Stay elsewhere. Not well kept up. Electricity at site didn’t work and no one came to fix, so we plugged into the site next to us. Sites not clean as some was trash was left on RV sites. Not friendly as the normal KOA environment. Poop toilet paper on ground in facilities.

We arrived at 7:30 and picked up our paperwork from the after hours box. No codes for facilities, our site "mate" was using the only picnic table (should there have been two?) and very little lighting to navigate after dark from site 888.

I was at the campground and something was wrong with the power panel the plan was to stay 2 nights and I live the next la e the same day was the worst day 115 degrees with no A/c because of the power and no asístanse no body on the office no body answer the call but you guys are paid for not using your facility sincerely Tomas aguilar I was at 848 spot

The only thing is I couldn't stay there do to my rv breaking down before I could get there. Yes my daughter did get the pass but we never made it. And no refund because it is after the fact.

The park was great as always. The only problem was I arrived a little early from normal check-in and they charge me $10 on an expensive holiday weekend. There was nobody in the park really I thought that wasn’t good business

We were woke up to gravel being racks backhoes right at our bed window dust coming into our bedroom window with No warning At 6:30am. Told office couldn’t do anything gave me. I was very disappointed as there was no grass or closed in area to take my labrador. Being in the desert which I live in, so I am familiar with the heat I feel that there should have been. And nicer, larger area, to play with my dog and take him to the go to the bathroom. The area that was there was obviously not maintained the dog run stunk and had tons of dog poop. The few staff members we encountered were friendly. The bathrooms are kept nice and clean. More shaded areas would definitely be appreciated with the 100+ degree weather, but the casino pool pass is a definite plus even if it is a bit of a trek. A pool at the campground would’ve been better. Overall good experience, most likely will return as we visit family nearby

Great staff, sites were well maintained, restrooms clean. All hookups worked fine but cable tv and WiFi was poor quality. Short walk to Avi Casino and free pool/beach entry was great! Have to drive to the Laughlin casinos as this location is way “down the road”.

Everyone at the KOA is always so nice and very helpful and accommodating . The KOA is always so clean and well taken care of. Thank you all for all your hard work and making a weekend get away so nice.

Avi allows fireworks till 10pm and sometime 12am which disturbs campers for sleep. Turned off water one morning without notifying campers

We loved it here! Everything is spotless, from the campgrounds all the way to the restrooms and showers. This was our first time staying here and we will be back for sure.

Very nice place for family. We had a great time. Only complaint I have would be the showers were very dirty. I was there in the morning when they were being cleaned and it wasn't even cleaned properly. Still had dirt, hair, trash left in one stall. Everything else on property was great.

The KOA had everything we needed. It was a full hook up. We also had access to everything in the Avi including passes to the pool and beach. Grocery stores were close by as well.

Checked in at 4, one girl in the lobby who wanted to get out quickly, she handed me our KOA pamphlet and that was it. No one to guide us to our spot. I guess since it was empty she figured we didn't need help. The place is great for a 1 night layover, I would not recommend anymore, it was loud at night with Fire crackers and motorized vehicles. Thanks but no thanks.

It was ok but we paid extra to have shade tree RV spot, but the trees are along the fence line of the golf course and only shade in the late afternoon. I thought it would be more shade. Overall it was nice and close to Bullhead City stores and dining. Our RV neighbor two spaces away were very nice and friendly.

Everything was fine. Nice campground. Our only issue was we could not get our tv to work. it was connected and had internet. Called the number for help. It was a recording pertaining to your phone or gameboys or switch games. Nothing for a tv. When asking the office they said. to call the phone number. So no tv for 2 days.

RV park, large spaces, no shade, no store, pool, clubhouse, laundry hours 9am to 2pm that no good. The sand dust got in everywhere on my Harley bike. The pool was closed for the 2 months I was there. Opened memorial weekend, supposed to be an adult pool and family kids pool area. Nope toddler kids everywhere both pools. That no good. I won’t come back here.

The park is in renovation mode. Construction was starting at 0530 AM. Waking us up. There were plenty of more spots on the other side, but no offer to move us. The grass area was dry and dead, but 2 toilets continued to run in the men’s bathroom. KOA I know you can do better. This has always been one of our more favorite parks. We refer this KOA to our friends OFTEN. Maybe we’ll hold off on t

I love this place!! I will definitely be coming back again, Full access to the Luxury Style Pool, Private Beach, Restaurants, Casino and Movie Theater. My only complaint was that some Rv's were not well kept in terms of maintenance. Alot of them looked abandoned, Dirty & Old (flat tires , misc junk around rv, cob webs and trash accumulating) a bit of an eye sore for a luxury RV RESORT. God bless everyone equally but have some cleanliness for yourself and your belongings at the very least. Avi please set some guidelines asap!

Would highly recommend this KOA RV park. Full hookups, palm trees, accessible garbage disposal, nice bathrooms, showers, and laundry. You also receive full access to the AVI casino amenities across the street, including the pools, beach, and hot tub. It is also value priced.
