The park was clean and simple. Deck was not straight on the site and not level. Seems like they could do with a like maintenance and upgrading. But we were there only 1 night as we passed thru.

I have stayed at the Jackson, MN KOA previously. It is easy to access the campground from I-90, the staff has always been helpful and friendly; the campground is well maintained and easy to use.

Although we were only there for 1 night, we absolutely adored the vibe. Everyone was so friendly, the campground was very organized, and we were comfortable in our cabin. The visit wet our appetite for a return visit for a longer stay!

I was hesitant to book here as I had stayed previously some years ago and was not impressed. I’m glad I did! The campground is now meticulously maintained, clean, and beautiful! This is a convenient location for me so I will definitely be back!

Great place to stay for our trip back home. Nice, level sites. Great pool and playground for kids. Highly recommend using this KOA for your travels

This has been a repeat stay at this wonderful location. The facility is well appointed and fresh. The rv sites are well equipped and easy to get in and out of. We stayed in a full hook up pull through. The length was perfect as both 5th wheel and two vehicle were not intruding onto the road. Wonderful. The staff at this location were exceptional. You made the stay soooooooo much better.

Nice campground. We didn’t roll into camp until 7pm and the general store had closed at 6 on a Friday night. They did call us before and asked if we needed anything. Lots of shade!

The Jackson KOA was very pleasant. Big rig friendly. Good size lots. The salt water swimming pool was a delight. Staff were very nice. I recommend a stay there.

We enjoyed our stay it clean ,very well kept ,very polite staff. Had plenty of entertainment for the weekend. Owners are very friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 would recommend. We will be back ����ϋ����

Very helpful staff. Spacious spots with nice hookups. Very quiet for how busy it’s was. The fireflies were amazing in the evenings. Will definitely come back. Thanks KOA Jackson!

Very quiet and very friendly! Only negative thing was the pool was pretty dirty when we swam (cloudy water and lots of hair floating). Otherwise we loved it!

We stayed a night on the way to and from South Dakota. We got there after the store was closed but a nice lady called us to tell us where our map and info would be. The pull through spots were nice and large and my husband said it was the best water pressure ever at a campground. We would definitely stay again.

Only stayed one night, arrived late unable for kids to utilize the amenities but looked fun and clean. Gravel pad had soft dirt and mud, grass was overgrown and spot needed some leveling. Location was perfect for overnight stay. Customer service was excellent, we received a call/vm with spot location. Setting up reservation was easy and service was excellent. Jackson KOA is a great halfway point from Chicago to Mount Rushmore and this was our 2nd time picking this campground. Sites were level-staff was friendly-and they have a nice heated pool with extended hours to use after driving all day. We loved the relationship with the Pizza Ranch to have food delivered to the campsite.

We had to go east at the last minute for an emergency and they accommodated us and gave us a great spot and couldn’t have been more helpful

Friendly staff. They have crafts for sale which is a fun addition to the other sounvenirs and camping supplies. The bathrooms were clean, but not updated. Only 2 stalls and 3 showers. Convenient right off the highway but not much for family adventure or activities nearby

Great place to spend a night on your way out West! Facilities are well maintained and there's a nice pool! Bummer that it sits right off I-90, but for travelers who haven't reached their final destination it was perfect!

Stopped at this campground for a night on our way to Mt. Rushmore and we highly recommend it. The staff is polite, the facilities are VERY clean, and the grounds are very well maintained!
