We like the convenience of the location, but we have been going to this KOA for the past 5 years and it has gone way down hill. Only the bare minimum is being done. The landscaping is all over grown, the grass barely gets cut, the flies and bugs were terrible, and there has barely ever been any grave added to the premium spots. Each year the pricing goes up but the maintenance goes down.

Great staff. Fun activities. Very nice showers. The lake was a lovely added perk. My kids really enjoyed the activities.

We enjoyed a shady, premium site with a propane grill, nice seats, table & chairs provided on a concrete pad. All of the sites are very close however. The campground also had a sand beach, swimming area & 3 fishing ponds. The store was well stocked with friendly staff. Everything was clean & maintained. We will definitely be back!

We loved the amenties & the kids had a great time. we were in space 37. after the people arrived for 36 and opened their slides, there was only 6 inches between. space was designed for no slide outs. only. Breaking down the following morning was very difficult as you could not move between the two campers…Very frustrating and surprising for a Holiday KOA. I have photo if you are intereste

The staff was above and beyond friendly and helpful. The place was clean and activities were fun. We had a large group and were all together, but there wasn't a large gathering space, so that was a bit disappointing, but overall a wonderful weekend. I do caution that it is right off the interstate, so those sites in the back were a bit louder due to traffic.

We love it there. The fishing is great! The water inflatables were fun. The fire rings are a nice update. The sites are a little close together but we weren’t in the site much, we were enjoying the park.

Office staff were very friendly. I was very concerned that we could fit our motor home in tow in space but we did! It was ok for overnight. For a longer stay, I would work with staff, I bet they could recommend sites that were not so squishy.

If you like to fish, this might be the place. Saw a lot of fisherman. No pool but has a small beach on the lake. Lot of grass in the sites of gravel but they were level and firm. Used shower in the bathhouse. Not spotless, but comfortably clean. Nice overnight. Site plenty long saw didn’t unhook toad. $58+change. Says “holiday” but I would classify it as a “journey”. Just my humble opini

Weed eating not done all over camp ground. Staff all but the older guy who is always there was not clean. Bathrooms not kept clean. We have been camping at the one for over 6 years and this is my first time to ever complain. We come in a group of 13 or more campers and we all felt the same. I have stayed at others that were well maintained and there’s no excuse for this one either.

The entire grounds are trimmed every week (maybe even that morning for the site you were on) Further definition for "not clean" is need for the "older guy who is always there is the Owner I doubt he was not showered or lacked deodorant?

The people in the office are very nice and the guide did a fine job getting us to our site. Lots of families and kids in the campground. Our site was long enough for our motorhome and tow, but the internal roads are quite narrow with trees that need low hanging branches trimmed. We had to ask a very cooperative neighbor to move some items as we left to make the turn out of our site.

We only stayed one night but I loved the energy. The lake with the floats was amazing and you can tell it’s a great family experience.

Need to invest to fix up the place. Cabins are full of mice and critters. RV sites are underwater when it rains with grass sites and minimal gravel. For the premium pricing paid to stay at a KOA, this campground does not hold the value paid.

Our trailer was put in a tent spot which didn't allow us to open our mat or sit under our canopy. Also the road noise was very loud. Laundry room had alot of dead bugs around the windows that looked like it hadnt been cleaned in awhile. Employees were very friendly. If I am ever in the area again I would make sure my site was in a different location.

First the staff is very friendly. The sites are too close to one another. There is very little gravel and while we were there it rained a lot so there was mud everywhere. There are three ponds. They all should be fishing ponds because there are geese that live in the “swimming pond”. It is very unhealthy to swim where geese defecate. The bathrooms or laundry room were not clean.

Thank you for making your own on-line reservation for your pull thru site. These site share a power post with your neighbor which was only occupied 1 of the 2 nites you stayed. We tried to run the geese off but they had babies this year and very hard to relocate. We are noting the cleaning issues.

The park is nice. Very quiet. We came in on a Monday left on Friday, the grass had not been cut, before we got there and was already tall, they started cutting on Friday when we left at 8:15 AM, seemed early for people on vacation. Lots need more gravel as it had rained and water standing in lots and lots. Lots are very close together. No Pool and dog area soaked and grass was high.

Gravel was just added this year to the premium patio site that you stayed on. Your site did not even share a power post with a neighbor camper. Mowing happens every week when weather allows and not around occupied sites till after 9am. No pool advertised only lake swimming

The staff Were WONDERFUL! The grounds and sites were awfully! I cannot believe this is a KOA Holiday! Looks like the sites haven't been touched in a decade or more. No gravel left or if there is, it has been totally taken over by weeds. Just a horrible place!

Overnight stay just to have electricity for AC. Didn't make a reservation. Very friendly staff. Very professional treatment. Sites are very close to each other in that guests need to be made aware that their parking habits may have consequences for other guests trying to arrive and get to their site and park in the site.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Clearly a family-oriented site; kids on bikes & plenty of fishing holes. Depending on the type of site you select, you can be very close to other friendly RVrs, or not. We went with the closer sites, which was a little less expensive, and was fine. Great cable.

We felt this was the wost campground we have ever visited!! Understandable that the area had been receiving an unusual amount of rain but the lack of shale in our spot made it extremely muddy and hard to deal with! The set up had our slide out inches away from our neighbor! The grass was so high but the one dry day we were there nobody even tried to mow! We will never return!!

Glad you understood the amount of rain we have received just like your home state of PA. The rain does create mud which cannot be curred. Did you really expect someone to mow Your site on the one day it didn't rain? Hope you find better accommodations for your next trip with no rain!

Sights are packed in extremely tight. Our slide out bedroom looked directly into our neighbor’s living room. No gravel at sight so it was a mud bath after evening rain. The couple checking us in were very nice.

Thanks for booking your reservation on-line and making your site selection for a pull thru. So these sites share a power post with the neighbor and as I recall you moved your camper after your escort parked you on site. Unfortunately we are not a Hilton Head resort where you come from.

Lots for the kids to do with the swimming pond, playground, banana bikes, fishing, and more. The office has a good selection of essentials and the staff is beyond friendly. Our favorite part of this campground is Ruger, the senior office kitty. He’s just the sweetest old man! Tip: The turn on to the road the KOA is on is a very sharp turn, so please be careful! It’s very doable, but go slo

First, the staff were very helpful and nice. Our site was pretty much level. The issue we had, was there was no pool and the pond that people were swimming in was not aerated and the odor was horrible. No way would I swim in that.

Thank you for making your reservation on-line. There pool referenced and we promote our lake which is a natural body of water not requiring aereation thus there is no odor. I don't recall anyone asking or requiring you to swim in the lake. Happy camping;-)

The owners, Barry and Michelle, are extremely kind, friendly and helpful. I believe they are relatively new owners and recognize the shortcomings of this park. Our site was very level, but the rows and space between our site and one of our neighbors was quite narrow. I am confident that they will do what they can to make improvements to the park.
