This was a great stopover park for our our journey, with a very nice and well maintained facility and friendly, helpful owners and staff. The owners provided very helpful. Local information, especially the recommendation for a fantastic local steakhouse ( Bergen bar and grill) a few miles away. It was a very pleasant stay and we would absolutely stay here again or recommend it to friends or family

Exactly what we needed, however, for the price we thought the site was small. Really appreciated the recycling! KOA is frankly overpriced, but locations make them an easy choice.

We stay at this KOA almost every return trip from the Dakotas. It is always clean and the staff pleasant.

We have stayed here many times and loved it, but this will be our last time. We were charged $10 check in/check out fee. Really?? We’re already paying to stay there, why would we have to pay for you to greet us and tell us our site number? To be honest, how were we checked out that required a fee? And one that was never mentioned to us. Sorry that you’ve lost a good customer.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The park was well maintained and easy only a short distance from I90. We would stay again.

We arrived very late and the office was closed. Directions left were very clear and informative. The campground was nice and quiet, exactly what we needed from a long day driving. Bathrooms/Showers were very clean. The grass was a little long and needed cutting. We left early the next day so we did not connect with the manager. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Men's toilets don't flush great. Great campsite, lots of nice mature trees with shade. Owners are doing a lot of work.

We did the 3: day holiday weekend, it was the maiden voyage weekend with our new camper. Everyone was kind, welcoming and helpful. We arrived Friday in the rain and the owner met us at our campsite and said we will move you down a few sites where there were "less" puddles. Customer service excellent. Campground clean and quite. Nice play area and pool. Only 30 minutes from Okoboji..

It's always nice to be able to camp at the KOA when I come home to visit my dad. I grew up in Jackson and I love that we have a clean KOA with a friendly staff.

Nice RV park. Sites are a little narrow. When turning in and out couldn't help but hit the grass. We have a 40 foot 5th wheel.

Our first interaction was when they called us to tell us about the after hours booking. The lady on the phone was extremely personable. When arriving, I was concerned because it was so close to 1-90, but I was pleasantly surprised that there was no traffic noise. They are doing a lot of work to the campground with new concrete pads and everything was lovely. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

This KOA is amazing! It’s clean, has a salt water pool that’s so refreshing, beautiful patio sites, well-stocked gift shop, funny little signs everywhere, etc. I could go on and on! We’ll definitely be back!

Easy in/out pull-thru, mostly level sites. We stayed one night while on our way back home and didn’t need to disconnect from our tow vehicle. Clean bathrooms and showers. Conveniently located to I90. Also convenient- there is a gas station just outside the campground that has regular gas and diesel. We would stay here again.

We’ve stayed here before and enjoyed it but prefer a quiet evening outdoors so loud music and karaoke until 10pm was not our preference.

Spots were level and campgrounds were quite, we went to the spam museum and had dinner at Piggy Blue's Bar-B-Que in Austin Minnesota within walking Distance of the spam museum, on our way back we stoped and saw the green giant statue in Blue Earth MN

Online reservations easy. Check in as well. Friendly staff.Office hours during off season (after Labor Day) were irregular. There was no indication online about the "heated pool" being closed after Labor day (a bit disappointed) but yet we stayed an extra day because the grounds were well kept, quiet and not crowded. Bathroom, showers, laundry room REALLY clean. The town has a nice park.

Friendly staff. They have crafts for sale which is a fun addition to the other sounvenirs and camping supplies. The bathrooms were clean, but not updated. Only 2 stalls and 3 showers. Convenient right off the highway but not much for family adventure or activities nearby

Great place to spend a night on your way out West! Facilities are well maintained and there's a nice pool! Bummer that it sits right off I-90, but for travelers who haven't reached their final destination it was perfect!

Stopped at this campground for a night on our way to Mt. Rushmore and we highly recommend it. The staff is polite, the facilities are VERY clean, and the grounds are very well maintained!
