The staff was really nice and helpful and polite and friendly. Never had a problem place was the cleanest KOA campground I have ever seen, all KOA campgrounds are nice but this one is the best I've seen ever

Older campground but neat and really clean. Level sites and great shade trees. Pool was super clean. We will be back if ever in the area again!

Loved the overnight in our motorhome at the Jackson KOA. Friendly staff, well maintained journey- clean nicely spaced sites. The seasonal sites are well maintained and decorated. Makes you feel welcome.

Nice park. Very clean. Well maintained. Very nice to have grass at the sites. I have white show dogs and it was great letting them out of the trailer onto the grass without having to put out a mat. Also liked the grassy areas to walk the dogs. The only recommendation would be to keep grass short and to remove any of the sticker plants. My dog stepped on one and it sent him hopping.

What a fantastic stay. The karaoke was the best thing ever. To see the entire camp ground come together for this was outstanding.

Pulled in on a Saturday night for just one night. Everyone was gathered under the covered patio area doing Karaoke and having a great time.. will definitely be back on our next time in the area..

The park was full of kids, very busy and noisy. The sites are very small and not private. The picnic tables could use a makeover.

We were there for 3 full days and they parked us in the full sun on 95 degree days it was hot and miserable and also all of the traffic in and out everyday there was just over nighters camping the pool was way to hot the mini golf wasn’t even worth to look at and the park was just your typical back yard play set the store was decent and they had coin laundry but other than that stay away horribl

Beautiful, warm, clean pool. Grounds are very clean. PLUS they provide free laundry detergent! Showers and bathrooms are super clean, great water pressure and spacious. They deliver firewood and pick up your trash in the morning. Normally you need to put your trash in the dumpster. At this KOA, they take care of it! The owner is absolutely lovey and sweet.

It was a really nice campground. The pool was the perfect temp and they had a movie showing with free popcorn during the evening. We would absolutely stay there again!

Very well maintained, level, gravel pull through sites. All utilities (full hookup, 50 amp) worked very well. Pool was beautiful, very nice playground. Small, but adequate dog park.

The camp sites are spacious and pull-through. The owners, Michelle & Harold, are wonderful and caring. They keep the campgrounds neat and clean. Late arrivals are accommodated, which gives you peace of mind when you are on the road! I had a medical situation that prolonged my stay here. They promptly extended my reservation with no issues. Friendly staff. They have crafts for sale which is a fun addition to the other sounvenirs and camping supplies. The bathrooms were clean, but not updated. Only 2 stalls and 3 showers. Convenient right off the highway but not much for family adventure or activities nearby

Great place to spend a night on your way out West! Facilities are well maintained and there's a nice pool! Bummer that it sits right off I-90, but for travelers who haven't reached their final destination it was perfect!

Stopped at this campground for a night on our way to Mt. Rushmore and we highly recommend it. The staff is polite, the facilities are VERY clean, and the grounds are very well maintained!
