The flies were out of control. Please find a way to control the fly populations. We really couldn’t enjoy the campsite itself and spent our time inside the cabin swatting flies.

Nice campground. Easy access for large rigs. Mosquitos would swarm you as soon as you stepped outside your door.

The owners are hard working and very friendly and very accommodating. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The campsite is very clean and had a lot for families to do. They have a pool and play area and bean bag toss and large chess game. And very pet friendly. Also they have very nice and clean bathroom and shower and laundry mat available. It's a perfect little get away fun for the family .

I would definitely bring my family back camping to Jackson koa it is very clean and the pool is crystal clear a plenty of stuff to do for the kids and the owners are really nice and respectful!!

Nice park. Nice laundry facilities. Movie night was nice. Karaoke looked like fun although I did not sing.

We were originally scheduled to stay in another campground about an hour away in another town but due to regional flooding had to change plans last minute. They were able to accommodate us with no problem. A true lifesaver!

It was very peaceful and a good place for a rest from a days drive. The campground is very well maintained and clean. We would stay here again if we needed to.

Facilities were great! I'm a bit disappointed that I didn't get my military discount. The lady at check in (June 28th, 2024 at 5:15 p.m.)said she didn't know how to do the discount and would check on it with another lady. But my discount was never applied to my bill.

Bathrooms were clean & it was quiet at night. Some sketchy folks hanging out in the bathrooms late at night and being completely unstaffed didn’t feel 100% safe.

Beautiful trees and grass. Nice pet area, pool and play spaces. Very quiet and peaceful. Very clean restrooms and showers. Would definitely recommend.

You allow kids to drive the golf carts. They were everywhere and almost hit a few people. Other than that it’s a nice small KOA.

All was very good for one night stay. The only service we used was the shower which was very clean and the rainfall shower head was very nice.

Lovely spot, lovely people! Good access for big rigs; great facilities; easy access off the interstate but quiet. All sites have shade. Amenities are above & beyond - incredible pool & playground area for families with a large shelter with comfortable seating & a TV; fenced dog area and large open field with shade tree & picnic table for dogs to exercise/play. They even pick up trash @ yr site.

What a gem! This is a great park, especially the staff! So friendly and helpful. This is not your typical Journey. We stayed several days and would do it again. The park is an easy drive to Sioux Falls, There is a pool and other activities.

The owners were very nice and accommodating to us. The park was clean. The trees were trimmed up. Nice overnight stop. We will return.

Our stay was not a long one. Came in late after the office closed and was gone by checkout. I appreciated the ease of grabbing my prepared envelope from my reservation and being able to easily find our spot.

Very nice campground. Great Staff and accomodations. Very clean, level, pull-through sites that were more than long enough for our 35' 5th wheel. It is close to the expressway, so there is some road noise, but not enough to bother us when we were inside. We liked the campground and will stay again if in the area.

We rented a cozy cabin for three nights and had the best time ever! We had the experience of camping, but with some fun additional amenities. Our hosts were super friendly and very accommodating to our needs. We are already looking at booking our next KOA camping trip.

Stayed for one night on our travels back east. The owners and staff were very nice. The bathrooms and showers were very clean…. We’d definitely stay there again during traveling.

Friendly staff. They have crafts for sale which is a fun addition to the other sounvenirs and camping supplies. The bathrooms were clean, but not updated. Only 2 stalls and 3 showers. Convenient right off the highway but not much for family adventure or activities nearby

Great place to spend a night on your way out West! Facilities are well maintained and there's a nice pool! Bummer that it sits right off I-90, but for travelers who haven't reached their final destination it was perfect!

Stopped at this campground for a night on our way to Mt. Rushmore and we highly recommend it. The staff is polite, the facilities are VERY clean, and the grounds are very well maintained!
