I didnt read the reviews before booking this KOA, and honestly I glad I didnt. the location is perfect. Its central to all Miami has to offer. The staff was friendly. And as far as the reviews that say its in a sketchy part of town is not true. Its a WORKING class part of town ARE the spaces tight...maybe if you're new at parking a camper. We are glad we found this KOA!

It is small in a busy area. Basic sites. Very convenient location. Hookups were great and updated. Quite adequate for a place to park for a couple days. Too busy an area to spend more than a few days. But the staff was friendly and very helpful. Thank you!

This place was really rundown. And the staff was not present. There was an out to lunch sign that said one hour, but did not say when the person left. We waited for over two hours finally called and were told our site number and we went without ever speaking to aThis place was really rundown. And the staff was not present. Very clean campground and great staff. The campground is small and sites are very tight for bigger RV's.

The employees were very nice and helpful.. the Restrooms and showers were always clean… it was a little tight pulling into pull through but nice area..They were able to store our camper for a weeeknd while we went on a cruise… there was a minimal fee but well worth it…

Small campground in the city with a lot of noise and located in a neighborhood that didn’t feel very safe. If we had had the choice, we would have preferred a refund. We didn’t even take our bikes out.

Shocked this place is a KOA. Narrow sites, no grass, have share patio with neighbors.They charge extra for dogs but the only place you have to walk them is off the property. Area felt unsafe. Very expensive mistake

Norma and Karyn were awesome. Site was clean but old. All gravel. Too tight to use fire pits. Price was way too high for this old site. Extra charge for Wi-Fi.

It is perfect for an overnight stay. Convenient location and friendly staff. Wawa across the street and great sushi at Hiro Maru near by!

Norma was a wonderful staff member who helped me tremendously. The only limitation was entry and egress from the park. It is small and nicely organized.

The park is in a nice location for getting to things to do is about it Basically a place to park if you have a dog the spot available is very well used and small This is over priced for just parking and didn’t feel really safe if I had to let dog outside late night

space was okay but "very" tight. When I left I had about 2 ft. of clearance from the unit net to me. This place is okay if you're just looking for an overnight stay.

nice sites. Paver pad with fire pit and furniture. Staff was great-super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Tight quarters, lights on the site didn’t work. Noisy streets. Lots of racing at nite. Couldn’t use fire pit, to close to trailer.

I mean, we had power and a bathroom, so that was good. But this campground was, frankly, a dump. Its tiny and the spots are on top of each other. The bathroom was disgusting, so small and barely useable. We were desperate and so that's the only reason we came here. I wish there were better options in the area.

Traffic noise. Staff very friendly. Called to tell us we could check in early. I asked about a fee? Well yes there would be a fee. Told him we would arrive at 2. When we arrived office was locked and no one there. Called. No one answered and voicemail was full. He did show up to shortly to check us in. Appears it was an old small trailer park converted to a Journey. One nite ONE time place.

You have found a way to save on water by not having hot water in the showers, the temp was maybe room temperature. K.O.A.s are mostly outdated yours was no exception.

We really enjoyed our stay! Loved the space and the privacy between the campsites. The staff was amazing! Very friendly, polite, and displayed excellent customer service. We will definitely stay here again!

The spaces are small, and there is a fair amount of traffic noise. However, given those conditions, it is very conveniently located and makes a good base camp. The space was nicely appointed with everything working well. The restrooms and showers were clean and in good condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Worst KOA. Booked a pull through and I pulled up and it was a back in site. They said they did it since my rig is only 19ft. And gave my site away. Their excuse was we are overbooked. KOA should be embarrassed to have their name on this place.

Cada vez que tengo familia de visita a el área de Miami se hospedan aquí y la verdad que es un lugar muy acogedor con excelente servicio al cliente. Los Bungalows son muy limpios y estan cerca de todo en el área. Lo recomiendo.

Many will say the spaces are small, but yet no complaints from me because I mind my own business and I'm friendly. The staff are wonderful and friendly cannot say enough, because I just had a mastectomy 4 weeks ago, let them know and they have gone above and more than beyond to help. It is a natural beautiful amount of compassion and empathy unexplicable because they are awesome. Don't worry about all the other reviews cause this lady is telling you, don't miss out. Neighbors are cool and awesome too. Noone paid me or forced me to write this, I'm writing from my heart.

Not the best neighborhood I've ever been in. If I didn't have two 100lb German Sheppards to walk with me, I would be worried about waking on the street around here. But the bathrooms are clean asking with the showers and laundry room. There's lots to do in the area and the doggie beach where you can let your friend run off the leash on the beach is 20 mins away. The sites are real close together but the block patio area have bushes around them too give you privacy. They also provide nice furniture to relax and drink on the patio. The utilities are good and multiple hookups for the power and sewer. Plenty of room for the RV and to park your route vehicle.
