Every thing was fine we thought the office closing at 6:00 pm was a little early for a Friday night?

We only stayed the night and arrived after office hours, but they called us and let us know that the packet of info with our site etc was in the reservation box. Very clean, peaceful campground with plenty of space.

Loved the upgraded cabins with the fridge and the keypad. Karaoke was great again. It is always a very clean facility.

We have stayed at Jackson KOA SEVERAL times. It is a FANTASTIC camp ground. Always a GREAT time. The owners are OUTSTANDING, the place is kept immaculate. Other KOA's should take notice.

Everything was very clean and the staff and guests were friendly. The only thing we didn't care for was how close the sites are to eachother. If you don't care about spreading out a little, this is definitely one to consider.

Very friendly staff, the store had the basics and was stocked. Only issue was the gravel roads, they were well kept but even as we were driving as slow as possible (and I mean driving slow) the coach and my truck was covered in dust, I went to town and washed the truck but the coach will have to wait. I know it's expensive, but paving the access roads would be a great improvement.

the main reason why I rated how I did was we could not put 2 tents on one site. The tent sites are huge and you should offer an additional tent on same site for an extra fee. Maybe you rarely fill up your tent sites so as a business model you force those traveling together to get separate tent sites. If you fill up, too bad for others who might like to get a tent site.

It was a perfect overnight stay. Lots of kids. The office closed early for a Friday night, 6:00.

The care and upkeep of the sites, bathrooms and showers was outstanding. One of the cleanest facilities I have been to. Really impressed with how well this property is maintained

Great Staff and level site. Used KOA as we were traveling to NE from WI. Would stay here again if in the area. All amenities were in operation during our 2 night stay and working.

Our stay was pleasant. Although the pool was not open until Saturday afternoon, the staff kept us informed and worked hard and making sure it was able to open. The bugs were awful and we were bit up beyond belief, but that is out of anyones control. Altogether it was a great weekend

I feel like this could be a good place - people have clearly spent time on it.. however, the pool was out of order -only one dryer dries the clothes in one cycle of drying and the gas grill was out of fuel..we finally had to microwave our burgers and hotdogs.. nice people but after two days of frustration, we were glad to be leaving

Stayed a couple nights and visited Ft. Belmont and Walnut Grove. Everyone at the KOA was nice and very helpful. All the common areas were very clean also!

We only stayed one night as a half way point on our trip. The sites were spacious, and easy to hook up to facilities. Nice place, would surat for a longer visit next time.

Close to I-90 and fuel. We stayed for two nights. We took a drive to Spirit Lake and then the opposite direction to Mankato 70 miles away.

We arrived for a night of camping on a day with thunderstorm alert. No one at the desk warned us or suggested what to do. The following day, no one asked us if we were ok or how we faired the night. One worker even told our son he shouldn't use the bathroom because we're not guests.

So cute! We were planning on camping but upgraded to a Kamping Kabin and it was perfect - the extra touch of a coffee maker was much appreciated! The campground was clean and safe and don’t miss the funny signs hung all around the grounds. The staff was friendly and responsive, and we would be happy to stay here again!

Staff was very friendly. They come around and pick up the trash for you and that is very helpful. Camp had great internet. Laundry room was very clean.

Facilities were great. Laundry room was clean and machines worked. It appears trees have been trimmed since our stay in 2022. Very nice accommodations!

Friendly staff. They have crafts for sale which is a fun addition to the other sounvenirs and camping supplies. The bathrooms were clean, but not updated. Only 2 stalls and 3 showers. Convenient right off the highway but not much for family adventure or activities nearby

Great place to spend a night on your way out West! Facilities are well maintained and there's a nice pool! Bummer that it sits right off I-90, but for travelers who haven't reached their final destination it was perfect!

Stopped at this campground for a night on our way to Mt. Rushmore and we highly recommend it. The staff is polite, the facilities are VERY clean, and the grounds are very well maintained!
