Convenient location for us to stop at when traveling. The campground has very poor drainage, so when it rains there are puddles everywhere. Our site was not level so the front tires of motorhome were off the ground. Bathrooms were very clean and nice. Signage is a bit tricky.

Staff were delightful and very helpful. Site was just what we needed for our 35ft 5th and truck, December so it wasn’t crowded, laundry room was super clean, machines worked great

Pulled in and was raining all day. Staff at check in were great, changed site from back in to pull through, which made things easier. Was escorted to the site during the rain. Much appreciated. Only 4 stars because site wasn't grassy, so dealt with some mud. Also no fire pit, which I could have enjoyed when the rain stopped. Bathrooms were very nice. Looks like a nice place, which I seen next day.

Really enjoyed my almost 3 months at this campsite. The grounds and facilities are well maintained. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Would not hesitate staying here again.

We stayed one night. The staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. We had no problems fitting on the site with our 45ft 5th wheel that we tow with our Heavy Duty Truck.

Another enjoyable stay at this KOA!! We have stayed here many times. The staff are always friendly and helpful!! We love the hiking trails and the caves/cliffs on the trails that are part of the campground!! We will be back!!

Although it was a rainy afternoon, we received a warm welcome and were shown our site. This is a lovely campground, well laid out and offering many services. The camp store is well stocked - we don't always see that in November! We would like to visit again.

Beautiful campground nestled in West Virginia. The way the campground was arranged was perfect for our liking and we enjoyed walking our pets in the evening and morning. Very clean, peaceful, and pretty, will definitely return.

It was great for an overnight stay. Sites were very small, so we were glad that no one else was camping in our section of the campground.

Very quiet, beautiful scenery, and staff that is very helpful!! I was there for 3 months for a travel assignment and it was super easy to check in and out!

When we got there, our site was about to be given to someone else when we paid for that site, but didn't see on computer, called ahead to confirm and was told yes us and our friend were by each other on site. Fixed right away. The stay was nice, people were friendly. Close to things to do.

The day we arrived, we were greeted by the woman who’s running the campground and her husband. She was very nice, even to the point of using her computer to help us locate things to do and see in the area. As for the campground, it does to appear to be an older campground. We had an issue with the gas can that was provided and they came out almost immediately.

The people in the office were very pleasant and helpful. The reason for the four and eight ratings is that the sites are very narrow with not much yard around them. But it was great for how we used it – set up the camper, then visited Family all day.

Staff were amazing and some of the most courteous employees we have met. The grounds, price, activities, etc, were perfect. The only complaint we have is the noise from the interstate. It is very substantial and diminishes the enjoyment of the campground. Not something you can really help without building an expensive wall or pushing politicians to do so.

Traffic from 64 is loud. It’s a nice place to stop for a rest though. I’m a work camper, and I feel these work campers at this KOA could do better. Paint the picnic tables and clear some leaves. We do it at our campground. It makes a huge difference.

Staff was extremely friendly. But the drive in was very disheartening. The entrance drive was lie we drove into a Sanford and Sons TV set...all sorts of crap in front yards and piled in back....not the clean look we have come to expect from a KOA Campground

awesome staff, easy access to I-64, older park in need of some repairs e.g. some floor tiles missing in shower, neighboring properties look like unkept junkyards

If you’re here for only a few days or less it should be fine. Keep in mind, most of the 4-5 star reviews you might see are left by locals. There is a lot I could point out like the amount of small trash left around however the worse thing was them allowing people to have ground fires in crowded sites that don’t have pits. We had a neighbor who had a big fire 10’ from our motorhome’s propan

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The site nice and fairly level. I would give it a 5 except for the road noise from I 64.

When I got there they had gave my spot away and moved me far away from the group I booked with! The lady at the desk wasn’t going to change me, but the owner came and moved me to the other side of my family! I’m very thankful to him! But I won’t be back! Who knew you had to pay a lock fee xtra plus what you pay for your spot, to keep the spot you book!

Nice, family friendly campground. Some sites are really close to the freeway, but the traffic wasn't too bad. I would stay here again because it is a friendly, professional place.

When we got there the site was tight to the one beside us and muddy. Wasn't happy especially finding out that the neighbors took over our 50amp and left us with 30. (Nope won't work). So after talking to office they gave us a Premier site. Much Much better. Thank you. Dog Park very nice. But the gas grill had no gas, what is the point on having a gas grill on a Premier lot. There was a very nice stocked fishing lake. We only stayed for 1 night.

This is a campground with cabins also but we were traveling thru to a destination. We stayed in our camper. We liked it well enough that we stayed again on our way home.
