The campground was perfect for a one night stay on our way from Sacramento, CA to Salt Lake City. The area is beautiful!!! The owners are working hard to remodel the whole place. They are also very friendly.

This is our favorite Tahoe area RV campground, even in winter! The hosts have hospitality that we have never seen before, and we camp a pretty fair amount. We had a very last second request that they easily could have denied and they were able to accommodate us. They even encouraged us and gave us information that they didn’t have to provide to make our stay memorable. Cannot recommend enough!

Our stay at Lake Tahoe KOA was great overall. The staff was very accommodating when we arrived early due to our son feeling sick. The location is perfect with plenty of dining options that deliver. We had an electrical issue, but staff responded quickly, provided a propane heater, and even refunded our stay. Despite this, I’d highly recommend this KOA for its service and convenience.

So enjoyable! We arrived well after checkin, and the camp hosts (Frank and Yery) were stellar with communication for us to get set up successfully. We also had a problem with our RV battery system and they kindly let us borrow some of their tools. Clean bathrooms and good vibes all around. Only suggested improvement would be new washer and dryers :)

We enjoyed our stay. CampK9 is too small but we love that our dogs could run around near our campsite unleashed. Our 7 month old puppy enjoyed her first time in the snow ��� Thanks Alan& Candy

For as much as one night was (double what other KOA's charge) we were disappointed that the spaces were not shoveled better. Wii was not good and the walk to the bathrooms were dangerous because of the ice.

We stayed in the cabin and loved having the cozy space during our winter getaway. There was fresh snow on the ground and we spent lots of time playing in the snow where the campsites are. My kids had fun in the playground. The cabin had most of the essentials we needed, and our check in/out was very easy. We will be back!

Due tot the season the office was closed, but the site was well maintained and clean with all functioning showers and laundry. It was a December stay so everything was covered in snow and the pool was closed. Overall it was a great stay!

When we arrived, we unexpectedly found the campground closed and basically deserted. The site pre-selected was about as bad as any one could have imagined. We felt very unsafe and left immediately. Nothing on your website or the email confirming our reservation indicated the campground was closed for the season.

My family and I stayed here during the Halloween Bash from October 26-27. We had such an amazing time decorating the cabin, dressing up in our costumes, and decorating pumpkins! Registration went very smoothly and the staff were super accommodating and kind! Both the cabin and Airstream were very clean and well- decorated. The playground was great too! THANK YOU SO MUCH! We hadn't been to the Lake Tahoe KOA since the new ownership took over. The park was very clean and the staff was very friendly. There were very few guests at the time due to the weather changing, but it made for a very quiet and relaxing stay. We look forward to our next stay.

It is a lovely campground, but they do seem to have a problem with bears. They have installed bear proof garbages, but there are still the odd regular garbage cans that provide a bear buffet in the night. As a tenter I would apprecciate bear bins.

The campground host was horrible. The host never spoke to us until late the second day. Approached us in our lawn chairs and mumbled, "did you come in last night?". We said "yes". He mumbled "do you want to charge the $389 to card on file". We said "yes". He turned and walked away. He almost ran us over with his golf cart that morning on our walk. I had to pull my husband out of the way.

The ladies in the office went above & beyond to welcome us. We were celebrating a birthday. We were allowed to move our two sites to the creek side. SO enjoyable, & peaceful. Thank you again Mom & Daughter. May 10x the kindness return to you both, and yes we'll be back!

Had a little problem with our initial site but Yery took good care of us and found us a new site. Thank you again, Yery. The facility was clean and well kept. I would come back next summer.

Campground was nice and organized even though renovations are ongoing. Cabin is a nice size and well supplied. Table lamps would be a good addition. The cabin itself could use a deep clean, especially the table and chairs. Staff was friendly. Overall a very nice visit.

The Perez family were awesome hosts. Site was perfect for our big rig and trailer. I was comfortable leaving my rig to do the Rubicon.

Our stay was wonderful, all the staff were very friendly and helpful on all the local activities and helping us with our Hwy choices for our next trip. I would stay there anytime I’m in the area.

We arrived late during the night. Check in was smooth and issue free. Bathrooms are clean with plenty of hot water. Camp store has many of the supplies in case you forgot something. Overall an excellent stay. Camp staff is very friendly and always will to provide a helping hand.

The road to our site was very tight for a 40' 5th wheel. The campground itself is beatifull and will stay there again.

We had the best time at Lake Tahoe KOA. Check in was easy and the people running the campground are super nice and helpful. The spaces are a tad tight but with expert driving, we got the perfect set up and view. We will definitely be returning!

Loud road noise and headlight shining in the windows all night. Staff refused to help back in so he didn't have to get out in rain. Spots too tight. Not big rig friendly. Doing major construction and it was loud hammering into cement during our stay. Has zero things for kids besides a broke down playground

A Fantastic Stay! My family and I recently stayed here, and we had an absolute blast! We're already planning to come back. A huge thank you to the Property Managers, Frank and Yerica, for being so welcoming and helpful. They answered all our questions about the campsite and shared great recommendations for places to visit in Tahoe. It's clear they truly care about the campground, which made our stay even better. This place is absolutely AMAZING! There's a small playground for the kids, a beautiful creek with running water, a walking trail, a Snack Shack, and excellent internet on the property. What's more, it's conveniently located just 4 minutes away from a grocery store, gas stations, great Mexican food (Sombreros) and other restaurants. It's the perfect spot to relax before heading out to Heavenly Village or exploring the rest of Tahoe. Highly recommend this campground for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway!

This was the first time we stayed at a KOA campground and we will be back for sure!! The Halloween Bash was super fun! We got to decorate our cabin, eat cupcakes, dress up in our costumes, and decorate pumpkins! The registration office was decorated beautifully with tons of cool things at the gift shop! The staff were very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. They escorted us to our sites and really made our experience so memorable! The cabin and Airstream were very clean and nicely decorated too! The playground was kid-friendly and it even had tetherball! The campground itself was very clean, green, and beautifully situated between Echo Lake and Lake Tahoe. Holiday Market was close by and Sonny's BBQ was great for dinner! Overall, we had such a blast and I can't thank the staff enough for their hospitality and kindness! We will be back for sure!! (:
