Nice cabin, with a Keurig and water. Was only there 1 night but would stay at again. A water dish and spigot for the K-9 camp would be nice.

This was my 4th stay in the cabins at Jackson KOA. It is peaceful and clean and owners are really putting an effort to spruce things up. We will definitely be back again and will recommend it to our friends and family.

We take a certain route on our trips, just to go by and stay at this KOA. A friendly, helpful staff and a quiet park with lots of trees for shade make this a great park for an overnight or time off the road.

I have camped my whole life. And this KOA was my favorite. The little touches that made the whole experience more comfortable and enjoyable were a 10 out of 10. I will be going back on our next trip West!

The cabin was nice and clean! Staff were very nice. Shower house was always clean and had hot water. Pool was heated and clean. Overall very nice quiet camping experience for me and my 2 year old.

Although we were only there for 1 night, we absolutely adored the vibe. Everyone was so friendly, the campground was very organized, and we were comfortable in our cabin. The visit wet our appetite for a return visit for a longer stay!

fun activities: games; warm pool, karaoke was super fun! Nice store. Needs a little TLC: bird poop all over the porch of the cabin. Dishing washing cupboard was old and unappealing. Has any adult ever climbed up the ladder of the bunk bed? only wide enough for a small child. Coffee and Hot chocolate was nice in cabins. don't; need a tv when " getting away from it all"

This is one of the best KOA's I have ever stayed in. The cabin was immaculate. With many amenities, like key pad entry, mattresses seemed brand new. I love the raccoon welcome sign, all though I don't drink coffee, they supplied a Keurig machine, and two bottles of water. Love the gazebo patio with all the Raton furniture. I didn't use the pool as it was closed but it looked like a nice area.

We've tented here 2 times years ago, but this is the first time we stayed in a cabin. We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was cozy and well furnished with extras such as TV, Keurig coffeemaker, A/C, refrigerator, porch with 2 rocking chairs. We would definitely stay here again in the future when traveling that direction. The hosts were very helpful. Their humorous signs were fun to read.

The hosts were very welcoming and informative. I really appreciated the small touches, including the invite to karaoke and the small bag of Halloween candy. I was very impressed.

We enjoyed the Jackson KOA, the karaoke is alot of fun. I hope they have karaoke more next year, it is a good way for campers to get together and have a good time. Campground is in good condition and good location.

Great friendly staff. Well kept cabins. Very cool electronic locks on the cabin doors. Only negative was the water in swimming pool looked a little murky the day I was there.

Loved the upgraded cabins with the fridge and the keypad. Karaoke was great again. It is always a very clean facility.

I feel like this could be a good place - people have clearly spent time on it.. however, the pool was out of order -only one dryer dries the clothes in one cycle of drying and the gas grill was out of fuel..we finally had to microwave our burgers and hotdogs.. nice people but after two days of frustration, we were glad to be leaving

So cute! We were planning on camping but upgraded to a Kamping Kabin and it was perfect - the extra touch of a coffee maker was much appreciated! The campground was clean and safe and don’t miss the funny signs hung all around the grounds. The staff was friendly and responsive, and we would be happy to stay here again!

It was a great campground, except the office/store closed at 6pm. On the weekends, it should be open later for guests to purchase things or find help if needed.

The flies were out of control. Please find a way to control the fly populations. We really couldn’t enjoy the campsite itself and spent our time inside the cabin swatting flies.

We rented a cozy cabin for three nights and had the best time ever! We had the experience of camping, but with some fun additional amenities. Our hosts were super friendly and very accommodating to our needs. We are already looking at booking our next KOA camping trip.

This KOA was quiet and has a nice pool. We would have liked to rent bikes, but none were available. We stayed in a cabin. We asked to clean it without strong fragrances as we are allergic to them. The staff did that exactly as we asked!! It was wonderful!

Cleanest bathrooms ever! We arrived after store was closed but the after hours check in super easy. And the campground owner called us earlier to also explain. Very considerate. We left before they opened and I sent email. It was all very smooth. We had a nice quiet evening in our very clean cabin and surroundings. Thank you

Stayed in a cabin very clean also had a TV which was a nice addition I wish all koa cabins had that. Very nice and quiet staff was very pleasant. Would definitely stay again.
