Don't be an early bird to shave or use the shower. It tool about 10 to 15 minutes to get warm water in the mem ns bathroom to shave and another 10+ minutes to get water warm enough to shower. Maybe something just happened, but this is the second KOA I have stayed at in a week and problems at both!!!! KOA needs to review their parks!!!

Our stay was great. All hookups were in good shape. Staff was very helpful and was able to answer all questions. The valet service from hotel was quick and convenient.

We met up with 3 other couples in their motorhome all from Washington state. We met there stayed 1 night .had dinners and gambled inside casino. Then checked out the following day all together going south to our winter spots in Arizona. We will be back to the Avi KOA same time next year. Office staff kindness and good communication skills not unnoticed. Don't get allot of that these days.

We were crammed between long term campers & vacationers. The two should not be near each other, the crew constantly shows up @ the long term crew for late evening talks. We had no problems with the facilities.

car sleepers in rv sites? these people will be staring at you everytime you arrive and leave. just waiting to steal something. a car is not a fully contained rv, neither is a mini van. parking van in one rv site and then cooking in the site next to it. i want 2 sites also cmon

It's all good. It is a "Journey", so no paved streets etc., but nice overall. Clean and usually not too crowded.

Easy registration and check-in. Price was right. Space was wide and flat. No picnic table (other campers had one or two in their spaces). Space was across the street from the Fire Department so we got to enjoy their morning tests of vehicle sirens... WiFi connection was poor. Was provided a phone number to call but connecting shouldn't require an IT specialist.

The KOA itself is very nice. Spacious and clean. It would have been nice to be informed about the nightly fireworks (even though they are not on KOA premises). Also the showers were horrible-clean but no water pressure, and shower heads were not working. Site says pool and hot tub. Not on property. Must go across the street to the casino to use. Misleading on web page.

We liked the quality of Customer Service they gave us, we have a power energy and they sent people over to check what was going on, and also what I loved it's that they have valet service from the campground to the AVI Casino. 100% recommended.

The bathrooms have had issues for months. Poor water pressure, mold/mildew on shower curtains and on top of shower liner/wall, faucets drippy. Constant running toilet problems. Most of the time no hot/warm water in showers. The water conditions are poor here; high mineral content like calcium. It'll destroy your hoses and pipes. Ground crew drive too fast through vacant sites too close to campers.

Our stay here was for 5 nights 6 days. Loved the KOA Park. Very nice to travel to Bullhead & Laughlin. Mostly farmland around this area. Casino is very nice. The only problem we had was the cold showers. No hot water. Showers need a lot of upgrade work on them also.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It always makes your stay start out good when you are welcomed by good people. The park is clean and spacious with beautiful desert scenery. We ate some of our meals across the street at the Casino Cafe. Good food and great service over there. The casino has a really nice beach on the river, your stay includes pool and beach access.

Loved the amenities for the kids. Awesome beach for them to play on. Pools were awesome except they had issues with pool turning green and confusion with staff if the second pool was adult only or not. Asst general manager said could use but campground and security told us no.

The grounds offer a lot for the stay. But the sites are extremely narrow and constrained by railroad ties. Our steps barely missed and there was not much room on the other side. Too tight for our tastes.

When we arrived, the office was closed for lunch but our site number was on the door. We tried several times to get in our spot which was very narrow and we could not put our slide and steps out at the same time. When the office was open again, we got a different site which was good. The lady who helped us was very friendly and helpful. The worst part was fireworks going until late at night!

Asked to be away from road and fireworks so the funny little people who assign sites decided it was a fun joke to place us on the row closed to the road and right next to the place they stop and set off fireworks. Dogs were scared dn the noise way too loud.

So much better than my hubby and I ever expected. The buffet is Saturday and Sunday only and $20 per person. The fresh cooked eggs and omelets made to order fantastic! We will be back.

Well kept the restrooms were very clean and well lite i was there with a friend and my dog we a great time. For once i was not given a hard time for having my seizure alert dog with me it was very nice and definitely appreciated. They have boat parking plenty of boat parking. I recommend this casino location for sure your feeling the vibes there
