Stayed three nights and never saw an employee of any kind. Basically a trailer park with a few nightly sites. Very small, no security or fence and huge water holes in the gravel roadways. If you need a quick night it may work but don’t expect KOA service or amenities. On the plus side my wife and dog got really high from the overwhelming pot smell when they went out for a nightly walk. Won’t r

Mens bathroom very nasty. Appears that most campers are long term. Sites are small and designated parking for the vehicle was not near the camper site. Lots of puddles. No wifi. Thankfully only stayed overnight. Would not recommend.

I don’t know why this is a KOA. It doesn’t have the basic amenities of a KOA and basic customer service. The office is barely open, and when calling during office hours it’s impossible to speak to someone. If you don’t have children, don’t want a pool, and don’t need Wifi then this KOA will probably work for you. The only thing it has going for it is its proximity to the beaches and Mi

Large puddles all over made it very difficult to navigate the grounds and our site. The roadway was loaded with potholes. The campers in the next lot were plugged in to our assigned electricity and water. Bathrooms were “eh”. We arrived after hours, so there was no one to assist us in navigate the issues or concerns.

This place was disgusting, a parking lot, no pool, no cable, no Wi-Fi, no garbage pick up. Never ever recommend this place , reservation was for 5 nights, left after 2 nights!!

I was placed in a tight spot on the end only to get stuck by a rented RV from cruise America. People from Germany hot me and the police only have me a license exchange form . This is going to come out my pocket. I would never recommend this place ever

No one was in the office. Had to wait 30+ minutes to get my spot. I love KOA campgrounds and always have a good experience. Thus place was not fenced. No hospitality from anyone that worked there. Was given a map to the spot and that was it.

Convenient location with friendly staff. Spots are too small. Barely fit even though given dimensions. Slide outs barely able to use. Smell of weed all day from spot next door.

What a dump!! Hard to believe that it's a KOA. Apparently they never review their properties. Don't even look at the pictures, they must be of some other park. If you must stay in the area, stay in the Walmart parking lot across the street.

I would never come back here. It is like a parking lot but 10 times the day rate. Of course the restrooms are there, but it is a terrible ke place to stay. No shade and not attractive at all.

This campground was a different experience for me. City camping in South Florida. Close to everything in Hollywood and Miami. Location was kept clean, and the staff was very friendly. I Will be returning soon for a few weeks.

Cottage/ Bungalow was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Campground just did not seem like a camping area. No one out walking, sitting or cooking out. Just not what we were expecting.

Deluxe cabin was really nice, more like a small apartment than a cabin and had great AC, but the shower had no water pressure and was often cold. The campground itself left something to be desired, clean but very small and more like a parking lot with campers on it.

The KOA is extremely tight. Sites are on top of each other. There are a lot of long terms at this small park. The neighborhood doesn’t seem to be the best. The only positive to this campground was the staff - friendly and eager to help.

Don’t stay here! This place is so nasty, even mosquitos or flies don’t want to stay the night here but the homeless do! (There is a man slept on the bench in the empty RV spot). This place should off from KOA.

This is by far the worst KOA we have ever stayed at. Possibly the worst campground we’ve ever stayed at. The bathrooms were filthy, I had to wait to shower because both were occupied by homeless men. No pool. No WiFi. No trash pick up. Nothing for the kids. This is very different from our many KOA experiences this summer and over the years.

Electrical panel Had 2 50 amp breakers of which were crossed. The breaker feeding the 50 amp receptacle was not directly above it but diagonally and vice versa. Coming in at dark which was my fault there was initial concern More concern for the camper needing 30 amps and the receptacle was protected by a 50 amp breaker

While I knew there were limited amenities at this particular location it was troubling not to have the option of WIFI. Arrived and the table outside was missing the glass so we had to let the front desk know. Won't be staying at this location again.

I would not recommend this KOA. It needs a lot of updating. Park was noisy due its location. Park is located next to busy streets, in the middle of a neighborhood and several contractors with loud work vehicles seems to reside there long term. They’re coming and going at all hours. This RV Park should not be allowed to be a KOA. It is in extreme poor repair with many long timers in run down trailer type units. Sites are so close together we did not have room for slides without spilling over into the next space. Do not recommend!

Nobody was in the office at 2:00pm and the door was locked. I had to call the phone number on the door 6 times before anyone answered. Mean while there were three RV’s lined up to check in. The grounds were filthy and you couldn’t pay me to use the laundry room. This location is a disgrace to the KOA name.

This KOA is basically a parking lot. In a questionable neighborhood. Location is by busy road all we heard were sirens and cars racing up and down the road most of the night. We only stayed Friday night 6/17/22 - We checked in early no one was present the person I spoke to on the phone was helpful tho! Sorry, but we just were not comfortable staying at this KOA and do not recommend it.

Karen is Awesome! She's very friendly every time we see her! She was also very helpful during our check in as moving day can be hetic sometimes. She waves with a big smile to all the guest when outside! Not to mention she's been the only one here for the last month or so working hard everyday o keep the office and park clean and running smooth! She really deserves a paid vacation or a nice bonus!

Neighborhood kids hanging out at our campsite when we pulled up and left all their trash, candy wrappers, empty waterbottles. Then they moved to the patio at the office and left more trash there. No security, but glad there were codes for the bathroom. Wish there were a gate.

This was the dirtiest KOA we've visited. It's in a seedy location and immediately adjacent to a loud, busy highway. Fortunately we only stayed one night, which was one night too many. We definitely won't be back, and.wont recommend this KOA to our friends or family.

Pros: Nice location. Right down the road from the Hardrock Casino and minutes from i95 and tollway. The beach is down the road and with traffic is about 15 minutes. McDonalds, gas station, Walmart very accessible. Modern laundromat across the street (very clean -just expensive). The roads coming into the KOA are small residential streets with a handful of small roundabouts. Be sure to plan your route and call the office ahead of time to find out which way is the easiest way in. Neighborhood was safe. Stayed 2 weeks and no issues. Good water pressure. Laundry was good (did not ruin my clothes) and about 2-3$ a wash and dry. Staff was polite and helpful. We absolutely loved our little patio and the patio furniture. Area was "city quiet" - you can sleep at night. We're full time RVers and this has been by far one of the best location we've stayed at. Cons: Ants! Don't leave anything of food out and clean up spills. Otherwise, you'll wake up to a mountain of ants everywhere in your rig.

Management and staff are great. Located in a major city, so there are a lot of noises, the sites are what you should expect from somewhere like this is located. Overall a great experience.
