Had bears. No food storage boxes. Road noise was all night long. Very expensive double all the other koa's.Bathesrooms could use some remodeling. Water was hot.one good plus the crew were great. Need to paint roads with lines or arrows. Hard to guess.

Way way over priced at $80 for a tent site with no water or electricity. The sites were super small and too close to the next site. Our tents were so close together we could hear everything. Very awkward. We also felt extremely uncomfortable with all the super religious items all over. We left on a Sunday and wanted to purchase ice but they closed for church and weren’t there when we left at 10a

Wonderful mountain park!!! 6 miles away from the hustle of the city and Lake but super relaxing! Great people, great pool, bathrooms need more light for the elderly! Sites are packed in tight but but staff super helpful with everything! Fantastic store! Great WiFi, great cable, great water pressure! It’s sll good!

The campground was kept clean and neat, most of the staff was helpful and friendly. The place was way over priced even for Lake Tahoe many of the other camp grounds with full hookups were 40 to 50 % cheaper. There was an awful lot of highway noise as camp site was approx. 50 yards from a major road that vehicles were coming down hill into town

Stay was great! Campsite was large enough and had a picnic table, charcoal grill, and firepit. There were a few ways we could move around the table and choose to park our car/pitch our tent to arrange the site to our liking. Cleanest bathrooms I've seen at a KOA yet! Only gripe was that its just off of the highway, so around 5AM you start hearing traffic drive by... Would stay again.

Campground was well maintained and all facilities, like the ladies restroom, were very clean. All employees were very helpful and welcoming. Only drawback was road traffic noise, although it was quieter in the wee hours. Thanks!

They charged us for extra garbage that we had brought which would have been fine if they approached it nicely vs being so aggressive and saying that extra garbage bags were $5 each. They also yelled at me for cleaning my bike and I was very careful to just drip water on my bike from our shower and wipe it down. Loved KOA campgrounds until this one...

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The campsite was exactly what we needed and in a great location. The bathrooms and showers were well maintained.we would definitely stay again.

Nice place just wish it wouldn't be to dusty but overall 9 out of 10. Tom is the best thanks for being really nice to people the world deserves more people like you.

Some very awesome employee guys gave us free firewood. Pros: close to Lake Tahoe, well-kept grounds, nice showers. Cons: VERY expensive for what you get, really cramped campsites (our tent was maybe 3ft from our neighbor's, it was awkward), 15min drive from Lake Tahoe, super religious Jesus signage everywhere. Request a campsite along the creek b/c most sites are not.

Our stay was very pleasant. Bathrooms and showers very clean. Coffee excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. I never wanted to leave. Campsite very clean. Staff was so friendly and accommodating.

The campground management did nothing to enforce bear policies. There were multiple groups of campers that left food out overnight, which attracted a black bear. The commotion kept everyone awake for over 3 hours and endangered campers. This KOA had a few employees that made frequent rounds on their golf carts, but none of them bothered to say anything to anyone about the food they had laying out.

Campground was nice and appeared well maintained. There is quite a bit of road noise as it is right on Hwy 50. Staff was not friendly and actually rude at one point �

Over priced for what was offered, not much value at all, the sites were small and hard to get around with large rigs, too far from Lake Tahoe and basically not much to do at the campground, the laundry machines were old, There was a sign that said pet excise area but I still haven’t found it yet. Overall, I was very disappointed.

We love coming to this KOA. We understand it's for sale so we hope whoever buys it does not change anything...especially for tent campers. Great staff

We stay here every year for our Granddaughter's birthday, cabins and motorhome, we do both. The employees are always friendly and go out of their way to accommodate. Pool is always warm and clean. The grounds are very well kept. Love the emphasis on God and family, very nice touches.

For $100 on weekdays and $110 on weekends you think the bathrooms would have been updated And I wouldn’t have gotten a smart remake from one of the employee for being 1/2 hour over check out time

Wow, what a wonderful place to stay. The surroundings were breathtaking! We had guests come for the day, and all had such a great time. The park was so beautiful to walk around.

WAY overpriced. Poorly planned campground. Sites difficult to get into with all the rocks and trees and too close together. Bad internet which was very irritating to have to reenter every 3 hours. No 50 amp service which I requested when I made the reservation and was not informed that it wasn't available. Will never come back.

Staff are friendly and wonderful. The sites are extremely small and costly for the amenities. There should be bear boxes. Was really difficult to pack everything in and out in such a small place. Will not encourage others to stay here.

The amenities were great, especially with two three month olds. The restrooms were well kept for an extremely busy weekend. The staff was incredibly friendly from booking to check out. My five year old also greatly enjoyed the park. Thank you for your hospitality.

We first stayed here 2 years ago (and I believe it was under new ownership/management then). They were friendly, enthusiastic and intent on improving the place. We returned this week and we're happy to see the same friendly and enthusiastic team and the improvements they had made with more to come. The team was always present and working around the campground. The grounds and buildings were clean and well-kept. We loved our site (111). It accommodated our 37 ft 5th wheel and truck easily. Looking forward to returning.
