Very friendly staff. Clean facilities. We asked to have a certain spot and she went out of her way to accommodate. This is our second stay and second positive experience. We will be staying here again.

Got a great back in site by the golf course but power connection was bad. The clerk moved us 2 over and all good. Great shaded site. Clerk was great and site was quiet and comfortable. Our stopover on our way to Arizona.

My stay there was great being able to use the casino pool was very refreshing during the summer stay. I just didn’t care being placed right in between two large RVs when there were plenty of empty spaces.

This place was great!! Only there one night, access to all the Casino amenities across the street including valet to take you back and forth. The pools were amazing!!

Our site was fabulously large! The dog park was small but nice. The woman checking us in was very nice. We did not take advantage of the beach or the pools cause we ran out of time. The hook ups for water electric and sewer were set up well and easy to use. We would come back again!

Had a great time. The camp grounds are clean and the staff are very nice. Used the laundry facilities they are very clean and the machines were in great working order. Will be returning in January.

Lots of open space. Nicely paved access roads! super friendly staff. clean bathrooms and well maintained. The wetlands area is now dead and has become an eyesore. KOA should convert it to a playground or picnic area or put in a small pool. Access to the casino and valet service are nice amenities.

We stayed for 2 nights at the Avi KOA campground. The site we had was nice 727 . Did not use restrooms so can’t speak about that . Went for the buffet at Avi on Sunday , I don’t recommend it . Staff were friendly and but food was bland . Would try the cafe instead .

We had an issue with our A/C and we weren’t able to stay as long as we wanted. The restrooms and campgrounds were well maintained and we will definitely be back. Thank you for refunding our 2nd night stay, it was really appreciated.

Enjoyed the stay very much. After leaving yesterday one thing I could think that would make it a much better park or two items one have the facility look like the golf course next-door there’s no grass at all it needs to have grass. And the KOA should have its own pool so that you don’t have to battle with all the people going to the hotel just to swim in the pool and a bunch unruly children.

Stayed in RV Park. The staff was quick to return my call and make changes to my reservation. The campsite was clean and quiet. I will stay again.

We had reservations for four nights and left after the first night. Front office was always closed during business hours and the staff was not friendly at all. I will not be going back and I do not recommend this facility the website is a bit misleading as well. Could not enjoy the beach no.room.

Rv park needs to regulate the way residents construct junk canopies, hang clothes to dry on trees, extremely old rvs in states of disrepair

The biggest issue we had were the laundry opening hours. When just staying for one night it is almost impossible to do laundry if closing hour is 4pm. While it is nice to get access to the (overcrowed) pool area, the water was very blurry not appealing to get in. We liked the towel service at the pool.

The valet service was very useful. My children and grandchildren enjoyed the beach and pool areas. The campsite was bare with no shade. The fireworks were fun one night but not every night until midnight (or later).

We stayed 2 nights at the Laughlin KOA and had a great weekend. Stephanie at check-in was kind and super helpful with reservation changes. The bathrooms were very clean. It was too hot to stay outside, so we spent most of our time at The Avi where the kids enjoyed the beach, movies and arcade. Would love to see more trees for shade at the campground.

While it was very hot, 115 degrees, we had a nice spot with some shade. The free shuttle to the casino was a great way to beat the heat for a few hours while we enjoyed dinner. Would recommend this KOA.

The office was closed when we got there- and our bracelets were not attached. We had to pay $20 each to get in the pool!!! Also- the bathroom code was not on any of the paperwork. We had to wait to ask someone for it because the office seemed to be closed often throughout the day.

The only think I would like to see more of is shaded areas. Other then that it’s a great place and fun getaway to enjoy.

The casino is old and outdated, the pool was so packed it was gross, the river beach is NO beach…is a cove that has no river flow so the trash and river weeds and such pool up on this “ beach”, pool wrist bands are not included with the packet when you check in. No shade in the buddy spots… and the GIANT wood beam that separates the buddy spots is a hazard. 2 adults in our party fell over

The campground was fine. The weather was HOT. We didn’t use the restroom facilities at the campground. The valet service from the campground to the casino was awesome. We ate dinner at the Wispering Feather-great food-reasonably priced. Would stay here again, but not in July.

So much better than my hubby and I ever expected. The buffet is Saturday and Sunday only and $20 per person. The fresh cooked eggs and omelets made to order fantastic! We will be back.

Well kept the restrooms were very clean and well lite i was there with a friend and my dog we a great time. For once i was not given a hard time for having my seizure alert dog with me it was very nice and definitely appreciated. They have boat parking plenty of boat parking. I recommend this casino location for sure your feeling the vibes there
