Quick overnight stay, everything was great! Friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities. Would stay again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Staff was able to help us out with local dining and walking options. The RV sites were far apart so felt rather private. The heated saltwater pool was wonderful. It was in 70's when we stayed with light rain showers. We were still able to swim almost every day. The KOA was just off a major highway for convenience without major highway noise.

This was my 4th stay in the cabins at Jackson KOA. It is peaceful and clean and owners are really putting an effort to spruce things up. We will definitely be back again and will recommend it to our friends and family.

This is a jewel of a park off I-90 in SW Minnesota. The owners/managers have done a great job. Very clean and neat. Even the seasonals are keeping it clean. They have made many improvements and are continuing. Rest rooms very clean. Office staff very welcoming. Thanks Missy.

This was a great stopover park for our our journey, with a very nice and well maintained facility and friendly, helpful owners and staff. The owners provided very helpful. Local information, especially the recommendation for a fantastic local steakhouse ( Bergen bar and grill) a few miles away. It was a very pleasant stay and we would absolutely stay here again or recommend it to friends or family

Exactly what we needed, however, for the price we thought the site was small. Really appreciated the recycling! KOA is frankly overpriced, but locations make them an easy choice.

We have stayed here many times and loved it, but this will be our last time. We were charged $10 check in/check out fee. Really?? We’re already paying to stay there, why would we have to pay for you to greet us and tell us our site number? To be honest, how were we checked out that required a fee? And one that was never mentioned to us. Sorry that you’ve lost a good customer.

We take a certain route on our trips, just to go by and stay at this KOA. A friendly, helpful staff and a quiet park with lots of trees for shade make this a great park for an overnight or time off the road.

We arrived very late and the office was closed. Directions left were very clear and informative. The campground was nice and quiet, exactly what we needed from a long day driving. Bathrooms/Showers were very clean. The grass was a little long and needed cutting. We left early the next day so we did not connect with the manager. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Men's toilets don't flush great. Great campsite, lots of nice mature trees with shade. Owners are doing a lot of work.

We did the 3: day holiday weekend, it was the maiden voyage weekend with our new camper. Everyone was kind, welcoming and helpful. We arrived Friday in the rain and the owner met us at our campsite and said we will move you down a few sites where there were "less" puddles. Customer service excellent. Campground clean and quite. Nice play area and pool. Only 30 minutes from Okoboji..

It's always nice to be able to camp at the KOA when I come home to visit my dad. I grew up in Jackson and I love that we have a clean KOA with a friendly staff.

Nice RV park. Sites are a little narrow. When turning in and out couldn't help but hit the grass. We have a 40 foot 5th wheel.

Our first interaction was when they called us to tell us about the after hours booking. The lady on the phone was extremely personable. When arriving, I was concerned because it was so close to 1-90, but I was pleasantly surprised that there was no traffic noise. They are doing a lot of work to the campground with new concrete pads and everything was lovely. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

This KOA is amazing! It’s clean, has a salt water pool that’s so refreshing, beautiful patio sites, well-stocked gift shop, funny little signs everywhere, etc. I could go on and on! We’ll definitely be back!

I have camped my whole life. And this KOA was my favorite. The little touches that made the whole experience more comfortable and enjoyable were a 10 out of 10. I will be going back on our next trip West!

Easy in/out pull-thru, mostly level sites. We stayed one night while on our way back home and didn’t need to disconnect from our tow vehicle. Clean bathrooms and showers. Conveniently located to I90. Also convenient- there is a gas station just outside the campground that has regular gas and diesel. We would stay here again.

Friendly staff. They have crafts for sale which is a fun addition to the other sounvenirs and camping supplies. The bathrooms were clean, but not updated. Only 2 stalls and 3 showers. Convenient right off the highway but not much for family adventure or activities nearby

Great place to spend a night on your way out West! Facilities are well maintained and there's a nice pool! Bummer that it sits right off I-90, but for travelers who haven't reached their final destination it was perfect!

Stopped at this campground for a night on our way to Mt. Rushmore and we highly recommend it. The staff is polite, the facilities are VERY clean, and the grounds are very well maintained!
