even had little bit of grass which helps since our dog does her business in grass only, weird little thing lol. We will be coming back to stay.

Adjust your expectations . It’s loud. All the time. Garbage truck comes at 5 am to empty the dumpsters. Fireworks going off at all hours. Check out the Convention center calendar because what’s going on there will affect you. The water is very hard, low pressure, and the showers don’t maintain temp consistently. The pool isn’t heated. And our fault, we didn’t know you could smoke inside

The campground is nice and clean. Close to food and casino’s. We like being close to the golf course as well. Need to improve the WiFi we had to use our phones to obtain a good signal.

So much better than my hubby and I ever expected. The buffet is Saturday and Sunday only and $20 per person. The fresh cooked eggs and omelets made to order fantastic! We will be back.

Well kept the restrooms were very clean and well lite i was there with a friend and my dog we a great time. For once i was not given a hard time for having my seizure alert dog with me it was very nice and definitely appreciated. They have boat parking plenty of boat parking. I recommend this casino location for sure your feeling the vibes there
