This was not a good experience. Site not well maintained. Longterm residents seemed to have free reign to encroach on neighboring sites when unoccupied leaving those coming in for a short stay to one of these sites out of luck and employees seemed entirely apathetic to problems.

Before I get to the negative, the staff was great. Very helpful and polte. The sites look nothing like any of the pictures displayed. Absolutely terrible, especially for the price. Additionally, the sites are also very close together and ran and ran down. This is probably the worst KOA we have visited out of the 40 or so across the U.S. Find somewhere else to stay if possible.

The rv park is small, the lots are very, very close together. Can fit a big rig but no room for parking. Absolutely no green area for pets unless you leave the park and use the church grass across the street. Main reason for low rating is the area is a little sketchy. Was approached by homeless people while walking the dog. However they do have nice patio areas.

This KOA is not big rig, friendly. difficult to get in and out of with a larger rig, we are 41 feet with a toe. people park two the corners made it difficult to turn in.one vehicle parked in a RV site. plenty of standing water service road trees scraped top of rig. we do not recommend this KOA for larger rigs one and done. things there need to be addressed that’s all I have to say about that.

Had reservations a week in advance, when we showed up no one was there, they had not left any notes as to which site was reserved for us. We called and emailed multiple times, no response. Found an empty site to park in that only had one leg of the 50 amp power. Lucky for me I'm an electrician so I fixed it myself.

Sites were small. Internet was nonexistent. Nowhere near our expectation of a KOA. If this was the first KOA we were ever at, we would cancel our membership. Awful!

Lock to ladies bathroom was broken when we arrived, was still broken a week later when we left. Small and cramped bathrooms and showers. Small and cramped spaces. It was close and convenient to what we were there for, because it’s practically downtown for the metro Miami area.

When we got there, nobody was in the office. We called and called and nobody answered! It took us 45 minutes to find the office lady at her camper! Then we pulled On our spot, an there was no power! The people next to us were using our power.. so we had to the camper in a spot not even big enough for our camper.. an all the lady offered us was 1 free night… very disappointed with this KOA…

Site we were on this time as compared to February 2020 wasnuch better. The lady that checked us in was very nice. Bathrooms were kept clean and stocked. Only complaint is sites are so close together.

all about location! Great location and easy in/out. Clean and quiet (for the location). Sites are pretty tight, not an issue for us with a class B, but much larger and it would represent a challenge. Signage and directional arrows are off, but the place is pretty small so you can figure it out, but it is an area the definitely needs improvement. Staff was super friendly and very helpful!

Arrived at 4pm nobody at the office . Phone on door and 800 number had no voicemail. Waited half hour for someone to come to office. Actually was on phone booking another campground when she walked up. If it had been a couple more minutes we would have left. Sites are small and tight and in a VERY questionable neighborhood. Won’t be staying here again. Didn’t feel safe , trashy place.

Not quite what we expected. We had trouble getting our big RV into our site,it was a bit tight. Location was good for us, close to the casino. We had lots of rain so we stayed in the RV when we were there.

The personnel were exceptional. Their patios and furniture and fire pits were the best set ups I have seen. I would not return because there was no fence and homeless people were on the street. You could hear traffic and sirens from the boulevard a block away. There was no dog park. The area for dogs was a 5x10 patch of grass. Main reason was residents? /campers who had large PITTBULLS!!!

The interior road was too thin for big rig units. Our space had coral rocks between units which were sharp and dangerous. The bathroom unit was not so clean. When we left, we had to pull out and back up three times to be able to get out onto the exit road. Not the worst park we have been in but close. When it rained, the majority of the area flooded.

I returned to Hollywood KOA for only one night for HEART concert. VERY convenient campground and a bit pricey; however, compared to surrounding hotels, it’s a bargain �

The KOA is not fenced, doesn’t have a pool or a playground and is in a sketchy neighborhood. The I was in lot 25 and the guy in 24 took my hook up. The lights completely went out in my camper and when I tried reaching the office NO ONE was available. I tried 3 different times. I was supposed to have seating on my spot and there were NO cushions! I will never stay here again, it was scary!!!
