I loved how easy it was to book by phone. Missy was so kind to write down local suggestions for a meal . The campground was east to find, the restrooms were so clean with thoughtful notes explaining how the shower etc operated. The owners are very caring even staying opened later then posted hours as more and more happy campers were arriving. The Laundry room had great working washers and dryers.

They did a fabulous job picking the site for myself, the one big downfall was that the tree line didn't block out the hotel lights - it was rather open, I think more shrubbery would really help limit the lights shining into the tent sites and provide better quality of sleep and privacy for tent campers.

the main reason why I rated how I did was we could not put 2 tents on one site. The tent sites are huge and you should offer an additional tent on same site for an extra fee. Maybe you rarely fill up your tent sites so as a business model you force those traveling together to get separate tent sites. If you fill up, too bad for others who might like to get a tent site.

We arrived for a night of camping on a day with thunderstorm alert. No one at the desk warned us or suggested what to do. The following day, no one asked us if we were ok or how we faired the night. One worker even told our son he shouldn't use the bathroom because we're not guests.

The bugs were so bad we had to stay in the tent or the truck. A semi truck idled all night long next to the campground. I would not recommend the area

They have a great tent area, with thick grass and a lot of tree cover. Very quiet area, and very convenient location along the interstate highway.

Very quiet campground. The hosts were wonderful. The restrooms were clean, and I enjoyed the hot shower.

This KOA sadly was located in a bad location, right behind a trucking company. Due to us tenting, we were closest to this company as well and were woken up at 4:30am. The garbage truck also came at this time to empty out the recycling/garbage and due to us being the closest tent site to it, it was very difficult to get back to sleep. Bathrooms were clean but would not come back due to noise levels

Excellent tent site. Soft grass, low lighting, very quiet. Great place to stay and we will certainly return to here.

I have stayed at this KOA before and will stay again. It is very convenient. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, clean environment and lots of green space. the only suggestion is to have a microwave for tent campers to use so we can prepare quick meals.

Excellent tent sites, well treed and natural grass, lots of space. Owners are great and very helpful. I have now stayed there 4 times.

This is one of the best KOA's that I have ever stayed. The campgrounds have lovely trees and it is laid out for easy access. They have great showers with endless hot water. The campgrounds are kept clean and the owners are wonderful people. I look forward to staying there again and I highly recommend this KOA!

The cleanliness of bathrooms were great. The manicured lawn was beautiful. The only down side was having the truck road right in front of the tent camp spots. Had a few trucks in the morning drive by honking ignorantly.

We had a very enjoyable stay. We did have a problem with the electricity. One of the plug-ins didn't work and the other worked once in a while.

We booked last minute and they were very helpful and had great recomendations for the size of our group. The grounds and bathrooms were very clean.

We stayed on our way from Ohio to the badlands. We had a large group and all tent camped our way. The Jackson KOA was very clean, the bathrooms/shower were great, pool was nice. Even met the owners who were very helpful and accommodating for our group. Will be back

We were stopping on a long drive home from Nevada. The KOA was clean and the owner was friendly and welcoming. The tent sites are adjacent to hotel / semi parking. It would be better if there were bushes or a fence along with the trees to provide separation.

Host was super gracious. A storm went through while we were tent camping and she called to make sure we were safe and offered us a cabin to get out of the elements. Everything was clean and well maintained. Shower was hot! Will definitely go back.

This was the cleanest campground we have ever stayed in over the past 40 years. Lucky for us there was a food truck in the campgrounds so after driving 300 miles that day we did not have to drive anymore to get dinner.

These are the best camp hosts I have met in the past 10 years!!! I build trails and do conservation work so I’m no stranger to living in a tent. I have to say these hosts have been extremely accommodating and care very much about their customers. Amazing people! The world needs more people like them!!

We stayed here for the 2024 season. We are travel healthcare workers so stay in our RV fulltime which makes finding a great RV park important for us. Melissa and Albert went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Very clean facilities and camp sites, a cute little gift shop on site, nice pool and games as well. They've only owned this campground for a year and were actively making improvements while we were there so I have no doubt it'll just continue to get better. We definitely would stay there again if we are in the area.

Really cool camping experience. The shared rest room facilities are always clean, and the cabins were perfect for both of our daughters as it was their first time camping
