Easy and friendly check-in, great clean and inviting facilities. I wish the pool was opened, but it wasn’t. It was part of the reason I booked there. Otherwise everything was wonderful!

1 night stop during our trip. Easy access. Facilities met our needs. Staff called us to let us know what we needed to do for late arrival. That was much appreciated!

Nice, clean park. The owners have done a lot of improvements. The heated salt water pool was amazing. All employees were helpful and friendly.

We didn't have a reservation and it was after hours, they leave forms filled out and ready for you with what sites are available. This was so easy and nice.

The toilets in the ladies bathroom are too low to the floor. There is no grab bar, making use very difficult for people with disabilities. Updated toilets, which are taller, would be essential.

We’ve stayed multiple times at the Jackson KOA and always found them friendly and helpful. On our latest stop there, we called to adjust our reservation due to the weather, and they were once again very accommodating. What a great place to stay!

We love this campground! Everything is so clean! The store is amazing with lots of neat things. We love the way it's decorated. It makes it fun to roam around and look at everything! There are plenty of trees for shade. And everywhere you go just smells clean and fresh! Kudos to this campground - they do a wonderful job to make you feel welcome and cozy!

This KOA is the cleanest one we have ever stayed at (90%of our camping is via KOA). The grounds were pristine, as well as the bathrooms and laundry facilities. The owners Al and Missy go above and beyond to make sure that their guests have a safe and comfortable environment for fun and relaxation.

Extremely friendly and beautiful campground. They were very accommodating when we had to change out reservations. Everything was nicely kept and clean.

This is one of the best KOA's I have ever stayed in. The cabin was immaculate. With many amenities, like key pad entry, mattresses seemed brand new. I love the raccoon welcome sign, all though I don't drink coffee, they supplied a Keurig machine, and two bottles of water. Love the gazebo patio with all the Raton furniture. I didn't use the pool as it was closed but it looked like a nice area.

We've tented here 2 times years ago, but this is the first time we stayed in a cabin. We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was cozy and well furnished with extras such as TV, Keurig coffeemaker, A/C, refrigerator, porch with 2 rocking chairs. We would definitely stay here again in the future when traveling that direction. The hosts were very helpful. Their humorous signs were fun to read.

Clean facilities, friendly staff, and well maintained sites. We came for their Halloween weekend and they had activities and had a family feel to it. The owners work hard to give their guests the best experience possible.

The hosts were very welcoming and informative. I really appreciated the small touches, including the invite to karaoke and the small bag of Halloween candy. I was very impressed.

Friendly staff. They have crafts for sale which is a fun addition to the other sounvenirs and camping supplies. The bathrooms were clean, but not updated. Only 2 stalls and 3 showers. Convenient right off the highway but not much for family adventure or activities nearby

Great place to spend a night on your way out West! Facilities are well maintained and there's a nice pool! Bummer that it sits right off I-90, but for travelers who haven't reached their final destination it was perfect!

Stopped at this campground for a night on our way to Mt. Rushmore and we highly recommend it. The staff is polite, the facilities are VERY clean, and the grounds are very well maintained!
