Our stay was just an overnighter. This is the best Journey KOA we’ve ever been to, should be a Holiday KOA. Clean, many yard games, easy in and out. You won’t be sorry for choosing this KOA!

On the higher priced side, given what it offers. One of the staff members was extremely rude on several occasions, which made it hard to enjoy and relax!

A lot of things for kids to do, which was nice. Clean private showers big thumbs up. Nicely stocked gift store. Loved the morning garbage pick-up. Disappointed about gravel pads. No concrete or black top for a premium pay camp site. Other than that very nice campgrounds. We would stay again..... Thank you for your hospitality

New owners seemed pleasant, but whenever we had to deal with employee, she was very rude several different days. Price was a bit high given what they had to offer. We were always told, it is the KOA, not us - for the previous 8 years we have had our family get together, we had always found everyone friendly, very accommodating, so this was very disappointing.

Very nice well kept camp ground. Staff was friendly and they even had karaoke and rootbeer floats. Pool needed some chemicals but was fun for the kids! Will stay again if we are in the area.

This was our 1st time staying at the Jackson KOA.... very nice. We will definitely stay here again. Traveling in a 35 ft motorhome towing!!

It was a great campground, except the office/store closed at 6pm. On the weekends, it should be open later for guests to purchase things or find help if needed.

Right off the highway with pull thru sites, easy hook ups, level site with bathrooms close by. Friendly service with a cute personalized after hours welcome envelope. Thank you for taking the stress away of long term road travel!

Our time in Jackson was affected by the recent flooding that had occurred in the town of Jackson, and the staff obviously can't control that. (We weren't able to get our bikes out and ride the trails.) The staff was courteous, and we appreciated the pool. This was the first stop on a longer trip for us, and this campground was a good start to our trip further west!

Very nice campground with the majority of sites shaded by large trees. And, it's far enough off the interstate that the sound of the traffic doesn't interfere with sleeping.

The campground was perfectly fine, but loaded with lots of flying insects. This is obviously out of the control of the camp owners as this is typical of most if not all Minnesota campgrounds . Otherwise very nice for an overnight stay!

The bugs were so bad we had to stay in the tent or the truck. A semi truck idled all night long next to the campground. I would not recommend the area

They have a great tent area, with thick grass and a lot of tree cover. Very quiet area, and very convenient location along the interstate highway.

Friendly staff. They have crafts for sale which is a fun addition to the other sounvenirs and camping supplies. The bathrooms were clean, but not updated. Only 2 stalls and 3 showers. Convenient right off the highway but not much for family adventure or activities nearby

Great place to spend a night on your way out West! Facilities are well maintained and there's a nice pool! Bummer that it sits right off I-90, but for travelers who haven't reached their final destination it was perfect!

Stopped at this campground for a night on our way to Mt. Rushmore and we highly recommend it. The staff is polite, the facilities are VERY clean, and the grounds are very well maintained!
