We only stayed 2 nights as a half way point to our destination. KOA Jackson has very friendly and helpful staff and owners. It was very peaceful and the sites were ample for our big rig.

Everyone was friendly. The manager called to let us know where our map/check-in was located after hours. Our campsite had a deck to pull up to. There was a picnic table, grill, AND a bonfire ring. It was great!! Thanks!!

Our pull thru site was nice and campground was clean. My only complaint was the staff. Grumpy and intolerant is the best way to describe their attitudes. If you can overlook that, the campground is nice.

On a hot afternoon the pool was great. The bathrooms were immaculate. There is a covered lounge area next to the pool was a nice touch. There was plenty of shaded area in this KOA that was close to the interestate.

Very nice green park. Staff that we dealt with were great. Our spot was easy in & easy out. No camper site across from us so our 80’ rig/trailer got out.

Very convenient to I-90, prompt and helpful check-in. We were escorted to our site, plenty of room to make turns with our big rig towing a vehicle. Good spacing at our pull through site, hook-ups correctly positioned, easy exit when we came to leave. Overall, a great experience, we'll be back again when we head this way!

Smooth check in friendly staff campground was clean and in good condition. shower/bathroom was in good condition. campsite spacing was ok and about what is ex[pected for an RV park compared to a campground. It was nice to have some shade. The location was convenient to the interstate but also far enough away to be quiet. For an overnight stay while traveling this is a place that works well.

Stayed during a rainstorm so can't rate amenities. Two things to look into-Deck was very slick after rain and almost took a tumble (warning sign?) and TP in washroom was totally sub-par! After hours check in was easy and park was clean and well maintained. Very little noise from I90!

It is a very well maintained campground with clean bathrooms. Staff is really helpful and friendly. It's really convenient being right off I-90 and a quiet place to stop on our journey.

Friendly staff. They have crafts for sale which is a fun addition to the other sounvenirs and camping supplies. The bathrooms were clean, but not updated. Only 2 stalls and 3 showers. Convenient right off the highway but not much for family adventure or activities nearby

Great place to spend a night on your way out West! Facilities are well maintained and there's a nice pool! Bummer that it sits right off I-90, but for travelers who haven't reached their final destination it was perfect!

Stopped at this campground for a night on our way to Mt. Rushmore and we highly recommend it. The staff is polite, the facilities are VERY clean, and the grounds are very well maintained!
