Basically a parking lot with camping necessities in the midst of a very busy area with easy access to Hardrock. Friendly, helpful staff, clean bathhouse, paved individual patios with appropriate amenities, full hookup, table , chairs, grill, etc. Exactly what we needed for an overnight stay for a Hardrock concert.

Staff is very friendly, but I would not recommend this “campground” for more than an overnight stay. This is literally a parking lot with hookups and in a sketchy area. Our spot (#35) was on the edge of the campground and we had to park our towed vehicle on the busy street. There were emergency vehicles/sirens going 24/7, and the only amenities was a laundry room, which we did not use.

We arrived after 5 PM and our check-in instructions were taped to the front door. I was able to get my rig into very tight quarters however, my neighbor, who happened to be in a wheelchair, was scooting around trying to help me get in while he was smoking a cigarette. The campground is very tight quarters and unkempt. Empty pop bottles, garbage and tons of cigarette buds everywhere.

It’s a small campground and suitable for a quick overnight along your route. Facilities were older, but very clean. Staff were nice. Spots were plain and just a parking spot, they did come with paver patios though. I would say that this complex needs a tall privacy fence around perimeter to make it feel more safe and better vibe.

Horrible. No shade ,no pool, horrible neighborhood. Definitely not worth the price. Charged me $10 extra per night and was told they can up the prices at any time. When you get an invoice with what you owe, how can you help the price? Got scolded it, letting them know I have a 10 foot trailer. Nowhere on the reservation can you add a trailer. You can only choose one item coming to the campsite.

Bathroom and shower facilities were in need of upgrading and expansion. Pricing was high for where and what it is. Staff was friendly.

This KOA is about the worse I have been to. Overly crowded, poorly maintained. I saw one worker trying to fix a water issue. I blame the owner and top management on this failure of a location. Office was barely open, they should not allow over 40 feet in this location. Cannot pull in to unhook, had to unhook and try to turn in the small parking lot.

This is a tiny tight parking campground but staff was friendly. Nice patio with furniture. Laundry and bathrooms were clean.

Women's bathroom lock, shower lights & sink soap non existent. Totally open resort near a major street. Water pressure really low. Not typical KOA standard given the price.

No pool, no amenities. We had to ask why the fees went up $10. a day since we booked, we did get a reimbursement. Lots are really close to one and other and no privacy.

The staff was very nice, but the campground was basically a parking lot. We were told we had a pull thru, technically it was, but the site was so small and tight that we had to disconnect the tow dolly and take it to the site separately. The only good thing was the location. We were only about 20 minutes from Hollywood Beach. This place is not meant for RV's 40'.

We loved the sites. Our site had a little patio, table with chairs and a couch. The couch wasn't in the best condition but it was cool to have. We enjoyed our short stay. The campground is small and not easy to get around in, especially for bigger campers. Even so, we would stay here again for sure.

We are full time RVers and have stayed in many places across the US. This KOA location is by far the worst campground we have ever been at. Not only is it way overpriced for what you get, it is sandwiched between two major HWYs. The constant grind of road noise is ridiculous. It will take weeks to get over how bad this stay was. I would not recommend to anyone to stay here.

At 100+ bucks a day?? Then $20 more for early check-in?? Very tight - barely fit small trailer & was not room for our van. Were assigned a park spot van - that spot taken when we got back that eve - had to park in empty campsite. Our fire pit just a few feet from next RV - they would not like that! Very tight shower + door didn't latch; cramped bathroom. Not best environment. Hardly worth $50/day.

We stayed with you for three weeks. The campground is centrally located with easy access to the major highways. The sites are a bit tight, but has an old school charm.

It’s basically a parking lot with hookups. Not at all like what is advertised on the website. Way too expensive for what it is, but I understand it’s priced for location/season. I would stay again for a night or two if no other options available but not more than that.

The people working here were very nice. Our main complaints was the noise because the area is so crowded.

Friendly staff. Very helpful but the sites were tiny, the restrooms were dated, and there was rough crushed concrete rather than gravel. The campground is in the middle of a very busy area with no real separation from the neighborhood. I was a bit shocked at the tiny crowded spaces, noisy streets and no security. For people from out of town, it is unsettling.

An older, well-kept KOA with loads of charm and character! We initially had a two day stay booked, but realized we had some extra time available. Called the Office and asked if we could add two more nights to our stay. They said they would get back to me ASAP. I called a few days later and they had already added the days and emailed me the updated info (I should have checked my email first!).

KOA has no amenities and women's bathroom would not even lock. Bathrooms are small and very old. Getting into and out of spaces is difficult/.

This campground was in town which made access to the city easy. The downside is that it’s very tight, I don’t know how the big rigs manage it. The staff was friendly and helpful. I did not use the bath house, so can’t comment on it. I was a bit worried about the location because I knew nothing of the area, but so no issues whatsoever.

The manager did her very best to make our stay a positive one. She was great to work with, personable, friendly, and capable. However, she is significantly hampered in her efforts by the lack of investment that the owner is making in maintaining and improving the property. I would stay in a campground managed by her any time, but will likely not ever stay here again.

Nor a koa we are used to .campers to close together when eating breakfast we were looking into our neighbors camper that was the view.I also ask to leave a day earlier because my mom has dementia and was not doing good they would not refund me but offered a voucher good only one year not sure when or if we could come back so refundwould of been better.need to update.

The water post was to close to the sewer and the right angle elbow could not be turned to screwed in. Other than that problem which needs to be fixed, all went Ok.

The campground is not properly maintained. The bathrooms were filthy. We had no internet or cable and the sites are extremely small with locals squatting all around d us. We felt unsafe and uncomfortable the whole time we were there. We will never stay there again. The staff did nothing to help us despite me calling the office a couple times.

Campground between 2 street which neighbors used as a cut through and visually slowing and stopping to check out people’s site and personal item. No security or gate. Auf Grund der direkten Nähe zum Highway sind die vorderen Stellplätze sehr laut (vor allem nachts). Dusche/WC zweckmäßig, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben 2 Nächte dort verbracht. Check In war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.
