I wasn't happy how I was treated. I spent over 30 min riding around looking at the sites that were available . Telling them the spot that we thought worked well for us, paid for one night. I called to ask a question and when I told them what site # and my name. I was told that was not where we were, The Office had MOVED us to another sit. Did not ask us or NOTHING.!

This was the noisiest campground I have ever stayed at. It's nobody's fault. The campground is beside an interstate highway. Outstanding bathhouse facility.

We were staying due to a death in the family. The reservations were made at the last moment and we had to keep extending our stay. The folks in the office were so great, professional yet compassionate. They made our stay as easy and flexible as possible through their kindness and giving attitudes. Thank you to everyone at Fox Fire. We felt loved and you treated us like family. Thank you.

Way too many trees. The campground is very rustic but not satellite friendly at all. Would not stay there again but if you like being surrounded by trees and spend a lot of time outside this campground will do the trick. The staff is exceptionally friendly as well.

we were traveling home from the NC coast so popped in for the night to get some rest. Very peaceful and all those we met were wonderful. Staff was a huge help with a breaker in the 30 amp slot as we couldn't get shore power. They replaced the breaker and we were good to go. Would definately stay here again!

The campground smelled like sewage the entire stay. The attendant parking us made us feel rushed when we were setting up that we didn’t even finish setting up our camper until late in the evening once we returned back to the campground. We pretty much just got it plugged in and that was it. The one good thing was it was close to where we needed to be for the weekend. Otherwise, very disappointin

Staff were helpful and friendly, however the RV Site was muddy - gravel had not been replenished and grass was sparse. A little rain made everything very sloppy.

The park was beautiful. Our spot was very nice. The staff was very helpful. We would stay here again.

It was a very nice campground. Everybody was very friendly. The only downside to this day, and I know nothing can be done about it, but it was very loud being right next to the interstate. That would be the only reason I would not stay there again.

We had a nice day, we were greeted warmly at the reception area checking in. The bathrooms were very clean and large. It was a noisy because you’re right next to the next to the road and railroad tracks.

I give a 9only because one of the works was very unfriendly!! We ( me & Charlie ) both tried to have a conversation with him on many occasions, and he wasn’t friendly at all.. I think that’s what gives campgrounds great ratings !!!!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here. Gretchen & Ken were 2 of the friendliest and helpful hosts we have encountered.

This was an overnight planned stay on our way home from a lengthy trip to the upper mid-west; it turned into two nights when the West Virginia Turnpike was closed due to an accident. The staff was happy to accommodate us for the second night without having to move to different site, and they were helpful in checking on the status of the Turnpike to get us on our way when it re-opened.

We had several problems during this last visit and were very disappointed because we were not notified of the problems prior to check-in or even during check-in. Microwave not working or being difficult, nothing was said even though it was finally replaced on Saturday. Stove not being in another cabin, electric griddles and hot plates could have been brought down from MI.

A great place to stop for a night. The campground staff was friendly, the facilities clean, and the highway noise was manageable. I would stay again.

Great stay! We stayed in a cabin and it was one of the cleanest that I've ever seen from a KOA. Worth another trip in the future.

Awesome find!! I needed a place with my dog for one night that was affordable. Here it is! These little rustic cabins are perfect! Grassy with a fire pit table swing on the porch! Comfortable bed, simple. Bring some blankets and pillows. The hosts were absolutely hospitable! Super kind! It's close to the hwy, so it's not good for a lite sleeper. I was able to sleep fine!

We stayed in Cabin 2 it was a nice cabin for 4 only 2 of us. We have stayed before. Clean and nice 2 tvs. Burner to cook on no stove only in lodge. Big fridge. Resteraunts and shopping close by. Nice staff had to call to figure out how to turn the heat on, the first night. A guy came right over and explained it to us. Nice quiet campground. Some campers was here one right beside us but still no noise. It is beside of the interstate but no worse than at home. If you have a big camper I'd suggest getting off at the mall exit and coming back up route 60 sharp turn if you come through Milton. Flea market close by.
